Description
The present invention inherently has a weak electric current, and by applying heat, a natural stone that simultaneously generates a far-infrared effect and a negative ion effect, or a powder or crushed stone particles of the natural stone by mortar or the like. The present invention relates to a bed for a bedrock bath obtained by hardening.
Recently, the bedrock bath, which is expected to have excellent effects on the recovery of mental and physical fatigue and health maintenance by promoting sweating action without imposing a burden on the body and increasing the metabolic function, is spreading as a new bathing facility is there. This bedrock bath is essentially a natural stone that has a weak current and far-infrared radiation, or a bedrock that is formed by solidifying the natural stone powder or ore with ground mortar. The bed is laid down like a bed to form a bed for a bedrock bath, and the surface temperature of the bath bed is about 45 to 48 ° C. by operating a heat pipe or an electric heater arranged in advance on the back side of the bath bed. Cover the bed for the bedrock bath with a towel or bed sheet, and lie down or sit down on the clothes to warm your body and repeatedly encourage natural sweating. Is.
Many facilities have been proposed that take this bedrock bath as a part of easy thermal treatment and provide systems such as slimming effect, beauty effect, healing effect, health maintenance, and enhancement of natural healing power. For example, tourmaline ore is hardened with mortar or the like to form a flat bedrock, a bed is formed by laying the bedrock like a bed in the room, and the bedrock is heated in the manner of floor heating. A simple bedrock bed (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-130047) that intends to simultaneously receive the generated far-infrared effect and the negative ion effect has been proposed.
In addition, a warm bath facility has been proposed in which stones are laid on an indoor floor surface having a heating function so as to obtain an effect similar to that of a natural bedrock bath. A bath bed is disclosed. The concrete structure of the bath bed is that a waterproof sheet 62 is laid on the
Recently, as with the conventional hot spring boom, the above-mentioned bedrock bathing is not only expected to have a health-oriented therapeutic effect, but also a means for eliminating mental stress based on the so-called healing effect. There is a growing need as a person. Therefore, in the above prior art, the bedrock bed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-130047 has a simple structure, so that the construction cost and running cost of the facility can be kept low. The facility is expected to be used for a certain purpose, but for a request to enjoy a bedrock bath centering on the healing effect in a relaxed atmosphere, a slightly cramped and disappointing aspect remains. It was. On the other hand, in the bedrock bath bed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-87651, sufficient consideration is given to the temperature and humidity management and drainage of the entire facility, etc. A new device has been devised to maximize the growth wave energy produced by the rough slab, but the structure of the individual bath beds formed in multiple layers is not only complicated, but also increases the production cost. Since multiple layers and heat insulation layers are provided, the total weight increases. For example, when a facility is built in a high-rise room of a high-rise building, there is a problem that it is subject to unexpected restrictions. is there. In addition, since the individual bath beds in the facility were originally constructed for the purpose of hot bath treatment, the bath bed for bedrock bathing was added to the floor heating. It is often formed almost flush with the indoor floor surface, and sufficient measures have not been taken for inevitable dust that floats and scatters in the room. Was left as. In addition, for example, it is difficult for other people to walk on the bedside of the bather lying on the bath bed, which is an undesirable problem for mental health, and there is almost no gap between adjacent bath beds. In addition, since no partition is provided between the bath beds, for example, a constant feeling of tension must be held with an unknown neighbor, which is a major problem that is desired to be solved immediately.
Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to take into account inevitable dust that floats and scatters in the room, and it has sufficient strength despite its light weight, and can be installed in a room on a high floor of a high-rise building. Another object of the present invention is to provide a bedrock bath bed that can fully enjoy the healing effect without feeling nervous with the neighbors.
In this actual situation, the present inventor has intensively studied, and as a result, has a layered structure of a bedrock bath bed portion, a heat source portion, a mortar portion, and a lightweight heat insulation portion having far infrared irradiation ability, If the floor surface is kept at a certain height from the indoor floor surface, dust that floats and scatters in the indoor space can be prevented from entering the bath floor. In addition to the far-infrared effect and negative ion effect brought about by the bedrock bath, if it can be installed in a room on the higher floor of the building, and it is arranged so as to provide a predetermined distance between adjacent bath beds, it is limited in the facility. As a result, we have found that the minimum privacy can be maintained, and that you can enjoy a rock bath in a relaxed atmosphere.
That is, the present invention is a bedrock bath bed having a layered structure of a bedrock bed portion having a far-infrared irradiation ability, a heat source portion, a mortar portion, and a lightweight heat insulation portion in order from the top to the bottom. The bed of the bedrock is provided with a height (H) of 30 to 60 cm from the floor of the room.
Further, the present invention provides the bedrock bath bed, wherein the heat source part and the mortar part are mortar parts in which a heat source is embedded, and the lightweight heat insulating part has a thickness of 10 to 40 cm. The bedrock bath bed is characterized by being urethane foam, and the present invention provides the bedrock bath bed bed characterized in that the heat source section is provided with a heat pipe or an electric heater. Further, the present invention provides the bedrock bath, wherein the rectangular frame constituting the side wall is formed by a lightweight block, and the present invention is provided on an indoor floor surface. A plurality of the bedrock baths are provided, and the bedrock bath is installed such that the bed baths are at least 30 cm apart from the adjacent bath beds. Characterized in that A bed for bathing is provided, and the present invention provides the bed for bathing in rock, characterized in that a partition plate is provided between the bed for bathing in rock and a bed for bathing in the bedrock adjacent to the bed. In the present invention, the bed for bathing rocks has a double structure with a partition plate provided between them, and an interval of at least 30 cm is provided between the adjacent double baths. The bedrock bath is characterized by being provided, and the present invention is characterized in that a side table for both is provided in a space near the pillow of the double bath bed. The bedrock bath bed is provided, and the present invention provides the bedrock bath bed, wherein 5 to 50 beds are provided in the room.
The bed for a rock bath according to the present invention can prevent the dust floating and scattering in the room from entering the bath bed. In addition, since the strength is sufficient in spite of its light weight, it is possible to eliminate the need for special consideration for the foundation work of the facility itself, and the entire bathing facility can be constructed at low cost. In particular, it can be installed in a room on a high floor of a high-rise building. It also relieves the discomfort of looking at the feet of others walking on the floor near the bath bed, and at the same time eases the tension caused by others on the adjacent bath bed, maintaining a peaceful and healthy mental state. However, you can enjoy a bedrock bath in a comfortable state. By soaking in the bedrock bath in an excellent state in terms of mental health, comfortable sweating and enhanced metabolic function are further enhanced, and the effect is amplified.
The bedrock bath bed of the present invention is a bedrock bed portion having a far infrared irradiation ability, a heat source portion, a mortar portion, a layered structure of a lightweight heat insulation portion or a bedrock bath bed portion having a far infrared irradiation ability in order from top to bottom. It presents a layered structure with a mortar part with a heat source embedded and a lightweight heat insulation part. Examples of the bedrock bed include natural stones having a weak current and far-infrared irradiation ability, or plate-like materials obtained by solidifying pulverized particles of natural stone powder or ore with mortar. The thickness of the bed for the bedrock bath is usually 2 to 5 cm, preferably around 3 cm.
The heat source part is for heating the surface temperature of the bath bed to be, for example, around 40 to 50 ° C., and for example, a heat pipe or an electric heater is provided. Examples of warm heat include warm water and warm air. Regardless of the heating method, it is not affected by the far-infrared effect and negative ion effect generated from the bedrock bath. The spiritual liberation provided synergistically acts effectively to maintain health in a healthy state. The thickness of the heat source part and the mortar part is usually 5 to 15 cm, preferably around 10 cm, respectively. The heat source part and the mortar part do not need to be distinct layers, and a layer in which a heat pipe (heat source part) is embedded in the mortar part is also included in the scope of the present invention.
The lightweight heat insulating part supports the bath bed that is higher than the floor surface and insulates the heat from the heat source part so as not to escape. As the lightweight heat insulating portion, urethane foam having a thickness of 10 to 40 cm, preferably 15 to 35 cm is preferable in that the above function can be sufficiently exhibited and the weight can be reduced. The bedrock portion of the present invention has a structure that is mounted on a rectangular frame that is a side wall, for example, a lightweight block, and is in the shape of the rectangular frame, and in order from the bedrock portion to the bottom, the heat source portion The layer structure of a mortar part and a lightweight heat insulating part may be adopted. The bedrock bed for the bedrock of the present invention is required to support a weight of several hundred kg or more, and is provided on the high floor of a high-rise building with five or more beds in the room, and in many cases 30 to 50 beds. The use of urethane foam or urethane foam and lightweight blocks can solve the problems of strength and weight reduction at once.
In the present invention, the bath bed surface of the bedrock bath bed is preferably formed at a height (H) of 30 to 60 cm, preferably 27 to 57 cm from the indoor floor surface. If the height is less than 30 cm, the fine dust that is unavoidably left floating on the floor of the facility is not fully considered in terms of hygiene, and there is a risk of often feeling uncomfortable. This is because when the distance exceeds 60 cm, the elderly and the like feel inconvenienced in raising and lowering, and priority is given to safety considerations in the event of an accident such as a fall.
In the bedrock bath bed according to the present invention, it is preferable that the bed is provided with an interval of 30 cm or more, preferably 40 cm or more between adjacent bath beds. By providing such a space, the feeling of tension with respect to others using the adjacent bath bed is greatly relieved. In addition, the bedrock bath bed of the present invention is preferable in that the rectangular frame forming the bath bed is formed by a lightweight block, which is an inexpensive member and is easy to construct and can be reduced in weight. .
As a method of constructing a bed for a bedrock bath according to the present invention, for example, a bath in which a rectangular frame forming a bed is formed by a lightweight block and a bedrock made of natural stone having far-infrared radiation is used as a base material. A method of fixing a plurality of heat pipes or electric heaters serving as heat sources on the back surface of the floor, filling the inner space with urethane foam that also serves as a heat insulating material, and fixing the heat source portion and the heat insulating material with mortar is mentioned. It is done. At this time, the bed surface for the bedrock bath is constructed so as to have a height of 30 to 60 cm with respect to the indoor floor surface.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of an essential part showing a part of a bathing facility in which a plurality of bedrock bath beds formed by the present invention are arranged, FIG. 2 is an enlarged plan view of the essential part in FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a side view showing a single bed of a bedrock bath according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a plan view of an essential part of another bedrock bath bed according to the present invention. Hereinafter, the bedrock bath is also simply referred to as “bath bed”.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and can be freely modified within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
In FIG. 1, in order to effectively use indoor heat retention and humidity, so-called as many bath beds as possible are installed in a limited space to reduce energy consumption and reduce running costs. In terms of conserving resources and energy, there is basically no difference from this type of facility. However, the

In order to use the space in the facility more effectively, as shown in FIG. 5, a double bath 10a is arranged as a base for a bedrock bath, and between adjacent double baths 10a. An interval Wa of 43 cm is provided, and a side table 4a for two persons is provided in the vicinity of the pillow at the interval Wa, if desired. Between the two-part bath bed 10a, the entire length of the bath bed 10a is provided. Except that a
The bedrock bath bed according to the present invention is installed and used in homes such as detached houses and condominiums, high-rise floors of high-rise buildings, health lands, and beauty beauty facilities such as beauty salons. The bedrock bed according to the present invention is arranged so as to maintain a predetermined distance between the adjacent bath beds, so that a minimum privacy is ensured between each user, and in addition, between adjacent bath beds if desired. By providing a partition plate or side table, you can enjoy a rock bath in a more elegant atmosphere, and the far-infrared effect and negative ion effect brought about by the bedrock bath itself are further amplified. . On the other hand, the bedrock bath bed, which is usually formed by repeating relatively simple operations using commercially available raw materials, is extremely light in structure, so that the construction cost for the entire facility is eliminated, such as the need for reinforcing materials. It has also been confirmed that facilities on higher floors will be possible, and in addition, resource and energy savings, which are particularly problematic from the viewpoint of protecting the global environment, will be realized, and running costs will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is expected to be widely used as a rock bathing facility that can be enjoyed easily, such as a health land.
