Description

The present invention relates to a gas-filled bag, and in particular, relates to a gas-filled bag provided with a pigment-adhering layer that can absorb the pigment and to deposit the pigment thereon.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a gas-filled bag that can be filled with gas is generally provided with a hermetically sealed bag 1. The airtight bag 1 is composed of two polyethylene films 10 and a polyamide film 12 covering the surfaces of the two polyethylene films 10, and the manufacturer further adds gloss to the surface of the airtight bag 1. An aluminum layer 14 is plated in advance on one surface of the polyamide film 12 that covers the polyethylene film 10, and then the surface of the airtight bag 1 is glossed by covering the surface of the polyethylene film 10 with the polyamide film 12 plated with the aluminum layer 14. Appears.

In order to make gas filling convenient, the gas ingress tube 2 is usually provided on the inner surface of the two polyethylene membranes 10 of the sealed bag 1. A part of the gas entry tube 2 is built in the inner surface of the two polyethylene films 10, the other part is exposed to the outside of the two polyethylene films 10, and the hermetic bag 1 is formed of the two polyethylene films 10 by thermocompression bonding. And the relative positions of the outer surface of the gas entry tube 2 and the inner surfaces of the two polyethylene membranes 10 are hermetically sealed. At the same time, a flat gas passage 20 is provided in the gas inlet tube 2, and ink 22 is applied to appropriate portions inside the flat gas passage 20 that are in close contact with each other.

When the user fills the gas filling bag with gas, first, one end of an elongated gas filling tube (not shown in the drawing) is inserted into the gas entry tube 2 and deeply entered into the sealed bag 1. Air is blown into the mouth or gas is blown into the sealed bag 1 with a gas filling machine. When the sealed bag 1 expands in a three-dimensional shape, the user pulls out the elongated gas-filled tube from the gas entry tube 2. At this time, the gas in the sealed bag 1 automatically presses the flat gas passage 20 incorporated in the sealed bag 1 in an airtight manner by the action of the pressure difference, and at the same time, is applied to the inner surface of the gas entry tube 2. The attached ink 22 is tightly attached to prevent gas leakage, and if the user stretches the gas entry tube exposed a certain distance outside the sealed bag 1 and binds it to the support base of the support bar, The airtight bag 1 can be fixed to a support stand and used for an exhibition or the like.

However, the surface of the airtight bag 1 is limited to the surface made of the polyamide film 12, and therefore the graphic 18 on the surface of the airtight bag 1 is printed on the surface of the airtight bag 1 by a manufacturer in advance using a printing technique. If a consumer purchases a gas-filled bag, the manufacturer must choose a gas-filled bag with a graphic that matches his / her preference and place of use from among the gas-filled bags printed in advance by the manufacturer. Select and consumer choice is limited to the manufacturer. Also, some consumers are unable to select the text that suits them, so they abandon the purchase of the gas-filled bag, and the seller of the gas-filled bag loses the opportunity to earn profit. In addition, the design and characters of gas-filled bags with graphics produced by the manufacturer are generally inflexible and lack freshness, and the current style of the product is different from that of ordinary products. The drawings on the surface of the sealed bag are not printed by the manufacturer in advance, but the consumer himself designs various drawings and sets them to set the sealed bag. Printing on the surface of the paper is a problem to be solved immediately.
In view of this, in order to remedy the shortcomings of the conventional one, the inventor of the present invention, after long-term effort research and experimentation, finally develops and designs a gas-filled bag capable of printing the figure by himself of the present invention. I was able to.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a gas-filled bag capable of printing a figure by itself. It is provided with a bag, the surface of the bag is provided with a pigmentation layer, the bag is placed on a graphic output device, and the graphic output device is equipped with various facial colors using a graphic designed in advance by software. The pigment is printed on the pigment adhering layer according to the contour form of the text, and when the pigment is absorbed into the pigment adhering layer, the pigment adheres to the pigment adhering layer, and the homemade text appears on the surface of the bag. This solves the problem that a typical gas-filled bag is printed only by the manufacturer.

Another object of the present invention is that a tearing portion is provided at the outer edge of the sealing portion of the bag, the bag and the tearing portion form a printed sheet, and the sealing portion and the outer edge of the gas entry tube are formed at the tearing portion of the printing sheet. Along the line, the pigmented layer is provided in the area enclosed by the bag seal, and if the printed sheet is manufactured to a specification size (e.g. A4) that can be accepted by the text output device In this case, the user can set the print sheet on the text output device and print the text, and if the tear line is removed along the tear line, a home-filled text will appear on the surface of the bag. Is to provide.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a lining sheet on at least one surface of the printing sheet, and to be connected to the outer edge of the minimum part of the lining sheet together with a tearing portion so that the strength of the printing sheet is reduced by the lining sheet. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gas-filled bag in which a phenomenon such as tearing, tearing, and wrapping is avoided in the process in which the bag is fed into the graphic output device.
In order for the members of the judging committee to further recognize and understand the purpose, shape, structure, device characteristics and effects of the present invention, examples will be taken here and described in detail in conjunction with the drawings.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the gas-filled bag according to the claims of the present invention capable of printing a figure by itself includes two bonding films and two coating films respectively bonded to the bonding films. A sealing part that appears in a continuous manner and is provided at the edges of the binding film and the coating film, and is provided between both ends of the sealing part, a part is built in the inner surface of the two bonding films, and the other part is A gas entry tube exposed outside the two bonding films, a gas passage that appears in a flat shape and is provided in the gas entry tube, and in which ink is applied at appropriate locations inside each other, and a coating A pigment adhering layer is provided on the surface of the membrane to absorb the pigment and attach the pigment.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a bag 3 is provided in a gas-filled bag capable of printing a figure by itself according to the present embodiment, and the bag 3 includes two bonding films 30 and two bonding films. The coating film 34 is bonded to the surface 30. The bag 3 is provided with a sealing portion 34 that appears in a continuous manner, and a gas entry tube 4 is provided between both ends of the sealing portion 34. A part of the gas entrance tube 4 is built in the inner surface of the two bonding films 30, and the other part is exposed outside the two bonding films 30. A flat gas passage 40 is provided in the gas inlet tube 4, and ink 42 is applied to appropriate portions inside the flat gas passage 40 that are in close contact with each other. On the surface of the coating film 32, a pigment can be absorbed, and a pigment attachment layer 36 for attaching the pigment is provided. The bag 3 can be sent to an individual or small graphic output device such as a printer, a copy, a drafting machine, etc., and the graphic output device applies various facial color pigments according to the graphic designed in advance by the software. Is printed on the pigment adhering layer 36, and when these pigments are absorbed by the pigment adhering layer 36, the pigment immediately adheres to the pigment adhering layer 36, and the home-made graphics appear on the surface of the bag 3 and the traditional gas filled bag. Solves the problem of printing only to manufacturers.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in the optimum embodiment of the present invention, a tearing portion 5 is provided on the outer edge of the sealing portion 34 of the bag 3, and the bag 3 and the tearing portion 5 are formed on the printed sheet 6. The printed sheet 6 is provided with a cutting line 50 on the tearing part 5 along the outer edge of the sealing part 34 and the gas entry tube 4, and the pigment adhering layer 36 is surrounded by the sealing part 34 of the bag 3. Provided in the area. Thus, if the print sheet 6 is of a specification size (e.g., A4) that can be accepted by the graphic output device, the user can use the software of the computer connected to the graphic output device to make personal preferences or location conditions. It is possible to design a graphic that conforms to the above, and further, various pigments are printed on the pigment adhering layer 36 by a signal transmitted from the computer by the graphic output device, and further, along the tear line 50, the tearing portion If 5 is removed, a homemade graphic appears on the surface of the bag 3.

As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, a lining sheet 7 is provided on the minimum surface of the printing sheet 6, and the bag 3 or the tearing portion 5 is removably attached to the outer edge of the minimum part of the lining sheet 7. Connected together. The strength of the printed sheet 6 is enhanced by the lining sheet 7, and the occurrence of phenomena such as tearing, tearing and wrapping is avoided in the process in which the bag 3 is fed into the graphic output device. For this reason, the bag 3 can be smoothly printed with a graphic output device. In addition, an opening 70 is provided so as to face an area surrounded by the tear line 50 of the lining sheet 7 so that the text can be printed at a position covering the lining sheet 7 of the bag 3. In addition, although one side or both sides of the bag 3 are covered with the lining sheet 7, both sides of the bag 3 can be printed with a text output device.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the embodiment, the coating film 32 appears translucent, and an external light source can be reflected between the bonding film 30 and the coating film 32, or glossy. When an external light source is projected onto the bag 3, the light source passes through the light-transmitting coating film 32 and is reflected from the paint layer 38, or the glossy paint layer 38 is It appears from the coating film 32 that transmits light, and the surface of the bag 3 becomes more varied.

In this embodiment, the bonding film 30 may be a polyethylene film, the coating film 32 may be a polyamide film, the paint layer 38 may be an aluminum paint, the pigment adhering layer 36 is composed of a binder and an adsorbent, The binder and adsorbent are mixed together. In addition to the adsorbent being mixed in the binder, the adsorbent is applied or attached to the surface of the bag. By doing so, the adsorbent can absorb the aqueous or oily solvent of the pigment printed on the surface of the bag 3 and attach the pigment to the pigment adhering layer. In the present invention, the binder may be polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and the attachment material may be calcium carbonate.

When the user completes the graphic design file by applying software on the computer, the bag 3 is set in the graphic output device. The graphic output device stores the graphic design file in the bag 3 according to the graphic design file. The graphic output operation is performed, and the pigment of the graphic output device is attached to the surface of the bag 3. In this way, the consumer himself / herself designs the graphic and prints the graphic on the surface of the bag 3, and if the bag 3 is filled with gas, the traditional sealed bag is filled with gas. Since it is the same, no further explanation is given here.
What has been described above is only the optimum embodiment of the present invention, and the structural features of the present invention are not limited thereto, and those who are familiar with the technology can easily be found within the scope of the present invention. All conceivable changes or modifications shall be included in the utility model claims of this proposal.
