Abstract
【課題】本考案は防水、耐久性があり、工賃の削減が図れる農作物およびゴミ集荷場などの害鳥被害防止のおどしである。
【解決手段】プラッチック円錐形１の上部に相対する孔２を設置し、紐４を通し紐で上下を張り、中間に本体のプラッチック円錐形１を固定し、円錐形外部斜面には害鳥が警戒する鳥や動物の姿態の絵３を複数描く。

Description
本考案は、プラスチック製の円錐形をなす害鳥おどしである。
既存の紙製の円錐形鳥のオドシは耐久性に乏しい。防水加工、継ぎ手の補強などに手間と材料費がかさむ。などの欠点があった。
既存の紙製品の弱点である。防水、耐久性の解決および工賃の削減を図ることにある。
プラスチックを加熱、加圧で成型することで、加工がきわめて簡単。防水、耐久性にも優れている。
既存の紙製品と比較して、プラスチックは風雨にさらされても破損や変形することが少ない。
円錐形に表示した害鳥の警戒する姿態は立体感があり抜群の効果を発揮する。
製品が円錐形なので、斜面に表示されたおどしの絵が、上空を飛来する害鳥、水平を飛行する害鳥いずれにも視野に入りやすい。
晴天の場合は、プラスチックの光沢と相俟って、円錐形の斜面が太陽光線を浴びて一部が異様に反射する。どの害鳥にも極めて有効な効果をもたらす。
吊るされているおどしの円錐形が、風で大きく揺らいだのでは、害鳥の視野にとどまらない。円錐形の振れは中心を固定するひもによって、円錐形の底辺の直径の長さの振幅内にとどまる利点がある。
主に農作物を害鳥から守るためのおどしである。が、その他、ゴミの集荷場などのカラス対策としても有効である。
トウモロコシ、大豆、小豆などの豆類、稲など作物の丈に合わせて、おどしの高さを適宜に調整して吊るす。
円錐形の外部斜面に表示された鳶、狐、狸、イタなど複数の鳥や動物の姿態で、多種な害鳥に効果をもたらす。
以下、添付図面に従って実施例を説明する。１は耐久性のプラスチック製であり、外部斜面には害鳥が警戒する鳶、狐、狸、イタチなどの鳥や動物の姿態の絵を複数表示し、上部には相対する２の孔を設置し、４のひもを２の孔に通し６の木の枝や７の地中に５のアンカーを打ち込み、４のひもで１の円錐形を中間に適宜、固定する。
８はプラスチックの光沢が太陽光線に反射して光り輝く部分で、害鳥が異常に警戒する。

- プラｚッチック製の円錐形にして上部に相対する孔を設置し、外部の斜面には害鳥の警戒する鳥や動物の姿態を複数描く、孔には紐を通し、上下の紐で円錐形を中間に固定するプラッチック円錐形の害鳥おどし。
