2. Description of the Related Art Normally, when floor panels are laid from the center of the floor, the width of the basic unit floor panel is generally too narrow to be obtained at the border position, which is the end of the room. In order to lay the place, floor panels of different shapes in the whole shape having patterns of several sizes smaller than the width of the floor panel of the basic unit have been prepared in advance. In addition, as floor panels used for free access floors that can cope with irregularities on the floor surface, each floor panel is provided in a vertical and horizontal direction by providing a minute spacing between independent block-shaped unit support elements. The lower and upper edges of the adjacent unit support elements are arranged side by side so as to be flexibly connected to each other by a thin resin hinge portion having a reduced thickness in order to provide flexibility, and are hinged to each other. 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a so-called floor type floor panel in which each unit supporting element moves up and down in accordance with unevenness of the floor surface so that the floor panel can be laid along unevenness of the floor surface. In this type of floor panel, the thin resin hinge portion is appropriately cut by a cutting tool such as a cutter to make the floor panel smaller and correspond to the narrower border portion.

As described above, preparing several types of floor panels in consideration of the narrow width of the border portion increases costs in terms of manufacturing, management, and construction of floor panels. Was made up. On the other hand, the type in which the thin plate resin hinges are connected to each other, the lower edge or the upper edge of the unit support element is entirely connected by a continuous flexible thin plate resin hinge. Although flexibility in the vertical or horizontal direction along the connecting portion is obtained, there is no followability of the unit support element to unevenness in an oblique direction such as a diagonal direction. In addition, the adjustment of the interval between the unit support elements caused by the unevenness of the floor surface will be performed by expansion and contraction of the thin plate resin hinge portion, and therefore, the size of the interval between the unit support elements on the upper surface portion will be large and small, As a result, a minute change occurs in the length dimension on the upper surface of the floor panel, which also affects the dimension of the finishing material.

Further, by cutting thin resin hinges between the unit supporting elements so as to be able to be laid using a floor panel having a size of a basic unit at a border position on the floor surface, various widths can be obtained. However, in this case, it is necessary to cut the entire thin sheet resin hinge portion, and the cutting is appropriately performed by a cutting tool. However, there is also a disadvantage that the cut surface cannot be cleaned. Also, the thickness of the top plate of the unit support element and the thickness of the thin resin hinge portion are different, and the hinge portion is formed thin to obtain flexibility, so that the molding material flows into the thin resin hinge portion during manufacturing. There was also a drawback that it was difficult to do. Further, the thin resin hinge portion contracts earlier than other portions, and a difference in internal stress has occurred between the thin resin hinge portion and the other thick top plate or supporting leg portion.

The width of the connecting hinge portion 9 may be approximately the same as the width of the top plate 4. However, as shown in FIG. A trapezoidal section having a D2 width substantially equal to the top plate thickness or a trapezoidal section having an isosceles section is also employed. With the above-described configuration, it is possible to obtain a product that can obtain predetermined strength and can be easily cut. In the embodiment, since the top plate 4 is about 2 mm thick, the thickness and the width of the connecting hinge portion 9 are used according to the thickness. The number, thickness, and width of these connecting hinge portions 9 can be appropriately selected in terms of location, shape, and size within a range that achieves the object of the present invention.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention,
Since a suitable number of connecting portions having a thickness and a width approximately equal to the thickness of the top plate of the unit support element are formed between the upper edges of adjacent unit support elements, a floor formed by arranging the unit support elements vertically and horizontally. As a whole panel, sufficient flexibility against unevenness of the floor surface can be obtained. Particularly, since the connecting portion is connected and arranged at the upper surface in the intermittent state, unlike the conventional continuous thin strip-shaped resin hinge portion, the binding force between the unit supporting elements is only the connecting portion having a narrow width, and therefore, The flexibility in the diagonal direction such as the diagonal direction of the floor panel is also obtained, and it is possible to cope with unevenness of the floor surface in various directions.

Further, the adjustment of the floor panel caused by the unevenness of the floor surface is performed mainly by the bending movement of the unit supporting element without depending on the expansion and contraction of the thin resin hinge portion. The spacing between the support elements is less likely to vary, resulting in less change in length at the top of the floor panel and less effect on the dimensions of the finish. Further, since the conventional thin resin hinge portion is more flexible than necessary, it was impossible to bend and cut the portion as necessary, but the present invention is not applicable to cutting tools and the like. It is also possible to perform bending and cutting without using cutting means. Further, even when cutting is performed using a cutting tool, only the connection portion having the narrow width needs to be cut, so that the time required for cutting can be greatly reduced, and the construction is facilitated.

Further, in the conventional one, the thickness of the top plate of the unit support element and the thickness of the hinge part are different, and the hinge part is formed thin, so that the molding material flows into the thin resin hinge part during manufacturing. Difficult and difficult to manufacture. Furthermore, in the conventional thin-plate resin hinge portion, shrinkage occurs earlier than other portions, and a difference in internal stress occurs between members. Are substantially the same, there is no difference in such internal stress.
