【課題】発電器において発電に要するエネルギーを少なくしさらに従来の同容量の発電器より小型軽量化する。
【解決手段】空芯コイルを使用しその芯部分を、磁気帯び無軸リングを回転させ発電し、従来の発電器における有芯コイルと永久磁石とが互いに引き合う時生じる力を無くする事により、発電に要するエネルギーを少なくてすむようにしている。また、コイルを空芯コイルにする事により従来の発電器に主に使われていた鉄芯が不要となりその重量分が軽量化できる。

フレームに磁気帯び無軸車輪を支える為のU字溝車を3個とりつける。この内1個は磁気帯び無軸車輪を回転をさせる為に外部から回転動力が与えるれる。他の2個はフリーに回転する。各U字溝車の溝は磁気帯び無軸車輪を支えられる大きさの溝とする。フレームからは適当な距離を置き、磁気帯び無軸車輪を3点支持できる位置で空芯コイルのスペースが充分とれる位置に配置する。磁気帯び無軸車輪は適当な数の磁石を内封するかあるいはそれ自体を磁化する。磁石の場合も磁化した場合もS極N極が交互になるようにしたものであり、これを3個のU字溝車で支える様に取り付ける。その磁気帯び無軸車輪を巻くように銅線を巻き空芯コイルを作る。その空芯コイルは磁気帯び無軸車輪の曲線にあわせ、なおかつ中心を磁気帯び無軸車輪が回転出来る穴があいた糸巻きに銅線が巻かれたものであり、それはフレームに固定する。コイルの銅線両端は、それぞれ電気を取り出す為のターミナルに繋ぐ。 Attach three U-groove wheels to support the frame and non-axial wheels.
