（ロ）ペットボトルを持ち運ぶ際にボトル本体を持つことで、内容物の冷たさや熱さが直接手に伝わり不快感があった。また、それを避けようとキャップ部を持った場合は、取っ掛かりが少ないため手に痛みを伴うことが多かった。

また、ボトルキャップ（２）のＴ字形状（３）の下部に指を掛けることで、ペットボトル本体（１）の内容物がどんなに冷たくても熱くても、熱を感じることなく持つことができる。そのため手にかかる不快感に煩わされることなく、快適に持ち運ぶことができる。また、直接ペットボトル本体（１）を持たなくても良いため、手の温度によって不必要に内容物を温めることがない。
なお、Ｔ字形状（３）は、図５に示すように、テコの原理が生きる形状を保てれば、果物や動物、植物、半円形、ロゴなど色々なデザイン（４）を施すこともできる。
