2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, shoe insoles for correcting O-legs include, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 6-319603, 6-64504, and 6-31923. In each of these known techniques, an inclined angle (increased from the inside to the outside) gradually decreasing from the outside to the inside of the shoe sole or the insole from the toe to the heel portion as a whole. Then, from the characteristics of walking of O-legged people,
An O-leg is physically corrected by providing an inclination angle at the contact portion on the sole of the foot so as to unilaterally apply an opposite pressure to the pressure applied to the outside of the foot. by the way,
In general, a person with O-legs has both legs curving outward. When viewed from the skeleton, as shown in FIG. 5, the distance 8 between the vertical line 18 passing through the femoral head and the center of the knee joint is separated. It can be seen that it is wider than that of a person with straight legs. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6, the bones of the knee joints are unilaterally inclined in an inward direction to exhibit an approaching state, and the inner weight 8 of the knee is increased, so that many people suffer from osteoarthritis of the knee. In addition, the present inventors have measured the movement of each part of the body during the walking operation of the O-leg and straight leg person, that the O-leg person walks with their toes outward compared to the straight leg person, At the same time, it was confirmed that a person with O-legs moved the center of gravity in the left-right direction more than a person with straight legs. Furthermore, the present inventors have found that, when the toe is turned outward, the distance 9 connecting the vertical line 7 passing through the femoral head and the center of the knee joint is shortened, that is, the outward curvature of the leg is suppressed, and the leg approaches the straight leg state. This was also confirmed by experiments. Therefore, when the distance 9 connecting the vertical line 7 passing through the femoral head and the center of the knee joint becomes shorter, the load 10 applied to the inside of the knee becomes smaller.
It can be seen that a person with O-legs naturally tries to reduce the burden on the knee joint by walking with their toes outward. However, there is also a problem that walking with the toes outward is not beautiful, and the movement of the center of gravity in the left-right direction is large, resulting in a loss of walking energy. Therefore, in order to overcome such a problem, an insole in which the thickness is gradually increased from the vertical center line P toward the outer edge is prepared, and the operation when walking while wearing this is similarly. As a result of the measurement, it was found that the direction of the toe was almost parallel to the traveling direction. In short, it is considered that the burden on the knee was reduced by increasing the thickness of the outside of the insole, and the necessity of turning the toe outward was eliminated. Thus, the effect of increasing the thickness of the outside was confirmed. However, in the case where the outer edge of the shoe sole or the insole is thickened in this way, the burden on the knee is reduced as described above, and since the toe does not need to be directed outward, a natural walking operation can be performed. Although there is an advantage that it can be obtained, as the experiment is further advanced,
As shown in FIG. 7, when the Achilles tendon angle 14 was examined based on the inclination 12 of the heel and the inclination 13 of the lower leg, that is, the calf portion, when walking with shoes having a thick outside, the heel fell inward and the Achilles tendon angle 14 became large. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the inner rotation angle 17 of the lower leg is determined from the angle formed by the shoe 15 and the lower leg 16.
That is, when the torsion of the lower leg was measured, the pronation (pronation) increased when walking with thicker shoes on the outside,
It has also been found that there is a defect that the burden on the feet and lower limbs increases. Therefore, from the above, in the shoes in which the outside is simply made thicker as in the above-mentioned conventional product, the burden on the inside of the knee joint in the varus knee, so-called O leg, is reduced.
On the other hand, it turned out that it was putting a burden on a leg and a lower leg.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION From the above, it is clear that O
For a leg person, wearing shoes with a thicker outer sole has the advantage of reducing the burden on the wearer's legs, especially on the inside of the knee joint, but on the other hand, promotes pronation, It has the defect of increasing the burden on the lower limbs. Therefore, there is a demand for a shoe having a structure capable of reducing the burden on the foot and the lower limb due to overpronation (excessive pronation) while leaving the advantage that the burden on the knee joint can be reduced ideally. Accordingly, the present invention overcomes the defects of conventional shoe soles, insoles, and insoles, and reduces the burden on the knee joint caused by the O-leg while reducing the burden on the foot and lower limb due to overpronation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shoe having a structure for reducing the load.

Accordingly, the present inventors have made intensive studies to overcome the deficiencies of the conventional product, and as a result, have adopted the following technical means. That is, the present invention gradually increases the thickness of the shoe wearer's foot from the side corresponding to the calcaneus to the side corresponding to the vicinity of the front edge of the cubic bone from the vertical center line toward the outer edge. In the region from the side corresponding to the vicinity of the front edge of the cubic bone of the foot of the shoe wearer to the side corresponding to the vicinity of the front edge of the metatarsal bone, gradually from the longitudinal center line toward the inner edge. According to the present invention, in order to reduce the burden on the knee joint in consideration of the structure of the skeleton of the foot and the lower limb, the cuboid bone should be formed from the side corresponding to the heel bone of the shoe sole, the insole, or the insole. From the research results, it was found that it was effective to increase the thickness from the vertical center line to the outside in the area corresponding to, and from this, from the side corresponding to the calcaneus of the foot of the shoe wearer, In the region leading to the corresponding part, by gradually increasing its thickness from the vertical center line to the outer edge, it has the effect of reducing the burden on the inside of the knee joint,
Furthermore, focusing on the fact that overpronation (overpronation) occurs during the foot flat period, that is, when the entire sole from the heel to the toe touches the ground, at least from the side corresponding to the vicinity of the front edge of the cubic bone of the foot In view of the fact that the position where the area near the front edge of the metatarsal touches the ground substantially coincides with the foot flat period, from the side corresponding to the vicinity of the front edge of the cuboid of the foot and the vicinity of the front edge of the metatarsus as well By adopting a configuration in which the thickness gradually increases from the vertical center line toward the inner edge in the region of, overpronation (excessive pronation) can be more effectively prevented.
