【解決手段】プラグに２重構造のプラグカバーを取り付けることにより、より容易にまた安全にコンセントに出し入れできる。プラグ本体を覆うカバーは上部をＴ字型にさせることにより、中指を巻いてひきやすくする。また、このカバーの上部裏側に凹凸を入れることにより、人差し指に引く力が加えられる。さらに親指が、コンセントに接触している外側のカバーを押すことによって、プラグ本体を引き抜く力が増すだけでなく、電源タップからも片手で抜くことができるようになる。ほとんどの金具の部分をカバーで覆うことにより、安全性を高める。
