Description
The present invention relates to a titanium-containing health ring used for the neck, limbs, and the like.
Recently, titanium materials have been attracting attention for promoting blood circulation and metabolism. These effects are effective even when these materials do not come into direct contact with the skin.
Conventionally, attempts have been made to apply it to a band in which a titanium-based material is wound around a limb or the like. That is, a health band in which titanium or the like is contained in an intermediate layer in a surface layer made of a textile product and a flexible intermediate layer is disclosed (Patent Document 1). However, this health band is a method of wrapping around the wrist and ankle using fasteners, etc., and requires a surface layer for attaching parts such as fasteners, such as fasteners. There is a difficulty that tends to be up.
One of the inventors of the present invention proposed a health ring having a structure in which an elastic material containing a titanium-based material is covered with organic fibers (Patent Document 2). There is a request.
An object of the present invention is to provide a titanium-containing health ring in which a titanium material effective for blood circulation promotion and metabolism promotion is applied to a ring such as a bracelet by a simpler method.
To achieve the above purpose, the health ring with titanium material of the present invention is
(1) It is characterized by comprising a string made of a material containing therein at least one kind of metal or inorganic material selected from titanium materials, and a connector.
(2) In (1), the material is an elastic material,
(3) In (1) and (2), the titanium material is titanium metal, an alloy of titanium and another metal, a titanium compound, or a titanium mineral containing titanium in the form of a compound ( 4) In (1) to (3), tourmaline, monazite, and bioceramics are further added,
(5) In (1) to (3), the cross section of the ring is a circle, an ellipse, a regular square, or a regular square with rounded corners.
(6) In (1) to (3), the ratio of the titanium material to the total ring weight is 1.0 to 20.0% by weight (hereinafter abbreviated as%).
As the titanium-based material used in the present invention, titanium metal, an alloy containing titanium, and an inorganic substance containing titanium are used. Examples of titanium alloys include alloys of metals such as copper, tin, iron, aluminum, chromium, cobalt, and tungsten with titanium. Examples of inorganic materials include titanium oxide, titanium carbide, titanium nitride, or titanium minerals that possibly contain titanium in the form of a compound. Further, examples of materials that can be used in combination with titanium materials include tourmaline, monazite, and bioceramics.
As a ratio with respect to the weight of the whole string of the titanium raw material used by this invention, the range of 1.0-20.0% is preferable. This is because if the amount is less than 1.0%, the effect is small, and if it exceeds 20.0%, the effect is saturated and the cost increases.
In the present invention, titanium material and tourmaline can be used in combination. Tourmaline, also called tourmaline, has Al, B, and Si as main components.
The types include shawl tourmaline, lithia tourmaline, and drabite tourmaline. Tourmaline is a hexagonal ore with a Mohs hardness of 7 to 7.5 and a specific gravity of 3 to 3.3. The feature of tourmaline is that it produces unique negative ions and is effective in improving the constitution.
In the present invention, titanium material and monazite can be used in combination. Monazite is a type of thorium ore that is produced in granite pegmatites. It is brown columnar or plate-like crystal and has a transparent feeling. It contains uranium and has the property of turning feldspar red and quartz black with radiation. In the present invention, bioceramics such as calcium phosphate can be used in combination.
An example of the material used in the present invention is rubber. Examples of the rubber include silicone rubber, urethane rubber, butyl rubber, acrylic rubber, synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene rubber, and natural rubber. However, silicon rubber is preferred because it has less irritation to the skin and good moldability. Organic or inorganic pigments can be added for coloring and matting. This is to increase the value of the product by matting or coloring it in green or pink. In addition, a crosslinking agent is used as a raw material for the production of elastic materials. Examples of these cross-linking agents include organic peroxides.
The titanium-containing health ring of the present invention has a seam, and can handle even when the limbs have different dimensions. Here, connecting tools at both ends of the health string are required.
Examples of the material for the coupling tool include plastics and metals.
The metal or inorganic material selected from the titanium material of the present invention is inside the elastic material and does not come out on the surface of the elastic material. For this reason, when used as a health ring containing titanium material, the skin is not stimulated by the metal or inorganic substance inside, and there is less risk of allergies.
As a method for producing the health ring containing titanium material of the present invention, there are a method of creating and cutting a sheet, a method of pushing and winding from a nozzle, and the like. The length of the titanium ring is slightly larger than the circumference of the arms and ankles. This is because it does not tighten when worn on the arm or ankle. In addition, when wearing on the arm and ankle in double or triple, make it slightly larger than twice or three times the length of the arm or ankle circumference.
The cross section of the titanium material-containing health ring of the present invention is a circle, an ellipse, or a regular square or a regular square with rounded corners. The square with rounded corners refers to a rounded shape excluding the acute angle portion of the square corners as shown in FIG. This is because if it is made into a string and cut, it becomes a square.
In the present invention, a material containing at least one kind of metal or inorganic selected from titanium materials is used as it is and is not covered with organic fibers. Costs can be reduced by not covering with organic fibers.
