Description

Field of use

The present invention is a lightweight formwork made of high-density polyethylene synthetic resin used for civil engineering work, connecting the formwork materials to the front, back, left and right when used for slope protection and roadbed stabilization. The present invention relates to a connecting device using a tapping screw of a lightweight mold for maintaining strength and continuity by being integrated.

Conventionally, as a connecting device of this type of lightweight formwork, a hole is formed in the joint surface of each formwork and bound with an iron wire, or an air stapler that is an air tool is used. There is a problem that a generator and an air compressor are required for the work.

Issues that the device tries to solve

In the present invention, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional ones, those that are bound by the iron wire etc. described in the former have no toughness in itself, and iron rust occurs in a short period of time, achieving the effect. There is a disadvantage that cannot be done. Further, in the latter fixing method using an air stapler, as shown in FIG. 5, in the fixing method in which a staple (13) is sandwiched between metal strips (13) at the joining portion (12) of the belt sides (11) and (11). The metal staple (13) has a sufficient strength in the transverse direction, but has a drawback that the strength against the front and rear pulling is insufficient and a disadvantage that iron rust is easily generated because the member is made of iron and is thin.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned various disadvantages. The main purpose of the present invention is to form a hole in the formwork block by using a tapping screw at the connecting part of the opposite formwork block. There is no need for this, and it is a coupling device using a tapping screw of a lightweight formwork in which a tapping screw is directly screwed to be connected and fixed.

Means for solving the problem

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the plurality of arranged formwork blocks are formed with a curved convex part and a curved concave part in the longitudinal direction by using a synthetic resin of polyethylene as a constituent material. A connecting portion to which the curved convex portions provided in the mold block are connected to each other is firmly fixed by screwing a rust-resistant tapping screw made of stainless steel. The plurality of formwork blocks are each provided with a through hole that plays a role such as passing water at a predetermined position.

Effect of device

According to the present invention, according to the coupling device using the tapping screw as described above, the troublesome work of drilling the hole in the mold block is unnecessary, and it is also necessary to use the air compressor of the air tool. There are not only a convenient effect, but also an effect that can sufficiently cope with rust caused by iron. And since the synthetic resin made from a high density polyethylene was used for the constituent material of each formwork block, it is very lightweight and has the effect which is excellent also in intensity | strength. In addition, the stainless steel tapping screw can be directly screwed into the curved convex part provided with the corresponding formwork block and firmly fixed without drilling a hole. In addition, since the stainless steel tapping screw is used, there is an effect that it can cope with rusting and can be securely fixed with strength over a long period of time.

At least above and below the connecting portion (3) joined only to the opposing curved convex portions formed on the side surfaces by the opposing mold blocks (A) and (B) developed in the honeycomb shape as configured above. At two places, stainless steel tapping screws (6) and (6) are fixed as shown in FIG. The space portions (8) and (8) opened in the mold blocks (A) and (B) are filled with cobblestone or crushed stone (10) as a filler, or the space portions (8) and (8). ) Is filled with vegetation soil and planted on the surface (16). Furthermore, it is laid and used for river revetment and river bed stabilization.
