Description
The present invention eliminates the need for attaching a non-slip as a separate part, can obtain sufficient frictional resistance for anti-slip, can bring out the texture of wood, and can be easily assembled and manufactured at low cost. It relates to the tread board.
A conventional stair tread has the following structure.
It is constructed by smoothing the surface of the stair tread and painting it.
However, it looks good and looks beautiful, but it is very slippery and has a safety problem, such as the need to attach a slip stopper later.
In addition, because of the smoothness, the texture of the wood was impaired, and the appearance of a timber cut was exhibited.
It is recognized by those skilled in the art that the technical meaning of “slicing thinly” is 0.19 to 0.2 mm.
As described above, the step board of the prior art staircase is very slippery and has a safety problem such as the need to attach a slip stopper later, and the texture of the wood is impaired because it is formed smoothly. There was a problem.
In addition, as described above, in the device described in
In view of the above situation, the present invention does not require a slip stopper as a separate part, can provide sufficient frictional resistance for slip prevention, and can sufficiently bring out the texture of wood, and An object of the present invention is to provide a stair tread that is easy to assemble and can be manufactured at low cost.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following configurations.
The invention according to
In the invention according to
The invention according to
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists an effect described below.
The effects of the invention according to
(1) Since the difference in unevenness on the surface can be obtained greatly, the back of the foot (the surface in contact with the tread) is moderately gripped by the unevenness on the surface of the tread due to the user's own weight, so that the tread is less slippery than the conventional example Can be provided. That is, the step board of the conventional example needs to be attached with a non-slip on the front side of the footrest because the surface is slippery, but according to the present invention, it generates a frictional resistance about three times that of the conventional example. As a result, it is possible to ascend and descend the stairs and ensure safety.
In addition, since the frictional resistance is further increased as compared with the device described in
By using a thick sliced single plate, that is, a relatively thick surface plate, the strength and durability of the surface plate can be improved.
(2) When natural light or the like is applied to the surface, it is possible to draw out a woody texture that was originally only possible with solid wood due to the shading of light due to the unevenness of the grain. In other words, in the current situation where woody dwellings are being reviewed, it can be used as a stepping board with a feeling of material, and the naturalness of the material is conveyed to the touch, which can be used with peace of mind by elderly people in particular.
Moreover, the shadow of the light by the unevenness | corrugation of a grain is clear rather than the idea of
And, it can be used as a substitute for solid wood because it can bring out the texture of wood, and as a result, it reduces consumption of valuable wood resources by reducing the use of solid wood.
(3) In addition, there are effects such as being inexpensive to manufacture, being easy to assemble because of the small number of parts, and being economical.
(4) Furthermore, if the number of stacked tread bodies is reduced and a thin stair tread is used, it can be easily retrofitted to an existing stair and can be reformed inexpensively without the need for extensive repair work. .
According to the invention of
According to the invention described in
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings showing examples.
In FIG. 1,
The
The
In addition, “thickly slice in a thickness range of 0.6 to 1.0 mm” means “select a desired thickness in the range of 0.6 to 1.0 mm and slice relatively thickly”. .
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, first, the
FIG. 6 shows a state after roughing the surface of the
FIG. 7 shows a state after the sanding sealer 7 is impregnated and dried in the
In this state, the touch of the surface is good, the appearance is excellent, and it is possible to bring out a wooden texture.
As described above, the
When the thickness of the
The height of the unevenness 4 is within the range of 0.6 to 1.0 mm of the thickness of the
The
The unevenness 4 of the
