【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、壁画で構成される
美術館、より詳細には、壁面を平面的に形成した簡易な
建物の外壁及び内壁に、錯視によって立体的に見える描
画法によって直接描画し、あるいは、上記描画法によっ
て描画したパネルを定着することによって構成される壁
画で構成される美術館の構築方法に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】美術館は一般に、額に入れた絵画を壁に
掛けて展示し、それを来場者に鑑賞させることのみを目
的としている。館内は静寂が保たれ、来場者は静かに鑑
賞することを求められ、勿論作品に触れることは許され
ない、写真撮影も禁じられる。また、通常館内スタッフ
が作品説明をすることはなく、館内スタッフは監視員的
存在であるに過ぎない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の美術館は上述し
た通りのものであったので、本発明は従来のものとは全
くタイプが異なっていて興味を惹かれ、遊び感覚を伴っ
た美術鑑賞が可能で、作品に触れることが許され、作品
の中に溶け込むことができて、通常撮影が困難な状況を
演出しての写真撮影が可能であり、老若男女を問わず楽
しむことができてコミュニケ−ション作りが可能であ
り、しかも構築が容易で、小規模なものから大規模なも
のまで任意に構築し得る美術館の構築方法を提供するこ
とを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、壁面、床面、
天井等に、何色もの透明度の高いペンキを多数回塗り重
ねて薄い被膜の層を形成し、光の屈折、反射を惹起させ
て見る者の視覚に錯覚を起こさせる描画法にて遠近法及
び陰影法に基づく描画を行うことを特徴とする壁画で構
成される美術館の構築方法、を以て上記課題を解決し
た。
【０００５】
【発明の実施の形態】本発明に係る美術館は、任意の建
物形状に組立てた建物の壁面に、現場において特殊な描
画法により立体的に見える絵を描く。あるいは、壁面を
構成するパネルに予め描画し、そのパネルを定着して壁
面を構成する。本発明において用いる描画法は、基本的
には遠近法及び陰影法を用いた画法によるものである
が、透明度の高い、換言すれば、濃度の低いペンキを塗
り重ねて薄い被膜を形成していくことを特徴とするもの
である。
【０００６】そのペンキを何色も印刷工程のように塗り
重ねていくことにより、微妙な色合いを出すことができ
る。この何層もの被膜により、微妙な光の屈折、反射現
象が惹起され、以て見る者の目に錯覚を起こさせて立体
感のある絵として認識させることができるようになるの
である。
【０００７】一層立体感を出すためには、前進して見え
る前進色である明るい色のペンキと後退して見える後退
色である暗い色のペンキとの組合わせ、膨張して見える
暖色系統の色のペンキと収縮して見える寒色系統の色の
ペンキとの組合わせ等を活用することが有効である。
【０００８】描画の題材は自由であるが、例えば外壁面
には出入口、レンガ壁、窓、柱、屋根等が、美術館らし
き外観となるように描かれる（図１参照）。また、内壁
面には、例えば額を描き、その額内に絵を描くが、単に
額と絵だけでは面白味に欠ける。そこで、図２に示すよ
うに、額からはみ出した状態に絵を描く。図２では、少
年の足を額の上に描くことにより、恰もその少年が額か
ら抜け出そうとしているような錯覚を見る者に起こさせ
ることができる。
【０００９】また、壁面に限らず、天井や床面に描画す
ることもできる。図３はその例として床面に星形の穴を
描いたものである。この場合、その穴の絵の上に乗った
子供が恰も仰向けに落下していくが如き姿勢を取り、こ
れを上方から見ると、その子供が正に穴に落下していく
ように見える面白さがある。この状態で写真を撮ると、
普通では撮ることができない決定的場面の写真が得られ
る。勿論その写真を見ただけでは、直ちにトリックとは
分からない。
【００１０】作品に一層の立体感を醸出するためには、
スポットライトを照射することも有効である。描画する
作品としては、上記の如き言わばジョ−ク的なものの他
に、一般的絵画や彫像（図４）、遺跡等が適している。
遺跡のように大きなものは、壁面全体を利用して表現す
るとよい。描画は上述したように直接壁面、床面、天井
等に対して行ってもよいが、複数のパネルに描き、これ
を壁面に固定していくこととしてもよい。

【発明の効果】本発明は上述した通りであるので、従来
のものとは全くタイプが異なっていて興味を惹かれ、遊
び感覚を伴った美術鑑賞が可能で、作品に触れることが
許され、作品の中に溶け込むことができて、通常撮影が
困難な状況を演出しての写真撮影が可能であり、老若男
女を問わず楽しむことができてコミュニケ−ション作り
が可能であり、しかも構築が容易で、小規模なものから
大規模なものまで任意に構築し得る美術館が得られる効
果がある。

  1. 【請求項１】 壁面、床面、天井等に、何色もの透明度
    の高いペンキを多数回塗り重ねて薄い被膜の層を形成
    し、光の屈折、反射を惹起させて見る者の視覚に錯覚を
    起こさせる描画法にて遠近法及び陰影法に基づく描画を
    行うことを特徴とする壁画で構成される美術館の構築方
    法。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記描画を現場において直接壁面等に対
    して行なうクレ−ム１記載の美術館の構築方法。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記描画を予め壁構成用パネルに対して
    行ない、前記パネルを壁材として利用することを特徴と
    するクレ−ム１記載の美術館の構築方法。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記描画において額縁を表現するクレ−
    ム１、２又は３記載の美術館の構築方法。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記額縁内に描く絵の一部を前記額縁の
