前記ハンガー本体の両杆体の下端部にそれぞれ固定して対設し、前記両杆体の下位部と同調して開閉する挟持片と、
前記ハンガー本体の両杆体の上端に、前記両杆体の開閉方向と交差する方向へ向けると共に相対向して設けた吊り下げ用フック部と、
前記ハンガー本体の両杆体間に介装し設けられ、前記両杆体の下位部側を閉じる方向へ附勢せしめたバネ部とを備えていることを特徴とする、
