Abstract

【課題】にら選別作業において、作業者は長時間の剥ぎとり作業によって肩こり、指先のかぶれなどの苦痛をかかえている。この薄皮剥ぎとり作業を軽減する機器を提供する。
【解決手段】はかま部の薄皮剥ぎとりには、エアーブローガンからの圧縮空気を利用する。圧縮空気を効率的にはかま部に集中させるため薄皮除去部１を考案した。この薄皮除去部によって、圧縮空気の流れがはかま部に集中し、瞬時にはかま部の薄皮を吹飛ばすことができる。吹飛ばした薄皮が顔にかからないようフード２を設けた。このフードによって空気の流れは足元に誘導され、快適な作業環境を実現する。

Claims
