Description

  The present invention relates to a tray on which things are placed, and more particularly to a decorative tray to which a decorative plate is attached.

  Traditionally, trays have been used for meals and the like. There are various types of trays, but a tray with a bottom plate and a side frame plate is safe.

  Many of these trays are decorated. For example, there is one in which a pattern is applied to the surface of the bottom plate of the tray (Patent Document 1). However, decoration by painting generally has a limited decorative property and the painted surface is easily peeled off.

  On the other hand, there is a so-called Raden that has a shell or the like embedded in a part of the surface of the bottom plate, but it is merely an elaborate one on the surface of the bottom plate and has a drawback that it is easily peeled off.

In particular, when trying to provide a bright decorative plate with excellent light-transmitting properties through which light passes, it is impossible if the bottom plate is made of wood.
Thus, in order to give decoration to the material of the bottom plate itself, there is a limit to the decorative property, so a decorative plate using a plate made of a material different from the bottom plate has been demanded.

For this reason, there has been proposed one in which, for example, an appropriate position of the bottom plate is cut out and a decorative plate is fitted therein and hardened with an adhesive.
This is because the abutment surface (plane) between the decorative plate and the bottom plate is joined with an adhesive, but the adhesive is removed during use, and when the decorative plate is pressed, the decorative plate comes off the bottom plate body. It is easy and is not necessarily reliable as attachment.

The present invention has been made based on this situation.
That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative tray having a bottom plate and a decorative plate made of a material different from that of the bottom plate, and which is securely attached.

  As a result of intensive diligent efforts against the background as described above, the inventor made use of slit grooves formed in the side frame plate of the tray and a step formed on the end surface of the notch portion of the bottom plate. The present inventors have found out that conventional problems can be solved by attaching a decorative plate, and have completed the present invention based on the knowledge.

  That is, the present invention (1) is a rectangular tray in which a bottom plate is inserted into a slit groove formed in a side frame plate, and a decorative plate is attached to a notch portion formed in the bottom plate. Located in the decorative tray.

According to the decorative tray of the present invention, it is a rectangular tray in which the bottom plate is inserted into the slit groove formed in the side frame plate, and the decorative plate is attached to the notch portion of the bottom plate. Can be decorated with different boards.

In the following, an optimum example for carrying out the invention will be shown based on the drawings.

The decorative tray A has a rectangular shape and includes a rectangular bottom plate 2 and four side frame plates 3, and the bottom plate 2 is fitted into a slit groove S formed in the side frame plate 3.   When the thickness M of the decorative plate 1 becomes close to the thickness N of the bottom plate 2, the thickness of the step portion 21 of the bottom plate 2 becomes thin and the supporting force decreases. In such a case, it is preferable to form the step part 11 also on the decorative board 1.

Since the plastic plate has translucency, when a plastic plate is used as the material of the decorative plate 1, a bright decoration is given to the decorative tray A of the present invention.
The plastic plate is generally a flexible material, but even if the plastic plate is used as the decorative plate 1, the slit groove S of the side frame plate 3 and the step portion 21 of the bottom plate 2 support the decorative plate 1. In order to assemble the inventive decorative tray A, four rectangular bottom plates 2 and four rectangular side frame plates 3 are prepared.

The bottom plate 2 is cut at its corners to provide a triangular cutout K. The decorative plate 1 is also a triangle corresponding to the size of the cutout K.
A slit groove S is formed in each side frame plate 3, and the width of the slit groove S is the thickness of the bottom plate 2.

  At the time of assembly, one side of the decorative plate 1 is applied to the notch K of the bottom plate 2 to form a rectangular bottom plate 2 state, and in this state, four side frame plates from the periphery of the bottom plate 2 in the direction of the arrow. 3 is inserted.

The side frame plate 3 is applied to the bottom plate 2 from four sides, and the bottom plate 2 is first fitted into the slit groove S. Thus, a decorative basin A having a corner (corresponding to the cutout K of the bottom plate 2) is formed.

  Next, as shown by the arrows in the figure, the decorative plate 1 is inserted into the space at the corner of the bottom plate 2 from the center side. When inserting, when the bottom plate 2 is pushed, the two sides of the decorative plate 1 are guided along the side frame plate 3 and enter the slit groove S of the side frame plate 3.   When the step portion 11 is formed on the decorative plate 1, the step portion 11 of the decorative plate 1 is fitted into and supported by the step portion 21 of the bottom plate 2. Claims (7)

  A rectangular tray formed by inserting a bottom plate into a slit groove formed in a side frame plate, wherein a decorative plate is attached to a cutout portion formed in the bottom plate.   A part of the decorative plate is supported by a step portion formed on an end surface of a notch portion of the bottom plate, and the remaining part of the decorative plate is attached by being fitted into the slit groove.
