Description
本考案は，刺身・寿司等の生鮮食品を長時間低温に保つための容器に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a container for keeping fresh food such as sashimi and sushi at a low temperature for a long time.

本考案に係る保冷容器は図１に示すように，容器の底部に保冷剤を組み込み中蓋をして，その上に刺身・寿司等生鮮食品を盛り付け容器の上蓋をすることにより，生鮮食品の水分の蒸発をも防ぎ長時間に亘り鮮度を保つことができるものである。
容器の形状としては，円形・四角形・船形等が考えられる。
容器の素材としては，軽量・丈夫で保冷効果を維持できるものであれば，紙・プラスチック等何でも良いのだが，濡れて変形することも考えられるので，現状では発泡スチロールが良いと思われる。As shown in Fig. 1, the cold storage container according to the present invention incorporates a cold storage agent at the bottom of the container, covers it with an inner lid, puts fresh food such as sashimi and sushi on it, and puts the top lid on the container.
