[PROBLEMS] To make a chair seat highly breathable, a special material is used for the seat to ensure breathability, or a ventilation mechanism is provided to ensure breathability. If the structure is adopted, the manufacturing cost becomes high, so an inexpensive high-breathable chair seat using general materials was expected.
SOLUTION: A highly breathable netting 9 is stretched on a wooden seat frame portion of a chair on which a seated person sits to ensure air permeability, and further, a wooden block 5 is placed on the netting, particularly with a cut face up, and a space is maintained. A chair seat with moderate hardness and high air permeability can be obtained by laying down.

Description

The present invention relates to a seat of a highly breathable chair.

There are various types of chairs. There are wooden chairs, pipe chairs, upholstered chairs, sofas, etc., which are important furniture.
The purpose of the chair is an important element for the seated person to sit comfortably, and chairs that emphasize functions have been developed from the viewpoint of ergonomics. Also, chairs occupy an important position as furniture, so design is also an important factor.
The most important element of the chair will be that you will not get tired even if you sit for a long time. To that end, no stress will occur in the close contact portion between the seated person's buttocks and the chair seat. This stress means that the fatigue of the buttocks does not occur, and it can be expressed that the waist does not hurt. Next, it is to minimize perspiration at the close contact portion. Since a seated person's buttocks sticks to the seat of a chair, it may become unpleasant because the evaporation of the sweat of a buttocks is impaired. Therefore, various means and materials for improving air permeability have been developed.
Many chair seat materials are made of natural or artificial cloth, and a cushioning material is enclosed inside to provide elasticity. The effect of this cushioning material is that the seat of the chair is applied along the unevenness of the buttocks, so the contact area between the buttocks and the seat is increased, the load is reduced, and fatigue of specific parts of the buttocks is reduced. Yes.
Next, the air permeability depends on the material, and a material having good air permeability is used. As for the material, the air permeability of the surface fabric is also important, but the air permeability of the internal cushioning material is important. The air permeability of the cushion material includes a material that has been made air-permeable by devising how to weave the fibers, a material that has been processed with ventilation holes, and a chair that mechanically ventilates.

When a chair having a seat portion with poor air permeability is used, a sweating phenomenon of the buttocks appears due to the low efficiency of sweat evaporation in the buttocks. Since this phenomenon causes discomfort in the buttocks, the breathability of the seat is an important factor.
Thus, efforts have been made to develop a seat portion that is highly permeable, and there are chairs that have sufficient air permeability. However, there are still problems in terms of manufacturing costs because they are special materials and structures.
Therefore, it has been desired to develop a chair having a breathable seat using an inexpensive conventional material.

A conventional general wooden chair has a shape as shown in FIG.
The parts constituting this chair are roughly divided into a back (1), a seat (2), and a leg (3).
The seat (2) in this figure is composed of a single plate and therefore has no air permeability.
Of the many types of chairs, the oldest and cheapest material will be wood. In recent years, the amount of timber used has been drastically reduced due to the tendency to use metal and petroleum products, and forest maintenance has been neglected due to a decrease in demand for timber.
On the other hand, chairs that use petroleum products such as plastic for each part pose various problems when disposed. One of them is the problem of garbage, and the disadvantage is that petroleum products remain as garbage without being spoiled. Then, although the chair using petroleum products will be incinerated, it will also present a pollution problem that smoke and toxic incineration gas are generated.
However, if natural wood is used, the above-mentioned problems are solved, and it can be said that this is a preferable material from the trend of welcoming natural materials in recent years.

The best breathable material would be nets. The mesh (mesh) has very large air permeability holes compared to the fibers, so that the air permeability is very good.
Next, a wooden block is laid on the net, but it is not limited to wooden.
The wooden block may be polygonal or circular, but it is better to give a certain gap to the adjacent block to give air permeability, but it should be considered that the seated person is not uncomfortable.

Since the nets for imparting air permeability have a certain degree of elasticity, they can be deformed along the shape of the buttock to reduce the feeling of pressure on the buttock.

In the present invention, the seat portion of the chair has a shape in which a wooden block is laid on a net, so that a gap between adjacent wooden blocks has air permeability, and many holes in the net provide air permeability.
And since nets have some elasticity, they do not give an excessive load to a buttocks and a waist, and have the feature which reduces fatigue.
Moreover, since it is a wooden chair, it does not cause pollution even in disposal processing such as incineration.
Furthermore, if the contact surface of the wooden block with the seated person is cut into a tree, the wood conduit is exposed at the cut, so it is highly hygroscopic, eliminating the discomfort of the buttocks caused by the sweat of the seated person, and sweating. It also has the effect of promoting.

A net is put on the seat of the chair, and many wooden blocks are spread on the net. The elasticity of the nets and the many holes in the nets and the gaps between the wooden blocks provide air permeability, creating a comfortable wooden chair.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The chair of the present invention is an embodiment in which the back (1) is omitted, and the components are roughly divided into a wooden seat (2) and a leg (3).
In the seat (2) of this embodiment, the wooden blocks (5) are spread over the stretched net (4) at appropriate intervals in order to give air permeability and flexibility to the place where the seat comes into contact with the buttocks. And fix. The interval is set so as not to give a strange feeling to the seated person's buttocks.
As for the net (4), if a material having sufficient flexibility is used, the buttocks of the seated person are buried, but there is no problem as long as the material is poor in flexibility.
Since the net (4) is a weaving method in which vertical and horizontal fibers are combined, it has many holes having sufficient air permeability. A wooden block (5) gives moderate hardness to a buttocks, and the clearance gap between wooden blocks (5) gives air permeability.

FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the first embodiment of the chair using the seat of the present invention.
The chair can be disassembled into a seat (2) and a leg (3) and fixed to each other with screws (6a).
The square hole (7) at the top of the leg (3) serves as a vent hole.

FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the seat.
The lowermost part of the seat (2) is a seat frame (8), into which a slightly smaller mesh part (9) is inserted, and further a seat frame presser plate (10) is superimposed on the upper part of the mesh part (9), The seat frame (8), the net (9), and the seat frame presser plate (10) are fixed to each other from below with screws (6b).
The wooden block (5) of the net part (9) is accommodated in the central notch part (11) of the seat frame pressing plate (10).

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the structure of the net portion of the seat.
The net (9) is attached by turning the weakly flexible net (4) to the bottom of the net cage (12). This is to firmly fix the net (4) to the net frame (12) in order to support the weight of the seated person.
A wooden block (5) is laid down and fixed on the upper part of the net (4) at an appropriate interval, but the interval is set so as not to give a sense of incongruity to the seated person's buttocks.

The present embodiment is an example of a highly breathable chair, but can be applied to bedding (bed) and the like.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
This 2nd Example is an Example which made the wood cut end (13) the surface which a wooden block (5) and a seated person's buttocks contact.
When the tree is cut to the side, annual rings (14) appear on the cut surface of the cut (13). However, some tropical trees do not have annual rings. This cut end (13) is in a state in which the conduit of the tree is cut into a ring, and if it is dry wood, the conduit becomes a thin tube and has a hygroscopic property.

The seating situation of the chair differs depending on whether it is a short time or a long time. If sitting for a short period of time, a soft material will give you a sense of relief even if the air permeability is a little worse, but if you are sitting for a long time, it will damage your body.
If you sit on a chair made of a flexible material for a long time, you will be stressed at each part of the body because it will be in an unreasonable posture for a long time. In addition, the sweating of the buttocks that are in contact with the chair is promoted, and if the air permeability is poor, the transpiration of sweat is inhibited, which is uncomfortable.
Since the chair of the present invention has high ventilation and a weakly flexible net, it does not impose an excessive burden on the body part even when sitting for a long time.
From the above, it is most suitable as a chair for long time use. Moreover, if it is applied to bedding (bed), etc., pressure ulcers in a hospital bed can be eliminated.
