Description
The present invention relates to a plastic bottle that can smoothly pour drinking water by preventing the splashing of the drinking water due to a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the bottle when pouring drinking water from the plastic bottle.
In order to solve such a problem at the time of water injection, an invention described in JP-A-2002-249138 has been proposed. In the invention described in the publication, the internal gap (air reservoir) generated when the PET bottle is tilted and the spout are connected by a pipe, and air is introduced into the bottle at the time of injecting drinking water, It is possible to pour drinking water smoothly.
However, since the invention described in Patent Document 1 has a detachable stopper at the spout of the PET bottle, when it is used repeatedly, dirt or the like adheres to the stopper and germs propagate. There was a risk of problems in hygiene. In addition, since the invention described in Patent Document 1 uses a tube (straw) with air taken in to a stopper as a member for taking in air, it can be taken in depending on the inclination angle and the tilting speed of the plastic bottle. There are cases where the amount of air is insufficient and the drinking water cannot be poured smoothly.
Furthermore, the invention of Patent Document 1 is used in a state of being fitted into the spout, and since it is not bonded to the bottle body, it is easily damaged, and accidents such as accidental ingestion may occur. Conceivable.
The present invention has been proposed to deal with such various circumstances, and when pouring drinking water from a plastic bottle, it can be poured smoothly without splashing, and various bacteria etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a PET bottle that can be used hygienically and safely without the risk of breeding.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a plastic bottle in which an air reservoir is formed on the inner upper side when the drinking water accommodated therein is tilted when tilted. An air intake passage for supplying air from a spout to the air reservoir is formed by attaching a cylindrical portion forming member that forms a passage on the inner wall surface of the bottle.
The invention according to claim 2 is a plastic bottle in which an air reservoir is formed in the upper part of the inside when the drinking water contained therein is inclined when tilted, and a passage is formed from the spout to the inner wall surface inside the bottle. By attaching the cylindrical part forming member to be formed, an air intake passage for supplying air from the spout to the air reservoir is formed, and an opening facing the air reservoir of the air intake passage is formed in a divergent shape. It is characterized by that.
The invention according to claim 3 is a plastic bottle in which an air reservoir is formed in the upper part of the inside by drinking water contained therein when tilted, and a passage is formed from the spout to the inside of the wall inside the bottle. By attaching the cylindrical part forming member to be formed, an air intake passage for supplying air from the spout to the air reservoir is formed, and the cylindrical part forming member forms a flat part to be attached to the inside of the spout. It is characterized by that.
As described above, according to the first to third aspects of the present invention, by attaching the tubular portion forming member that forms the passage from the spout to the inside of the wall inside the bottle, air is supplied from the spout to the air pool in the bottle. An air intake passage for supplying air is formed. For this reason, while pouring the amount of water that flows from the spout at the time of pouring, it is possible to pour drinking water smoothly without backflowing. Moreover, since the cylindrical part formation member which forms an air intake passage is previously attached inside the wall surface, it can be used hygienically and safely.
In particular, according to the second aspect of the invention, the opening of the air intake passage facing the air reservoir is formed in a divergent shape, so that the portion facing the air reservoir is enlarged, so that it is inclined. Even if a slight deviation occurs in the direction, air can be reliably introduced into the air reservoir. In addition, it is possible to smoothly take in air into the air reservoir when pouring drinking water.
In particular, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the portion attached to the spout portion of the tubular portion forming member is formed flat. For this reason, when bottling drinking water into a plastic bottle at a drinking water manufacturing factory, the air intake passage does not get in the way, and the drinking water can be injected smoothly.
Hereinafter, a plastic bottle according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a plastic bottle according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic side view of the plastic bottle according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a side view showing a state in which the plastic bottle is tilted. FIG. 5 is a plan view of a plastic bottle according to the present embodiment, FIG. 5 is a front view of the plastic bottle according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a main part of the plastic bottle according to the present embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As a method of attaching the tubular
When the drinking water in the
Next, another embodiment of the plastic bottle according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 7 is a side view of a plastic bottle according to another embodiment, FIG. 8 is a plan view of the plastic bottle according to another embodiment, FIG. 9 is a front view of the plastic bottle according to another embodiment, and FIG. It is principal part sectional drawing of the PET bottle which concerns on this embodiment. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the same part as embodiment of FIGS. 1-6 mentioned above, and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
The
In the above embodiment, only one air intake passage is provided in the PET bottle. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of air intake passages may be attached.
As described above, according to this embodiment, it becomes possible to pour drinking water from a plastic bottle more smoothly and with a constant outflow amount, and it is possible to prevent the drinking water from splashing. For this reason, in the case of carbonated drinks etc., it has the advantage that it can pour, suppressing foaming etc.
As described above, according to the present invention, when drinking water is poured from a plastic bottle, it can be poured smoothly without splashing water. In addition, since the air intake passage is previously attached to the PET bottle, it can be used in a sanitary manner without the risk of propagation of germs and the like as compared with the conventional removable type. In addition, it can be used safely without worrying about accidental ingestion.
