Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to promoting the separation of plastic bottle containers.

PET bottle containers and labels are required to be separated at the time of disposal, and PET bottles have been devised for easy separation.

However, the separation rate between PET bottles and labels is still low. Nationwide, the collection method differs depending on the administrative district, so the separation of what is discharged from households is poor, and desirable separation of containers and labels that can be recycled most efficiently has not progressed. In the current situation where the optimal separation of PET bottles is not done nationwide, in order to continue to use limited resources effectively, not only the appeal from the manufacturer side but also the consumer side recognizes the need for separation. There must be. But unfortunately, the reality is that the current consumer consciousness of recycling PET bottles is in the stage of consciousness that they should be separated from other wastes, or only PET bottles. There is a need for a means to cultivate the most desirable consciousness of classification and to encourage it to be voluntarily classified.

The present invention has been made in view of the current situation as described above, and provides a situation in which consumers can easily and inevitably peel off PET bottle containers and labels, and can be easily separated. It is a policy issue to be able to convey the approach to.

The policy subject concerning this invention is a policy of inserting articles | goods in the clearance gap between the label affixed on the PET bottle container and its outer periphery. The article is characterized in that a separation step and a sorting operation are performed in which a consumer peels off a label and obtains an article by enclosing the article in the gap. However, by enclosing the goods inside, the consumer can proceed with the recognition of opening, not the recognition of sorting. As a result, the plastic bottle container and the label are inevitably separated.

With the present invention, the consumer will inevitably peel off the label in order to obtain the contents. Since the content items have consumer needs, the consumers are separated to take out the content items without feeling any stress in the peeling work.

The mode and operation of the present invention will be described below with reference to examples.

In the plastic bottle 1 for promoting the separation and recycling according to the present invention, the article 3 is enclosed between the plastic bottle and the label 2 attached thereto in such a form that the consumer can easily identify. In this case, the sealing method and the sealing location may protrude from the upper part of the label 2 or may be completely hidden. From the viewpoint of promoting separation, it is desirable to enclose in a region including a dotted line cutout portion for facilitating separation already provided on the label 2. For the articles 3 to be sealed in the above-mentioned places, by using the ones that consumers demand, those that are highly fashionable, and those that are highly collectable, the separation work of the labels is promoted and the separation work is continuously promoted without giving a sense of incongruity. Can do.
The material of the article 3 may be wooden (pencils, etc.), resin (dolls, small models, etc.) or metal (badges, etc.), cloth (emblems, etc.), seedlings, etc. Paper (point stickers, postcards, cards, etc.) can also be used for surface coating.
If a small container (such as a soy sauce holder) is used as a content item, a liquid can also be used as the content item. At the present time, the gap between the plastic bottle 1 and the label 2 is very small. However, by devising the shape of the plastic bottle, the shape can be given more taste and the range of development will be expanded.
In addition, since the PR effect for consumers can be expected, it is desirable to clearly indicate the environmental efforts and the way of thinking by attaching or describing the contents.

The sorting and recycling promotion method according to the present invention is a policy that not only promotes the optimum sorting of PET bottle products but also can be a means of clearly communicating the company's environmental efforts to consumers. Due to the global warming problem that is currently advancing rapidly, corporate efforts to the environment have attracted a great deal of attention, and as one of the criteria for consumers to select products, there are so many examples of corporate efforts to the environment. Establishing a method that allows consumers to separate themselves naturally is very effective for effective use of resources, leading to further expansion of consumption and cost reduction for recycling.
