2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, an adhesive repair material wound around a repair device for partially repairing a buried pipe from inside the pipe is manufactured by hand. FIG. 7 is a view for explaining a conventional method for producing an adhesive repair material by impregnating a sheet-like reinforcing material with a thermosetting resin, and FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view schematically showing the adhesive repair material. First, a glass cloth a and a nonwoven fabric b, which are sheet-like reinforcing materials, are cut into required dimensions to obtain four glass cloths a and two nonwoven fabrics b. Next, a vinyl sheet d is laid on the worktable c, and one glass cloth a is spread on the vinyl sheet d. Subsequently, a thermosetting resin liquid e containing a curing agent is applied onto the glass cloth a while hanging down on the glass cloth a and evenly extending with a roller f (or a rubber spatula) having a thread. At that time, the glass cloth a and the thermosetting resin liquid e are impregnated while removing air so that an air layer is not formed. Subsequently, one nonwoven fabric b is laid on the layer of the thermosetting resin liquid e, and similarly, the thermosetting resin liquid e hangs on the nonwoven fabric b and is uniformly spread by the rollers f. that time,
An air layer is not formed between the layer of the thermosetting resin liquid e that is a lower layer with respect to the nonwoven fabric b and the nonwoven fabric b, and the thermosetting resin liquid that is an upper layer with respect to the nonwoven fabric b Impregnation is performed while venting air so that an air layer is not formed between the layer e and the nonwoven fabric b. Subsequently, the thermosetting resin liquid e is applied and impregnated on the two glass cloths a and the subsequent nonwoven fabric b in the same manner. Finally, one piece of glass cloth a is laid on the layer of the thermosetting resin liquid e to complete the application / impregnation work, and the adhesive repair material 1 is obtained.

As described above, the conventional method for producing an adhesive repair material is a manual operation, and therefore requires skill in uniform application of a thermosetting resin liquid and air bleeding. There is a problem in that the quality of the produced adhesive repair material is different, and the adhesive repair material has an uneven thickness when adhered and cured inside the pipe. In addition, the thermosetting resin liquid, the pot life is adjusted by blending the curing agent in advance, and the effective curing time is set, so if it takes time to work on manufacturing the adhesive repair material, In addition, there has been a problem that the work of applying and impregnating the thermosetting resin liquid is complicated by time.

[0005] In view of the above problems, attempts have been made to realize an impregnating apparatus capable of automatically impregnating a sheet-like reinforcing material such as glass cloth or nonwoven fabric with a thermosetting resin liquid. Pipes that need to be repaired are scattered in various places in the work of partially repairing from the inside, and the pot life attached to the impregnation equipment was adjusted by moving by the repair work vehicle to that place and the heat was adjusted The curable resin liquid is cured by the time it moves to the next repair place, and after the thermosetting resin that has adhered to the device and has been cured is softened with a solvent such as trichlene every time and removed using a knife or the like, Without this, the new thermosetting resin liquid application / impregnation operation cannot be performed, and automation has been postponed because the work efficiency is rather lowered.
