【解決手段】上部角をアール面とした略かまぼこ状の上部樹脂板５と、この上部樹脂板５の底辺を介して対称となるよう下部に形成した下部樹脂板６とから成り、両板を繋ぐためのヒンジ１０と固定用ネジ及びヒンジ１０と固定用ネジが外れたり破損した場合に備えて両板を繋ぐ補強ネジ用開孔８を各々の板に２ヵ所設け、尚且つ前記上部樹脂板５の下部中央にはハブ装着用開孔７を設け、自転車のスポーク間の隙間から両板を挿入し、ハブを中心にして一体に繋げて形成される平面部分の左右両面に広告表示を行なう。

（イ）自転車のリム（１）、スポーク（２）、ハブ（３）で構成された空間に収まる大きさの上部角をアール面とした略かまぼこ状の上部樹脂板（５）とこの上部樹脂板（５）の底辺を介して対称となるよう下部に形成した下部樹脂板（６）により形成する。
（ロ）上部樹脂板（５）にハブ装着用開孔（７）を設ける。この開孔位置が上部樹脂板（５）と下部樹脂板（６）を繋いで形成された広告掲示板全体の中心よりも上となる為、重心が下がり、常に一定の姿勢が保持出来るので錘が不要となる。
（ハ）上部樹脂板（５）と下部樹脂板（６）をハブに固定するための補強ネジ用開孔（８）、固定ネジ用開孔（９）を上下各樹脂板に設け、上部樹脂板（５）、下部樹脂板（６）の基準となる片どうしの端部にヒンジ（１０）を形成する。
本案は以上のような構造でこれを使用するときは、ヒンジ（１０）で繋いだ上部樹脂板（５）と下部樹脂板（６）でハブを挟み込み、補強ネジ用開孔（８）と固定ネジ用開孔（９）にそれぞれネジを挿入し締め付けて固定する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
