2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, among the shojis constituting a heat insulating sash, there is a type in which a horizontal frame and a vertical frame each have a metal indoor member and a metal outdoor member connected by a heat insulating material. In such a shoji, the outdoor member is exposed to the outside air and has a low temperature, but the low heat is not transmitted to the indoor member because the heat transfer is prevented by the heat insulating material. That is, a heat insulating material forms a heat insulating line between the indoor member and the outdoor member, thereby suppressing a decrease in the surface temperature of the indoor member.

However, as shown in FIG. 7, when the mating frame 50 is swallowed and connected to the vertical frame 70, the end face 55 of the main body 51 in the mating frame 50 is connected. Since it is also in contact with the outdoor member 72 of the vertical frame 70, the low heat of the outdoor member 72 is transmitted from the contact portion to the main body 51, and the first holding side portion 52 and the indoor member 71 facing the indoor space. It is transmitted to even. Further, since the second holding side portion 53 comes into contact with the outdoor member 72, even the low heat of the second holding side portion 53 is reduced by the outdoor member 72.
And is indirectly transmitted to the main body 51 side.
For this reason, in the combination frame 50 swallowed by the vertical frame 70,
Although the inner appearance could be improved, it was difficult to maintain the heat insulating property.

In the above embodiment, the heat insulating member 1
Although 30 and 150 are made of synthetic resin, they may be made of, for example, wood in addition to synthetic resin. Further, the shape of the heat insulating member and the like may be appropriately determined in consideration of the shapes of the assembling frame and the vertical frame. For example, notches 7
In the case where neither 7 nor 107 is provided, the shape of the heat insulating member is added to the end surfaces of the assembling frames 50 and 90,
It may be formed so as to cover the side surface on the outdoor side and the side surface on the indoor side of the main body 91. Alternatively, the heat insulating members 130 and 150 in the above embodiment have a shape that covers the entire end faces 55 and 95 of the assembling frames 50 and 90.
Since only the end surface 55 and the outdoor member 72 need not be in contact with each other, and only the end surface 95 of the main body 91 and the indoor member 101 need not be in contact, the shape of each heat insulating member is substantially the same as that of the heat insulating members 130 and 150. It may be half-shaped.

In the above embodiment, the combination frame 5
0, 90, the first holding sides 52, 92 and the second
Although the heat insulating materials 113 and 119 are disposed between the holding sides 53 and 93, these heat insulating materials are not necessarily essential to the present invention, and the first holding sides 52 and 92 and the second holding side are provided. What is necessary is just to be separated from each other so that heat transfer is not performed between 53 and 93. However, by arranging the heat insulating materials 113 and 119 as in the embodiment, the rigidity of the assembling frame can be increased, and the holding side portions 5 can be increased.
Since the extrusion molding is performed in a state where the portions 2, 53, 92 and 93 are connected, there is an effect that the extrusion molding can be performed under favorable conditions.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the heat insulating material constituting the combination frame is disposed at a position hidden by the main body and one of the holding sides, the heat insulating material is prevented from being exposed. In addition to improving the inner appearance of the shoji, a heat insulating member is interposed between the mating frame and other frames to which the mating frame is swallowed and connected. This has the effect that the heat transfer can be reliably blocked by the heat insulating member, and the heat insulating property of the shoji can be improved.
