【課題】暑さ対策省エネ対策熱中症予防対策患部を冷やす応急対策保温対策を容易にする。
【解決手段】タオル１の中央部にポケット２を取り付ける。使用する時はポケットの中に、氷や保冷剤を入れることができる。このためタオルを折って首に掛けたり顔や患部を冷やすことができる。冬に使用の祭はポケットの中にホッカイロ（登録商標）を入れ首や体に巻いたり、膝の上に置いたりして保温効果を上げる事ができる。
