【解決手段】対をなす指圧用突起の上面に適度にやわらかいグミ状の樹脂皮膜をのせ指圧用突起の下面に、ネジ式交換部材で作られた吸盤で構成された指圧具。また、従来既製の、個々の指圧突起形状を合わせることによって、どの指圧器にも対応可能な、適度にやわらかいグミ状の樹脂皮膜部材で構成された指圧突起カバーの指圧具。
