(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 巻線導体を巻装する複数個の歯部鉄心を
樹脂材料で一体に成型した固定子で、この樹脂成型部は
歯部鉄心の上下端面とスロット内の絶縁部と、歯部鉄心
の形状を保持する円筒部と、第1、第2巻線導体のそれ
ぞれの外周を押圧保持するガイド部と、巻線導体の始終
端を巻き付けるピン端子を取り付ける円盤部とからな
り、この円盤部は前記円部の内周側で上端面より下方
位置に配するとともに、この円盤部より上方の円筒部に
複数の巻線溝を設けてなる電動機の固定子。

イド部のうち第1巻線用のガイド部の上端面を円筒部の
上端面より下方位置に設け、該第1巻線用のガイド部の
上端面に巻線導体の始終端を巻き付けるピン端子を取付
けてなる電動機の固定子。
