Abstract

【課題】吸殻がたまる度に捨てる作業が必要なく、不快な匂いを出さず火災の原因とならない灰皿を提供する。
【解決手段】金属缶１の上にはめ込み式の蓋２をのせる。金属缶と蓋の接触部分は金属缶内の４の空間が密閉できるように完全に閉まるはめ込み型とする。また、蓋上部には安全に消火できる煙草消火具３を設置する。蓋の上部を通常の皿型灰皿と同じ用途で使用し、煙草消火具にて安全に消火できる。蓋の上部にある程度蓄積された吸い殻は蓋を持ち上げてひっくり返して煙草消火具内の空間に捨てて、蓋を再び元の形に戻す事ができる。

目的従来の皿型灰皿の用途を生かしつつ吸殻を蓄積できる機能を持った灰皿の提供。
従来の形態底の浅い皿型灰皿、または蓋はあるものの吸殻を蓄積する部分と外気が直接繋がっている缶型灰皿が多い。
構成はめ込み式の蓋の付いた金属缶。
蓋の上部が灰皿として使用できるように皿型になっていて尚且つ安全に消火できるように煙草消火具が蓋上部に設置されている缶型灰皿。
考案が解決しようとする課題
（イ）人の手でもみ消す灰皿は完全に消えず、時には他の物に引火、火災の原因となった。
（ロ）皿型灰皿は吸殻が蓄積する度に捨てる作業をしなければならない。
（ハ）吸殻がある程度、蓄積すると周囲に不快な匂いをだしていた。
本考案はその欠点を除く為になされたものである。
問題を解決する手段
これを図面について説明すれば金属缶（１）の上にはめ込み式の蓋をのせる。金属缶と蓋の接触部分は金属缶内の（４）の空間が密閉できるように完全に閉まるはめ込み型とする。また、蓋上部には安全に消火できる煙草消火具を設置する。本考案はこのような構造であるから（２）の上部を通常の皿型灰皿と同じ用途で使用し（３）の煙草消火具にて安全に消火できる。ある程度の煙草を吸い（２）の上部にある程度の蓄積された吸殻は（２）の蓋を持ち上げてひっくり返して（３）内の（４）の空間に捨てて（２）の蓋を再び元の形に戻す事ができる。
蓋をする事で（４）の空間に蓄積された吸殻の匂いを塞ぐと同時に吸殻が露見しない為、いつも清潔感がある。また（４）の空間にある程度の吸殻が溜まるとまとまってゴミ袋に捨てる事ができ従来の灰皿のように吸殻を捨てる手間が省ける。
本考案は（３）の煙草消火具で消火をした後（４）の空間内にいれ（２）の蓋を閉じれば密閉状態になるので二重の消火対策も兼ね揃えている。
考案の効果
火災発生原因の第一位は煙草の吸殻の不始末で、これらの要因を考慮に入れ考案したものである。従来の人の手でもみ消す習慣は完全でなく安全面でいつも不安がある。この考案は蓋上部に煙草消火具を使い消火でき尚且つ金属缶内に入れ蓋をする事により火消し壷となり火を完全に消す事ができる。金属缶は色々な意匠をする事が可能で、テーブルやデスクに置いても違和感がなく室内の装飾にもなる。また従来のように吸殻を捨てるのではなく、まとまって捨てる事ができます。
