2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in a fully automatic washing machine, a washing and dewatering tub has been made of stainless steel in order to cope with speeding up of dehydration and adhesion of soap scum to the washing and dehydrating tub. Conventionally, the circulating water channel is formed by a substantially U-shaped water channel made of resin like the resin washing and dewatering tub, and there is no problem with the same material, but even when stainless steel is used, the resin is used for the circulating water channel. The problem of using different materials arises.

As shown in the figure, a washing and dewatering tub 1 is formed of a stainless steel plate, a pulsator 2 is rotatably disposed on the bottom surface, and a mounting flange 3 is mounted on the back surface of the bottom surface. . The water receiving tub 4 is provided outside the washing and dewatering tub 1, and a motor 5 for driving the washing and dewatering tub 1 and the pulsator 2 is attached to the back surface of the water receiving tub 4. Further, the water receiving tank 4 is supported on the outer frame 6 by a suspension 7 in a vibration-proof manner. A fluid balancer 8 containing a liquid is fixed to an upper portion of the washing and dewatering tub 1.

[0005] A substantially U-shaped water channel case 9 is fitted to the side surface of the washing and dewatering tub 1, and a circulating water channel 10 is formed between the washing and dewatering tub 1 and the side surface of the washing and dewatering tub 1. The lower blade 11 is integrally provided on the back surface of the pulsator 2, and a pump chamber 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower blade 11 of the pulsator 2. The rotation of the pulsator 2 causes the water on the back surface of the pulsator 2 to pass through the circulation channel 10, reach the fluid balancer 8, and discharge into the washing and dewatering tub 1 from the opening 13 of the channel.

In such a conventional fully automatic washing machine, the water channel case 9 forming the circulation water channel 10 is made of resin, the washing and dewatering tub 1 is made of stainless steel plate, and made of a combination of different materials. Since the thermal expansion coefficients of the two are greatly different from each other by about 10 times, when hot water or the like is used, the resin waterway case 9 has a larger elongation than the stainless steel sheet washing and dewatering tub 1, but the stainless steel sheet washing and dewatering tank 1 does not. Since the dewatering tub 1 has a small expansion, the waterway case 9 is deformed inside the washing and dewatering tub 1, and the waterway case 9 and the washing and dewatering tub 1 are deformed.
A gap is formed between the side walls and the circulating water leaks, reducing the lint collection ability, and the buttons and hooks of the clothes being washed may be caught in the gaps, possibly causing damage to the clothes. Had.

Further, water is left in the circulation channel 10 during dehydration during dehydration, and when the dehydration is stopped suddenly, water flows out to the pulsator 2 and adheres to the dewatered clothes. When 10 has a substantially cylindrical shape, the circulation channel 1
There was a problem that the hole for discharging the residual water of 0 and the hole position of the washing and dewatering tub 1 were provided at the same position, and the residual water in the circulation channel 10 had to be discharged at the time of dehydration.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided:
Even if the circulation channel is thermally expanded from the washing and dewatering tub due to the use of warm water or the like and extends in the vertical direction, the lower portion of the circulation channel is regulated by the claw. At this time, since the position of the claw portion is located substantially below the center of the circulation channel, the length of the circulation water channel below the position of the claw portion is short, the expansion due to thermal expansion is small, and there is no problem in restricting the expansion. A gap is provided above the claw portion by a fluid balancer, so that elongation due to thermal expansion of the circulation channel can be released.
