Abstract

The present invention provides a frame corner coupling device that facilitates the work of disconnecting and assembling corner portions and easily fixing the corner portions after assembly.
In a corner connecting device for a frame, in which frame main bodies forming four sides of a rectangular frame are connected at right angles, curved strips of the corner connecting device main body are fitted into two curved strips of the frame main body. The tip of the upper curved strip of the two curved strips is configured to come into contact with and be fixed to the lower end of the elastic portion of the corner connecting device main body.

Description

  The present invention relates to an assembling type frame corner connecting device, and more particularly to a frame corner connecting device that can easily set a work such as a picture with a frame opened.

  In general, when setting or replacing a work such as a painting, it is time-consuming to disconnect and assemble the corners. Further, the corner portion has to be fixed after the assembly, and the structure for fixing requires a complicated structure in order to drive components called a lock member and a stopper.

  As these examples, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-24099 “Frame Frame Linkage Tool”, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-212010 “Frame Frame Frame Frame Connection Device” and the like are disclosed.

  As described above, this type of connecting tool takes time and effort to disconnect and assemble the corners when setting or replacing works such as paintings. Further, the corner portion has to be fixed after the assembly, and the structure for fixing requires a complicated structure in order to drive components called a lock member and a stopper.

  Therefore, when a work such as a picture is set or replaced, a corner connecting device for a frame is required which facilitates the work of disconnecting and assembling the corner portions and easily fixing the corner portions after assembly.

  As a result of diligent research to solve such problems, the frame corner connecting device of the present invention is a frame corner connecting device that connects the frame main bodies forming the four sides of the rectangular frame at right angles. The curved strip of the main body is fitted into the two curved strips of the frame main body, and the tip of the upper curved strip of the two curved strips is fixed in contact with the lower end of the elastic portion of the corner connecting device main body. The projections formed integrally with the corner connecting device main body are fitted into the slits of the curved strip formed integrally with the inside of each frame main body.   The frame corner connecting device of the present invention can form a rectangular frame. In the description of the configuration, the corner angle of the frame is described, but each of the four corner connecting device bodies has the same configuration.

    FIG. 1 shows a partial plan view when a work 1 such as a picture is fixed by a frame main body 2 using a frame corner connecting device of the present invention. The frame 3 is assembled by being fixed to the tip of the elastic portion 32 integrally formed extending downward from the side surface of the horizontal portion 30 of the main body 3.

  Further, a curved strip 34 extending upward from the lower end of the vertical portion 36 extending downward from the side surface of the horizontal portion 30 of the corner coupling device main body 3 is formed. A protrusion 35 is formed on the lower surface.

  Therefore, with the frame main body 2 opened as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion 35 provided on the curved strip 34 of the corner coupling device main body abuts the protrusion 231 at the lower end of the lower curved strip 23. The four sides of the frame body are configured not to be detached.

  As a result, the frame main bodies forming the four sides of the rectangular frame are restricted from each other and the frame is assembled, and when the frame main body is opened again, the lower curved protrusion of the lower curved strip is raised. The protrusions provided on the curved strip of the corner connecting device main body are in contact with each other so that the four-frame frame main body is not detached.
