に並設され、かつ同一方向へカーブする、断面略逆凹状
をなす複数の型枠と、前記型枠を長手方向へ移動可能に
して支持する支持ローラと、前記複数の型枠を同一方向
へカーブさせて位置決め固定すると共に、幅方向へ拡開
可能とした型枠セット装置と、前記型枠の下端部と型枠
内基礎面との間を閉塞する閉塞部材と、を備えたことを
特徴とする。

【実施例】以下、図に基づいて本発明の好適な実施例を
説明する。本発明による型枠装置で製造される鉄筋コン
クリート構造物は、図4に示される様に、例えばリニヤ
モーターカーの一対の走行路基礎面40、40等に使用
されるものである。ここで図1を参照して説明すると、
図中符号1は断面略逆凹状をなす型枠を示す。これら複
数の型枠1・・・は幅方向に等間隔をもって略平行に並
設されており、この型枠1の内側には長手方向へ移動可
能にして支持する支持ローラ2が少なくとも両端側に1
対設けられいる。さらに符号3は型枠セット装置であ
り、該型枠セット装置は図3に示すように、複数の型枠
1・・・の上を跨いで幅方向に架設された型枠セット部
材4と、この型枠セット部材4を両端側で支持する1対
の支持部材5、5とにより構成されている。そして、こ
の型枠セット部材4は、図3から理解されるように、型
枠1を幅方向に跨ぐセット杆6とこのセット杆6に遊嵌
され、長手方向に移動可能にされた型枠位置決め部材
7、7とを有している。ここで、型枠位置決め部材7は
2対用意されており、もってこの型枠位置決め部材7に
より双方の型枠1、1間の幅を固定しうる様になってい
る。そしてさらに、型枠位置決め部材7には型枠1、1
間の幅を微調整出来るように、幅調整部材8が各々設け
られている。また、型枠位置決め部材7と型枠1との間
には型枠取付部材9が介在されており、この型枠取付部
材9により型枠1が型枠セット部材4に固定される。な
お、この型枠取付部材9は通常型枠位置決め部材7の下
側に電磁石を取り付けて構成される。また、前記型枠位
置決め部材7の下方には型枠1の側面に係止する位置決
め片10が各々設けられている。この位置決め片10に
より型枠1の微妙なずれが防止される。尚、前記支持部
材5であるが、図3から理解されるように、支持してい
るセッット杆6自体を幅方向へ移動可能にした移動調節
部材14が設けられている。この移動調節部材14の作
動により、カーブする箇所での型枠設置が出来、カーブ
した鉄筋コンクリート構造物が製造できる。以上におい
て本発明の動作について説明すると、先ず図1に示すよ
うに各々の型枠1・・・間の幅を調整し、型枠セット装
置3で型枠1・・・を固定する。次いで長手方向の両端
側に図示されていない堰板を取り付け、型枠1内をそれ
ぞれ閉塞する。さらに図3から理解されるように、型枠
1の下端部と型枠内基礎面13との間を閉塞するよう閉
塞部材11で塞ぐものとする。ここで閉塞部材11につ
いては何らその構成を限定するものではないが、本実施
例ではゴムなどの可撓性部材で形成したホース部材を用
いている。ここで型枠位置決め部材7の下方に取り付け
られた型枠取付部材(電磁石)9を作動させ、その磁力
で型枠1を型枠セット装置3に固着するものとする。
尚、本実施例では型枠取付部材9として電磁石を用いた
が、決して電磁石に限定されるものではなく、取付可能
なものであれば、ビス止め、ボルト止め等いずれの取付
手段によるものでも構わない。以上において、この型枠
1内に所定の鉄筋を配筋すると共にコンクリート12を
充填する。そして一定時間の養生、固化の後、型枠位置
決め部材7に設けられた幅調整部材8を操作し、型枠
1、1間の幅を拡開して、脱型する。そして製造した鉄
筋コンクリート構造物と型枠1とを離脱させた後、型枠
取付部材9である電磁石の電源を切断して、その磁力を
消滅させる。これにより、型枠取付部材9は型枠1から
外れ、型枠1・・・は自重により支持ローラ2・・・上
に載置される。その状態から長手方向進行方向へ各々の
型枠1を移動させる。そして、さらに所定位置まで型枠
1・・・を移動させた後、再度型枠セット装置3を型枠
1・・・に取り付け、所定の型枠装置を構成すればよ
い。従って、その後の手順については先程説明した手順
の繰り返しとなる。ところで、図2に示すように、製造
すべき鉄筋コンクリート構造物について一定のカーブを
有したものを形成するためには、予め型枠1・・・を湾
曲させて取り付け固定することが考えられる。その場合
には、図2から理解されるように型枠1の長手方向にお
いて、間隔を狭めて型枠セット装置3を設置すればよ
い。すなわち、間隔を狭めて型枠セット装置3を設置す
る際、型枠位置決め部材7等を操作して、全体的に型枠
1を一方側にずらすことにより湾曲したカーブを簡単に
構成することができる(図2参照)。
