本考案は下部取付金具10を一枚の平板を折り曲げだけで構成し、補強アーチ6の下部取付を変形部8と下部平面部9の外側面が一体平面になるように潰す事とし、上部取付けにおいては補強アーチを丸パイプとし、円筒状の保持部1・回転止め用押しボルト2・支持腕3で回転できるようにし、直管保持金具4と支持ボルト5で連結して固定する事で、
母屋直管7との間隔をより大きく調整して固定できるようになった。

図7のように屋根アーチの下に補強アーチを平行になるようにバンドを使いながら取付けるが、実際は屋根アーチの形状が非常に様々で、そのアーチを各物件ごとに測定をし、その測定値に合わせて補強アーチを製造しようとしたが、接合部を図8の様にしボルト穴を長穴にした程度では、あまりにも各物件の違いが大きすぎてなかなか合わず、多くの製造コストがかかってしまい、又取付け作業も簡単とは言えなかった。次に図9の補強アーチの構造となり、図10、又図11に示す構造となったが、まだ母屋直管との間隔調整量が少ない為、各物件ごとに測定をし、補強アーチの曲げを調整して製造する為製造コストが多くかかっていた。又、図10も複雑な構造である為コストが多くかかっていた。
