Description

The present invention relates to a steel material to which a nut used as a connecting member is fixed when the steel material is connected at a construction site or the like. More specifically, the steel material has a nut fixed to a steel material through a joint portion provided on the nut, and the joint portion is fitted into an opening provided in the steel material, and is viewed in plan view. The present invention relates to a steel material to which a nut pressed in a direction away from the center of the opening is fixed.

Conventionally, in order to connect a construction steel frame or the like, a steel material to which a nut is fixed as a connecting member has been used.

Patent Document 1 proposes a jig that temporarily and securely fixes a nut to be welded to a center of a circular hole in a steel material, and only a pair of handles are squeezed. Decide the position to weld the nut and securely fix the nut to the steel. Thereby, it is the technique that the operation | work which welds a nut to steel materials is performed efficiently.

As described above, when the nut is fixed to the steel material, it is assumed that the nut is fixed by welding.

In the conventional technique described above, the nut is fixed to the steel material by welding at the construction site. Therefore, when the joining member is provided at a position that is out of the reach of the worker due to the shape of the steel frame or the situation at the work site, it is necessary to place the connecting member at the connecting position after the nut is welded and fixed. The work of fixing the nut is troublesome. Further, since the nut is welded onto the plating tool, a step called Sarael later (that is, a step of correcting the screw thread when welding residue adheres to the screw thread of the nut) is required.

In other words, the conventional technique has a problem that, when the nut is fixed by welding, the number of work steps is large, and the cost increases accordingly.

In view of the above-described conventional problems, the present invention integrates the nut and the steel material without performing welding work when joining the nut to the steel material, and can reduce the work man-hours at the site, thereby realizing cost reduction. An object of the present invention is to provide a steel material to which a nut to be fixed is fixed.

The steel material to which the nut of the present invention is fixed is a steel material to which a nut provided with a joint is fixed via the joint,
The joining portion is fitted into an opening formed in the steel material and is pressed in the radial direction of the opening.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said junction part is exhibiting the cylinder shape extended in parallel with the axial center direction of the said nut.

Further, it is preferable that a taper is formed on the periphery of the opening.

Moreover, it is preferable that a plurality of grooves are provided radially on the periphery of the opening.

According to the steel material to which the nut of the present invention is fixed, the steel material to which the nut of the present invention is fixed can be manufactured at a factory, and the nut is made into the steel material by pressing the joint portion provided on the nut to the steel material. Since it is fixed, it is not necessary to weld and join the nut to the steel material in the field. Thereby, the work man-hour at the field can be reduced and the construction cost can be reduced. Further, since the steel material to which the nut of the present invention is fixed can be manufactured not at the site but at the factory, the nut can be fixed at a desired strength by appropriately changing the material and shape of the nut.

The steel material to which the nut of the present invention is fixed is a steel material to which a nut is fixed to a steel material through a joint portion provided on the nut, and the joint portion is in an opening provided in the steel material. It is inserted and pressed in a direction away from the center of the opening in plan view.

Hereinafter, the steel material to which the nut of the present invention is fixed will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Embodiment 1
1 and 2, a steel material 1 to which a nut is fixed is composed of a U-shaped steel material 2 and a nut 3. The steel material 2 is provided with an opening 21 of a circular hole for allowing the bolt to pass therethrough. As shown in FIG. 4 (f), the joint 3a is provided on the nut 3 so as to protrude in parallel with the axial direction of the nut 3 and at least from one end surface side of the nut 3, and is formed on the steel material. The opening 21 is provided so as to be inscribed in the side surface. That is, the joint portion 3 a has a cylindrical shape extending from at least one end face side of the nut 3. The joint 3 a is fitted into the opening 21 of the steel 2, and the joint 3 a is pressed in a direction away from the center of the opening 21, thereby fixing the nut 3 to the steel 2.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4E, the opening 21 is formed with four tapered portions 2a for press-contacting the joint portion 3a and arc-shaped grooves 2b for preventing the nut 3 from rotating together. ing. This taper part 2a is a taper-shaped part formed in the longitudinal cross-section of the part which forms the opening part 21 in the steel material 2, and was formed so that it might spread toward the surface which a bolt head contacts. That is, in the steel material 2, a taper is formed on the periphery of the opening 21.

The groove 2b for preventing co-rotation will be described. A plurality of grooves 2b are provided radially on the periphery of the opening 21. That is, the plurality of grooves 2b are provided in the taper portion 2a in a direction away from the center of the opening in a plan view, and when the joint portion 3a is pressed, the joint portion 3a bites into the groove 2b. Therefore, when the bolt is tightened, the joint 3a is caught in the groove 2b, so that the nut 3 can be prevented from rotating together with the rotation of the bolt.

A method for manufacturing the steel material 1 to which the nut of the present invention is fixed will be described below with reference to the drawings.

First, the opening 21 is formed by pressing a steel material 2 having a cross section as shown in FIG.

Next, in order to form the taper portion 2a, which is a portion to which the joint portion 3a is pressure-contacted, and the groove 2b for preventing the rotation of the nut, a taper portion forming die 4 as shown in FIG. 4C is used. Press. The shape of the taper portion forming die 4 is a shape obtained by cutting a cone and a cone having a bottom surface having arcuate protrusions 4a in the four directions of the circle along a plane parallel to the bottom surface. FIG. 4D shows a pressing process for forming the tapered portion 2a and the groove 2b. FIG. 4E shows the opening 21, the tapered portion 2a, and the groove 2b formed in this way.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4 (f), the joint 3 a of the nut 3 is fitted into the opening 21 formed in the steel material 2. FIG. 4 (g) shows a state in which the joint 3 a of the nut 3 is fitted into the opening 21 of the steel material 2.

Next, the joint 3a is pressurized with a punch so as to be away from the center of the opening 21. The punch has a solid shape (not shown) composed of two surfaces parallel to the conical surface and the bottom surface of the cone. In this way, the joint 3a is pressed against the tapered portion 2a and the groove 2b formed in the steel material 2. FIG. 4 (h) shows the nut 3 in a state in which the joint 3 a is pressed against the steel material 2.

The steel material 1 to which the nut of the present invention is fixed is manufactured in a factory through the processes described above, and is carried to the site for use.

Here, the case where the steel material 1 to which the nut of the present invention is fixed is used for the connection of the steel frame will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 (a), 5 (b) and 6. FIG. As shown in these drawings, the steel material 1 to which the nut of the present invention is fixed functions as a connecting member, and connects the steel frame 5 a and the steel frame 5 b via bolts 6. Even if the steel member has a U-shape or a complicated shape, and the joint member can be installed at a position that is difficult for the operator to reach during construction, the steel material to which the nut of the present invention is fixed as the joint member If 1 is used, the work of welding the nut is unnecessary, leading to a reduction in the number of man-hours on site.

As described above, the steel material 1 to which the nut of the present invention is fixed is manufactured in a factory, and the steel material 1 to which the nut 3 is fixed to the steel material 2 through the joint portion 3a provided on the nut 3 is fixed. In addition, since the joining portion 3a is inserted into the opening 21 provided in the steel material 2 and is pressed in a direction away from the center of the opening 21 in plan view, the nut 3 needs to be welded to the steel material 2 at the site. There is no. As a result, since the nut and the steel material are already integrated, the number of work steps at the site can be reduced, and the construction cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the steel material 1 to which the nut of the present invention is fixed can be manufactured not at the site but at the factory, the nut can be fixed at a desired strength by appropriately changing the material and shape of the nut.

In addition, although this Embodiment demonstrated the steel material 1 to which the U-shaped nut was fixed, not only this but the steel material 1 to which the nut of this invention was fixed may be plate shape.

Furthermore, in this Embodiment, although the case where the two nuts 3 were attached to the steel material 1 to which the nut was fixed was demonstrated, not only this but four to the steel material to which the nut of this invention was fixed, Six or more nuts may be attached.

Furthermore, in this Embodiment, although the case where the two nuts 3 were attached to the steel material 1 to which the nut was fixed in a line was demonstrated, it is not restricted to this, The steel material to which the nut of this invention was fixed 1, a plurality of nuts 3 may be attached in a plurality of rows.

Furthermore, in this Embodiment, although the case where the groove | channel 2b for preventing co-rotation of the nut 3 was formed in four places in one opening part 21 was demonstrated, not only this but the co-rotation of the nut 3 is prevented. For this purpose, a plurality of grooves 2 b may be formed in one opening 21.

Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the joint portion 3a protrudes from the end surface on one side of the nut 3 has been described. You may project.
