従来、四ッ折り、すなわちＡ４版大にした古新聞を重ねて収納する紙袋は存在したが、ゴミ集収に出す場合には、別に用意した紐で紙袋を縛らねばならない、という問題があつた。Conventionally, there has been a paper bag for storing old newspapers that are folded in four, that is, A4 size, but there is a problem that when collecting for garbage collection, the paper bag must be tied with a separately prepared string.
