Description

The present invention relates to an aquarium pump that can be used for exchanging water in an aquarium fish tank and removing garbage.

Conventionally, in an aquarium pump used for replacement of water in an aquarium fish tank, a water absorption pump consisting of a bellows pump that is gripped and operated, a water absorption pipe line extending from the water absorption side of the water absorption pump, and drainage of the water absorption pump And a drainage pipe extending from the side, and a strainer for capturing gravel and allowing the dust to pass through is disposed on the front end side of the water absorption pipe (for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document). 2). In the water absorption pipe line, a bendable bellows portion is disposed at a portion on the water absorption pump side, and on the distal end side, a transparent pipe having shape retaining property is disposed on the distal end side of the transparent pipe. The nozzle provided with the strainer was connected.

In this type of aquarium pump, when used, the drain pipe side extending from the water suction pump is received by a bucket or the like disposed below the water tank, and the tip side of the water suction pipe is bent downward at the bellows part. As the nozzle is directed to the bottom side in the water tank, and the water absorption pump is gripped, the water in the water tank is sent from the nozzle to the bucket side through the transparent pipe and the water absorption pump, and then using the principle of siphon, Grasp the shape-retaining transparent pipe, keep the nozzle in the specified direction, keep the gravel at the bottom of the aquarium from being sucked into the suction pump side, and suck in dust such as aquatic plants and feces from between the gravel In this way, water in the water tank was sucked.
Design Registration No. 1158187 JP-A-11-325000

However, in the conventional water tank pump, the length of the transparent pipe is about 25 to 40 cm which is substantially equal to the height of the normal water tank (about 25 to 50 cm). Therefore, when sucking the water of a shallow aquarium having a depth of about 10 to 15 cm, the base side of the transparent pipe largely goes out from the aquarium, and the transparent pipe obstructs the nozzle so that the nozzle is arranged at a predetermined site. It was particularly inconvenient. In addition, in a shallow aquarium, the amount of water contained in the aquarium is small, so when the nozzle is lifted from the water surface to complete the water absorption, the water in the transparent pipe returns to the aquarium and the water to be replaced is changed. The ratio of the amount is also lowered.

Moreover, when removing dust between gravel, gravel hits the strainer of the nozzle immediately, so it was difficult to remove dust efficiently.

The present invention solves the above-described problems, and provides a water tank pump that can easily deal with water tanks of different depths and can efficiently perform dust removal when replacing water. For the purpose.

The aquarium pump according to the present invention can be used for exchanging water in the aquarium fish tank and removing dust, and extends from the water absorption side of the water absorption pump to grasp and remove gravel. A water tank pump comprising a water suction pipe having a strainer for passing water and a drain pipe extending from the drain side of the water suction pump, and the tip side of the water suction pipe is inserted into the water tank. Because
A pump-side hose that has a water-absorbing pipe connected to the water-absorbing pump and has a bellows portion that can be bent, a cylindrical transparent pipe that is detachably attached to the pump-side hose and has a shape retaining property, and a transparent pipe A cylindrical nozzle with a strainer that is detachably attachable to the
The nozzle allows the tip side to be detachably connected to the hose side connection with the pump side hose in the transparent pipe, and the base side is detachable to the tip side of the transparent pipe, and the pump side The hose is configured to be detachably connectable to a pipe-side connecting portion with a transparent pipe.

In the water tank pump according to the present invention, during normal use, a transparent pipe is connected to the pump-side hose and a nozzle is connected to the tip of the transparent pipe in the water absorption pipe. During normal use, the drain line extending from the water absorption pump is received by a bucket or the like placed below the water tank, bent at the bellows of the pump hose, and the nozzle directed toward the bottom of the water tank. Then, by gripping the water absorption pump, the water in the water tank is sent from the nozzle to the bucket side through the transparent pipe or the water absorption pump, and then the upper end of the transparent pipe having shape retention while using the principle of siphon. Grab the vicinity, turn the nozzle in the specified direction, do not suck the gravel at the bottom of the water tank captured by the strainer to the suction pump side, and suck in dust such as aquatic plants and feces from between the gravel Suck the water in the tank.

And when sucking the water of the tank with a low height, a nozzle is directly connected to the tip of the pump side hose in the water absorption pipe line without using a transparent pipe. In use in this case, the vicinity of the nozzle is gripped, the nozzle is directed to the bottom of the low-water tank, and the water in the water tank is sucked. Since this operation does not have a transparent pipe, the nozzle can be directly operated by gripping the vicinity of the nozzle, and the operation can be performed smoothly. Also, even if the nozzle is lifted from the water surface in an attempt to complete water absorption, there is no transparent pipe, so only a short length of water from the nozzle to the pump hose near the top of the aquarium returns into the aquarium, It is also possible to increase the ratio of the amount of water to be changed.

Further, in order to efficiently suck in dust between gravel, a nozzle is connected to the pump-side hose in the water absorption pipe, and a transparent pipe is connected to the tip of the nozzle. In this case, if the water in the aquarium is sucked in by inserting the gravel part at the bottom of the aquarium with the tip of the transparent pipe facing down, gravel will be removed from the lower end of the transparent pipe due to the influence of the water flow. It penetrates and rises to the nozzle part on the upper end side (the length of the transparent pipe). At that time, it rubs against the inner peripheral surface of the transparent pipe and the gravel and adheres to the dust and gravel clogged between the gravel The garbage that has been removed can be peeled off and the garbage can be sucked in efficiently. Of course, on the upper end side of the transparent pipe, a nozzle having a strainer for passing gravel and capturing gravel is disposed, and gravel and fish are not allowed to pass to the water absorption pump side. This can prevent malfunctions and fish damage.

Therefore, the water tank pump according to the present invention can easily cope with water tanks of different depths in the replacement of water and the like, and can efficiently remove dust.

The aquarium pump according to the present invention is preferably configured as follows. The transparent pipe has a cylindrical shape with uniform inner and outer diameters over its entire length, and the tip end side of the nozzle can be fitted by inserting the transparent pipe, and the inner diameter is configured to correspond to the outer diameter of the transparent pipe. To do. In addition, the base part side of the nozzle can be fitted with a large-diameter cylindrical part having an outer diameter dimension substantially equal to the outer diameter dimension of the transparent pipe, protruding from the large-diameter cylindrical part, and inserted into the transparent pipe. A small-diameter cylindrical portion. And the pipe side connection part of the pump side hose is a front side tube in which the transparent pipe and the nozzle can be inserted and fitted so that the inner diameter dimension corresponds to the outer diameter dimension of the transparent pipe and the large diameter cylindrical part of the nozzle. And a rear side cylinder part having an inner diameter dimension corresponding to the small diameter cylindrical part of the nozzle, arranged on the back side of the front side cylinder part, An elastically deformable fixing ring is disposed so that the outer peripheral surface at the time of connection between the transparent pipe and the large-diameter cylindrical portion of the nozzle can be pressed toward the inner peripheral side.

In such a configuration, the pipe-side connecting portion of the pump-side hose is inserted and fitted with the transparent pipe into the front-side tube portion when connected to the transparent pipe, and when connected to the nozzle, This is performed by inserting and fitting the small-diameter cylindrical portion of the nozzle into the side cylindrical portion, and inserting and fitting the large-diameter cylindrical portion of the nozzle into the front-side cylindrical portion. When these fittings are carried out, if the fixing ring is fitted to the outer peripheral side of the front-side cylinder part in the pipe-side connection part, the front-side cylinder part is pressed against the large-diameter cylinder part of the transparent pipe or nozzle and has a good sealing property. Can be connected.

In such a configuration, when the nozzle is connected to the pipe side connection part of the pump side hose at the time of changing the water in the shallow aquarium, the small diameter cylindrical part is inserted and fitted into the back side cylindrical part. In addition, the large-diameter cylindrical portion is inserted and fitted into the front-side cylindrical portion to form a rigid portion of a certain length, and when the nozzle is operated when sucking water from a shallow aquarium, It is possible to operate the nozzle without putting the hand into the water by holding the pump-side hose near the fitting part on the water surface.

If a suction cup that can be adsorbed to the inner peripheral surface of the water tank is provided on the outer periphery of the transparent pipe so that the transparent pipe can be fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the water tank, the suction cup is adsorbed to the inner peripheral surface of the water tank. Thus, the transparent pipe can be fixed to the water tank, and the water absorption pump or the like can be operated by releasing the hand from the transparent pipe.

Furthermore, the pump-side hose is provided with a flow rate adjusting unit capable of adjusting the opening area on the inner peripheral side so that the peripheral wall can be bent, and on the outer peripheral side of the flow rate adjusting unit, the opening area on the inner peripheral side of the flow rate adjusting unit A flow rate regulator having an insertion hole having three types of opening areas that can be adjusted to large, medium, and small may be attached. In such a configuration, if the flow rate adjustment part of the pump side hose is arranged in a predetermined hole part in the insertion hole of the flow rate regulator, the flow rate adjustment part is bent so as to change the opening area from large to medium to small. It is possible to adjust the flow rate so as to suck in water, and it is possible to efficiently perform operations such as cleaning and collecting fish according to the decrease in water. Of course, if the flow rate adjusting part itself of the pump side hose is picked and closed, the water suction itself can be interrupted, and the invasion of fine sand or fish into the transparent pipe or the water absorption pump side can be stopped urgently.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A fixed ring 38 is provided. The fixing ring 38 is made of a thermoplastic elastomer such as polyolefin or rubber. In the embodiment, the same fixing ring 36 is also used at the connection portion between the water inlet 11b and the water outlet 11c of the water pump 11.

If the flow regulator 20 is fitted into the three large openings 44, the middle opening 45, and the small opening 46 of the insertion hole 43, the flow regulator 42 is adjusted. The opening area through which the water W passes in the portion 20 is adjusted to be large, medium, and small, respectively.

In the aquarium pump 10 of the embodiment, even if the flow rate adjusting unit 20 is disposed in the large opening 44 and the opening area of the flow rate adjusting unit 20 is maximized, the inner diameter dimension of the flow rate adjusting unit 20 itself, and other parts The inner diameter dimension of the bellows portion 19 and the transparent pipe 25 of the pump-side hose 17 is smaller than that of a normal water tank pump, and the water tank can suppress the reduction of water as compared with the conventional product at the time of water absorption. It is configured to facilitate cleaning inside.

The transparent pipe 25 has a shape retaining property that is higher in rigidity than the bellows hose 14 and the pump-side hose 17. In the case of the embodiment, the transparent pipe 25 is made of a synthetic resin such as transparent hard vinyl chloride. In addition, the transparent pipe 25 of the embodiment is configured as a cylindrical shape having uniform inner and outer diameters over the entire length from the hose side connection portion 26 on the base portion 25a side to the nozzle side connection portion 27 on the tip end portion 25b side. Yes.

On the outer periphery of the transparent pipe 25, a suction cup 40 that can be adsorbed to the inner peripheral surface 4 b of the water tank 1 is disposed so that the transparent pipe 25 can be fixed to the inner peripheral surface 4 b of the water tank 1 (see FIG. 7). The suction cup 40 includes a suction part 40a and an annular part 40b that can be fitted and attached to the outer periphery of the transparent pipe 25 so as to be elastically deformed.

The nozzle 29 is detachably attached to the transparent pipe 25 and the pipe-side connecting portion 21 of the pump-side hose 17 and has a cylindrical shape that is tapered so as to expand the tip side. The nozzle 29 has a strainer 30 provided with a large number of fine holes 30a for capturing the gravel 6 and allowing the dust 7 to pass through in a substantially intermediate position in the front-rear direction. The nozzle 29 has a shape retaining property with high rigidity similar to that of the transparent pipe 25, and is made of a hard synthetic resin such as polypropylene.

(Nd≒PD)。   Further, the tip portion 31 on the tip side of the strainer 30 of the nozzle 29 is provided with a plurality of concave grooves 31a on the widened tip side so that the tip side is not easily blocked during the water absorption operation so that the water absorption performance is not deteriorated. It is configured. The inner portion 31b of the tip 31 on the strainer 30 side has a straight shape so that the transparent pipe 25 can be easily inserted and fitted, and the inner diameter dimension Nd corresponds to the outer diameter dimension PD of the transparent pipe 25. (Nd≈PD).

(Pd≒H2≒ND2)。   The base portion 32 of the nozzle 29 closer to the base portion than the strainer 30 is detachable from the distal end portion 25b side of the transparent pipe 25 and is detachably connected to the pipe side connection portion 21 of the pump side hose 17. It is a part to be. The base portion 32 has a cylindrical shape with a step including a large diameter cylindrical portion 33 and a small diameter cylindrical portion 34 protruding from the large diameter cylindrical portion 33. The large-diameter cylindrical portion 33 is inserted into the front-side cylindrical portion 22 in the pipe-side connecting portion 21 of the pump-side hose 17 so that the outer-diameter dimension ND1 can be fitted, and the outer-diameter dimension PD of the transparent pipe 25 or the front-side cylinder. It is set to correspond to the inner diameter dimension H1 of the portion 22 (PD≈H1≈ND1). The small-diameter cylindrical portion 34 is inserted into the rear-side cylindrical portion 23 of the transparent pipe 25 or the pipe-side connecting portion 21 of the pump-side hose 17 so that the outer diameter ND2 can be fitted. It corresponds to the inner diameter dimension H2 of the back side cylinder part 23 (Pd≈H2≈ND2).

When the water tank 1 is changed to a normal height by using this water tank pump 10, the water tank pump 10 is connected to a pipe of a pump-side hose 17 in a water absorption pipe 16 as shown in FIG. 4. A transparent pipe 25 is connected to the side connection portion 21, and a nozzle 29 is connected to the distal end portion 25b side of the transparent pipe 25 for use (see FIG. 2A). In this normal use, the tip end 14b side of the bellows hose 14 of the drain line 13 is received by a bucket V or the like disposed below the outside of the water tank 1, and bent at the bellows part 19 of the pump side hose 17. Then, the nozzle 29 is directed to the bottom 3 side in the water tank 1 and the water absorption pump 11 is gripped to feed the water W in the water tank 1 from the nozzle 29 to the bucket V side through the transparent pipe 25 and the water absorption pump 11. Then, using the principle of siphon, gripping the vicinity of the upper end of the transparent pipe 25 having shape retaining property, directing the nozzle 29 in a predetermined direction, the bottom 3 of the water tank 1 captured by the strainer 30 The water W in the water tank 1 is sucked in such a manner that the gravel 6 is not sucked into the water suction pump 11 side, and dust 7 such as aquatic plants and feces is sucked in between the gravel 6.

And when sucking the water W of the low water tank (for example, turtle water tank) 2, as shown in FIG. 5, in the water absorption pipe line 16, without using the transparent pipe 25, the pump side hose 17 The nozzle 29 is directly connected to the pipe side connection portion 21 for use (see B in FIG. 2). In use in this case, the vicinity of the nozzle 29 is gripped, and the nozzle 29 is directed to the bottom 3 of the low turtle water tank 2 to suck the water W in the turtle water tank 2. Since there is no transparent pipe 25 in this operation, the vicinity of the nozzle 29 can be grasped and the nozzle 29 can be directly operated, so that the operation can be performed smoothly. Further, even if the nozzle 29 is lifted from the water surface in order to complete the water absorption, there is no transparent pipe 25. Therefore, the short length from the nozzle 29 to the pump-side hose 17 near the upper end 4a in the peripheral wall 4 of the turtle water tank 2 Only the water W of the minute returns to the turtle water tank 2, and the ratio of the amount of the water W to be changed can be increased.

Further, when the dust 7 between the gravel 6 is efficiently sucked, the pipe-side connecting portion 21 of the pump-side hose 17 in the water-absorbing conduit 16 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIGS. 6 and 2B. The nozzle 29 is connected to the nozzle 29, and the transparent pipe 25 is connected to the tip 31 of the nozzle 29 for use. At the time of use in this case, if the water W in the aquarium 1 is sucked by inserting the gravel 6 in the bottom 3 of the aquarium 1 with the tip 25b side of the transparent pipe 25 facing downward, The gravel 6 enters from the lower end side of the transparent pipe 25 and rises to the position of the nozzle 29 on the upper end side (the length of the transparent pipe 25). At that time, the gravel 6 rubs against the inner peripheral surface of the transparent pipe 25 and the gravel 6 with each other. Thus, the dust 7 clogged between the gravel 6 and the dust 7 adhering to the gravel 6 are peeled off, and the dust 7 can be sucked in efficiently. Of course, on the upper end side of the transparent pipe 25, a nozzle 29 having a strainer 30 for passing the dust 7 and capturing the gravel 6 is disposed, and the gravel 6 and the fish are not passed to the water absorption pump 11 side. Therefore, failure of the valve of the water absorption pump 11 and damage to the fish can be prevented.

Therefore, in the water tank pump 10 of the embodiment, when the water W is replaced, the water tank 1 and the turtle water tank 2 with different depths can be easily dealt with, and the dust 7 can be removed efficiently. .

Further, in the aquarium pump 10 of the embodiment, the tip side cylinder part 22 and the back side cylinder part 23 in the pipe side connection part 21 of the pump side hose 17, the transparent pipe 25, and the tip part 31 and the base part 32 of the nozzle 29. The large-diameter cylindrical portion 33 and the small-diameter cylindrical portion 34 have predetermined inner diameter dimensions (H1, H2, Pd, and Nd) and outer diameter dimensions (PD, ND1, and ND2). And when connecting the pipe side connection part 21 of the pump side hose 17 with the transparent pipe 25, it inserts and fits the transparent pipe 25 in the front side cylinder part 22, and connects the pipe side connection part 21 with the nozzle 29. In this case, the small diameter cylindrical portion 34 of the nozzle 29 is inserted and fitted into the back side cylindrical portion 23, and the large diameter cylindrical portion 33 of the nozzle 29 is inserted and fitted into the front side cylindrical portion 22. At the time of these fittings, if the fixing ring 38 is fitted on the outer peripheral side of the front side cylinder part 22 in the pipe side connection part 21, the front side cylinder part 22 becomes the transparent pipe 25 or the large diameter cylinder part 33 of the nozzle 29. It is pressed and can be connected with good sealing performance.

In such a configuration, when the nozzle 29 is connected to the pipe-side connecting portion 21 of the pump-side hose 17 when used in the shallow turtle water tank 2, the mutual fitting portion is connected to the back-side cylindrical portion 23. The small-diameter cylindrical portion 34 is inserted and fitted, and the large-diameter cylindrical portion 33 is inserted and fitted into the front-side cylindrical portion 22 to form a rigid portion of a certain length, and suck the water W in the shallow turtle water tank 2. When the nozzle 29 is operated, the tip 31 side of the nozzle 29 is placed in the water W, the part of the pump side hose 17 near the fitting part is gripped on the water surface, and the hand is The nozzle 29 can be operated without being put inside.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, if the suction cup 40 is disposed on the outer periphery of the transparent pipe 25, the suction portion 40 a of the suction cup 40 is absorbed on the inner peripheral surface 4 b of the water tank 1, and the transparent pipe 25. Can be fixed to the water tank 1 and the hand can be released from the transparent pipe 25 to operate or clean the water absorption pump 11 or the like.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the pump-side hose 17 is disposed in predetermined holes (the large opening 44, the middle opening 45, and the small opening 46) in the insertion hole 43 of the flow rate regulator 42. If the flow rate adjusting unit 20 is arranged, the flow rate adjusting unit 20 can be bent so that the opening area is changed to large, medium, and small, and the water W can be sucked in by adjusting the flow rate. Work such as cleaning and picking fish can be performed efficiently according to the decrease. Of course, if the flow rate adjusting unit 20 itself of the pump-side hose 17 is picked and closed, the suction of the water W itself can be interrupted, and the intrusion of fine sand or fish into the transparent pipe 25 or the water-absorbing pump 11 can be stopped urgently.

In the case of the aquarium pump 10 of the embodiment, the length L1 of the nozzle 29 is about 6 cm, and the length L2 of the transparent pipe 25 is used for the aquarium 1 with a height of 30 cm or less. A transparent pipe whose length L2 is about 30 to 45 cm in the case of an aquarium pump that replaces the water in an aquarium with a height of 35 to 50 cm. Prepare 25. Moreover, when it is set as the tank pump corresponding to such a high water tank, the nozzle 29, the transparent pipe 25, the pump side hose 17, and the bellows hose 14 are suitably used so that the amount of drainage may be improved. The inner diameter may be increased.
