Description

The present invention relates to a box stacking member used when stacking boxes, and more particularly, to a box stacking member used when stacking another box on a box containing a large object that protrudes from the upper end surface of the box.

When shipping plants or the like to the market, they are shipped in a box of a predetermined size. When a plant is grown and shipped to the market as a business, the shipping amount is large and a large number of boxes are used. When a large number of boxes are used, if the boxes can be stacked in a stable state, a large number of boxes containing plants can be transported in a single transportation, and thus the transportation cost can be reduced. Conventionally, as a structure in which boxes are stacked, a structure in which an L-shaped edge member and a corner member are provided at the upper end portion of the box has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 09-165040 (FIG. 2)

However, in the case of a box having a structure in which an L-shaped edge member and a corner member are provided at the upper end portion of the above box, if the contents accommodated in the box are of a size that protrudes from the upper end surface of the box, Stacking boxes can damage their contents. If the contents are damaged, the contents no longer have commercial value.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a box stacking member that stacks other boxes so that the contents in the box protrude from the upper end surface of the box without damaging the contents.

In order to solve the above problems, the box stacking member of the present invention is a box stacking member inserted between the first box and the second box when stacking the second box on the first box. A front support plate for supporting the second box from the front side of the second box; a rear support plate for supporting the second box from the rear side of the second box; A right side support plate that supports the box from the right side of the second box and is connected to the front support plate and the rear support plate at the side edges thereof, and the second box to the left side of the second box. A left side support plate supported from the surface side and connected to the front support plate and the rear support plate at the side ends thereof, and a right side which is a portion where the front support plate or the rear support plate and the right side support plate are connected A portion cut out in a predetermined shape from the lower end portion of the right side support plate connecting portion along the surface support plate connecting portion. Of the left side support plate connecting portion along the left side support plate connecting portion which is a portion where the front side support plate or the rear side support plate and the left side support plate are connected. And a left side support plate coupling cutout portion which is a portion cut out from the lower end portion into a predetermined shape. Thereby, even if it is the magnitude | size from which the content in a box protrudes from the upper end surface of a box, it brings about the effect | action of stacking another box so that the content may not be damaged.

Further, in the box stacking member of the present invention, the box stacking member of the present invention includes the front support plate or the rear support plate and the right side support plate along the right side support plate connecting portion or the left side support plate connecting portion. Alternatively, the right side support plate connecting portion and the left side support plate connecting portion are configured to be folded so as to overlap with the left side support plate. Thereby, the effect | action of making the box stacking member of this invention compact is brought about. That is, when the box stacking member of the present invention is not used, it can be easily stored.

Further, in the box stacking member of the present invention, the right side support plate connecting portion and the left side support plate connecting portion are formed by cylindrical cylindrical members provided on both side ends of the front support plate and the rear support plate, and the right side support member. Columnar pins provided on both side ends of the surface support plate and the left side support plate, and by inserting the pins into the cylindrical member, the front support plate, the right side support plate, the left side support plate, and The rear support plate, the right support plate, and the left support plate are connected, and the front support plate, the rear support plate, the right support plate, and the left support plate are rotatable about the pin as a fulcrum. It is characterized by this. Accordingly, the box stacking member can be folded in a compact manner regardless of the material used for the box stacking member of the present invention.

According to the present invention, even if the contents in the box are large enough to protrude from the upper end surface of the box, it is possible to achieve an excellent effect of stacking different boxes so as not to damage the contents.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of a box stacking member 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1A is a diagram illustrating a state in which boxes 300 are stacked on a box 200 using the box stacking member 100. The box stacking member 100 in the embodiment of the present invention is used by being positioned between the box 200 and the box 300.

That is, a part of the lower end portion of the box stacking member 100 is inserted into the box 200 located below the lower end portion of the box stacking member 100. Then, the box 300 is placed on the upper end portion of the box stacking member 100 from above the upper end portion of the box stacking member 100.

Thereby, the box 300 can be stacked with a predetermined space provided above the box 200 via the box stacking member 100. The size of the predetermined space can be changed by changing the length of the box stacking member 100 in the vertical direction. The box stacking member 100 is particularly effective when a plant having a size that protrudes from the upper end surface of the box 200 is placed in the box 200.

FIG.1 (b) is a perspective view of the box stacking member 100 in embodiment of this invention. The box stacking member 100 includes a front support plate 10, a rear support plate 20, a right side support plate 30, a left side support plate 40, right side support plate connection cutout portions 61 and 62, and a left side support plate connection cutout. Parts 63 and 64.

The front support plate 10 is a plate member that supports the box 300 from the front surface 310 side. For example, the front support plate upper end portion 11 which is the upper end portion of the front support plate 10 is inserted into a box edge 350 provided on the outer periphery of the upper end portion of the box 300. Further, the lower end portion 12 of the front support plate of the front support plate 10 is inserted into the box 200 as shown in FIG. Thereby, the front support plate 10 supports the box 300 from the front surface 310 side.

The rear support plate 20 is a plate member that supports the box 300 from the rear surface 320 side. For example, the rear support plate upper end portion 21 which is the upper end portion of the rear support plate 20 is inserted into the box edge 350 provided at the upper end portion of the box 300. Further, the rear support plate lower end portion 22 of the rear support plate 20 is inserted into the box 200 in the same manner as the front support plate lower end portion 12 of the front support plate 10. Thereby, the rear surface support plate 20 supports the box 300 from the rear surface 320 side.

The right side support plate 30 and the left side support plate 40 are plate members that support the box 300 from the right side 330 side and the left side 340 side, respectively. For example, the right side support plate upper end portion 31 and the left side support plate upper end portion 41 which are the upper end portions of the right side support plate 30 and the left side support plate 40 are inserted into the box edge 350 provided at the upper end portion of the box 300. Thus, the right side support plate 30 and the left side support plate 40 support the box 300 from the right side 330 side and the left side 340 side, respectively.

Further, the right side support plate lower end 32 and the left side support plate lower end 42 which are lower ends of the right side support plate 30 and the left side support plate 40 are the front support plate lower end 12 and the rear support plate of the front support plate 10. Unlike the case of the rear support plate lower end portion 20 of 20, it is not inserted into the box 200 as shown in FIG.

The front support plate 10 is connected to the right side support plate 30 and the left side support plate 40. That is, the right end of the front support plate 10 is connected to the left end of the right support plate 30, and the left end of the front support plate 10 is connected to the right end of the left support plate 40. Hereinafter, a portion connected to the right side support plate is referred to as a right side support plate connecting portion.

The rear support plate 20 is connected to the right side support plate 30 and the left side support plate 40. That is, the left end of the rear support plate 20 is connected to the right end of the right support plate 30, and the right end of the rear support plate 20 is connected to the left end of the left support plate 40. Hereinafter, the portion connected to the left side support plate will be referred to as a left side support plate connection part.

The right side support plate connection cutout portions 61 and 62 are portions cut out in a predetermined shape from the lower end portions of the right side support plate connection portions 51 and 52 along the right side support plate connection portions 51 and 52, respectively. The left side support plate coupling cutouts 63 and 64 are portions cut out in a predetermined shape from the lower end portions of the left side support plate coupling portions 53 and 54 along the left side support plate coupling portions 53 and 54, respectively. . The predetermined shape may be any shape as long as such a purpose can be achieved.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the right side support plate coupling cutout portions 61 and 62 and the left side support plate coupling cutout portions 63 and 64 are formed by replacing the front support plate lower end portion 12 and the rear support plate lower end portion 22 with the box 200. This is a cut portion provided to facilitate the work of inserting the right side support plate lower end 32 and the left side support plate lower end 42 out of the box 200.

In FIG. 1A, the front support plate lower end 12 and the rear support plate lower end 22 are inserted into the box 200, and the right side support plate lower end 32 and the left side support plate lower end 42 are connected to the box 200. The front support plate lower end portion 12 and the rear support plate lower end portion 22 are exposed outside the box 200, and the right side support plate lower end portion 32 and the left side support plate lower end portion 42 are connected to the box. You may make it insert in the inside of 200.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the box stacking member 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is folded. As shown in FIG. 2A, for example, the box stacking member 100 is crushed and flattened when a predetermined force is applied to the right side support plate connecting portion 51 and the left side support plate connecting portion 54 in the direction of arrow A. . That is, the box stacking member 100 can be folded. In order to make the box stacking member 100 foldable, for example, corrugated cardboard is assumed as the material of the box stacking member 100, but the present invention is not limited to this.

FIG. 2B is a diagram illustrating a state in which the box stacking member 100 is folded. When the box stacking member 100 is folded as described with reference to FIG. 2A, the front support plate 10 and the left side support plate 40 are superposed, and the rear support plate 20 and the right side support plate 30 are superposed. In FIG. 2, the front support plate 10, the rear support plate 20, the right side support plate 30, and the left side support plate 40 are depicted as having the same size, but the size is not limited to this. Absent. Further, when the box stacking member 100 is folded along the right side support plate connecting portion 51 in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 2B, the box stacking member 100 becomes a compact size as shown in FIG.

When the box stacking member 100 is folded, the box stacking member 100 can be stored in a compact size when the box stacking member 100 is not used. Therefore, there is an advantage that the box stacking member 100 can be easily stored.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of a box stacking member 400 according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3A is a perspective view of a box stacking member 400 according to another embodiment of the present invention. The box stacking member 400 includes a front support plate 10, a rear support plate 20, a right side support plate 30, a left side support plate 40, right side support plate connection cutouts 61 and 62, and a left side support plate connection cutout. Parts 63 and 64, right side support plate connecting members 71 and 72, and left side support plate connecting members 73 and 74.

In addition, the same code | symbol is used about the part which has the same function as the box stacking member 100 shown in FIG. Since the same reference numerals have already been described with reference to FIG. 1, the description thereof is omitted.

The difference between the box stacking member 400 and the box stacking member 100 is that the front support plate 10, the right side support plate 30 and the left side support plate 40 are connected to each other, and the rear support plate 20, the right side support plate 30 and the left side. This is a mode of connection with the surface support plate 40. That is, the box stacking member 400 is connected to the front support plate 10, the right support plate 30 and the left support plate 40 by the right support plate connection members 71 and 72 and the left support plate connection members 73 and 74. The rear support plate 20, the right support plate 30, and the left support plate 40 are connected.

FIG. 3B is an enlarged view of a portion of an ellipse C in FIG. The left side support plate connecting member 73 includes a cylindrical member 73a and a pin 73b.
