Description

The present invention relates to an educational toy suitable for cultivating concentration and attention through play such as a nervous breakdown game.

As a game using cards, for example, a nervous breakdown game (a game of playing cards, a game in which two or four cards with the same number are flipped from one card to the other) The nervous breakdown game has very simple rules and can be played by young children. Nervous weakness game can be regarded as a kind of memory game in that it is required to memorize which card is what number, and it requires concentration and attention, so it is necessary to concentrate and attention in early childhood It is said that it is suitable for nurturing the sociality of nurturing power and observing the rules.

However, in a nervous breakdown game using playing cards, it is necessary to arrange cards on the tabletop or floor with the cards turned upside down, and it has been pointed out that little effort is required for infants to prepare for the game. In addition, there are cases where the meaning of the numbers printed on the card may not be understood, and since it is limited to numbers only, it is pointed out that there is a risk that an infant who understands the meaning of the numbers will soon get bored. .

For this reason, various game machines for infants that imitate a memory game which is a nervous breakdown game are provided. For example, a sponge game board that imitates a vegetable field by providing a plurality of slits cut in the thickness direction at appropriate intervals, and a root portion on which a pattern is printed is removably inserted into each slit, and leaves There is proposed a picture game device (see Patent Document 1) composed of a plurality of cardboard picture cards simulating vegetables such as radishes and carrots, which is exposed from the surface of the game board. According to this picture game device, the picture card printed on the root part is checked whether or not the picture printed on the root part is the same, as if picking out the leaves from the vegetable field and pulling out the vegetables. Although it is a thing to play with pictures, there is no problem in that it does not require the work of arranging cards on the tabletop or floor with the card turned upside down, but the position of the slit to insert the picture card is changed for each game, Once all the picture cards are pulled out from the slits, and after mixing, it is necessary to insert the picture cards into the slits in a different place again, and there remains a problem that it takes time to prepare for the game.

In addition, an electronic game device equipped with a card game function such as nervous breakdown has been proposed (see Patent Document 2). According to this electronic game device, when a plurality of cards displayed on the liquid crystal display unit having the tablet input unit are selected by sequentially touching with a touch pen, the matching / mismatching of the selected cards is determined. Although it is possible to play a nervous breakdown game, it is inevitable that the manufacturing cost will rise.

Furthermore, the same contents as the 46 cards printed with hiragana and katakana, with the letters “a” to “n” displayed in any color one by one so that the same letters do not overlap in order. There has been proposed a card amusement device comprising a total of 92 cards, each of which is composed of 46 cards in which any other color is represented (see Patent Document 3). According to this card play equipment, in addition to various games using playing cards, you can enjoy word matching games, shiritori games, etc., but there is no risk of getting tired, but if you use this to play a nervous breakdown game, Problems remain, such as the need to arrange cards on a tabletop or floor with the cards turned upside down.

Furthermore, as shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 3, in a game using a card, there is a problem that a card is easily lost and the game cannot be performed if even one card is lost.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is suitable for cultivating concentration and attention through a memory game that does not require time and effort to prepare for the game, does not quickly get tired, and does not increase costs. The purpose is to provide educational toys.

The educational toy according to claim 1 of the present invention that achieves the above object has an outer case having a plurality of window holes, each window hole being opened and closed by a lid piece, and characters and figures on the front and back surfaces. An inner case for accommodating a plurality of picture pieces having a frame, etc., and an accommodating portion that is removably inserted into the outer case and accommodates a piece at each position facing the window hole; An inner case including a shuffle portion for receiving and mixing the pieces in the portion and then returning them to the housing portion; and preventing the pieces from moving between the housing portion and the shuffle portion and the inner case Is a transparent material that is attached to the outer case and prevents a finger or the like from being caught between the outer case and the inner case through the window hole. Safety consisting of Comprising a bar, housing portion of the inner case is characterized in that the Ego frame through said window opening being formed by a transparent material to allow fluoroscopic.

Further, the educational toy according to claim 2 of the present invention is further slidable on the side portion of the outer case, the score knob is moved by a predetermined distance each time it is scored, and the score is displayed according to the length of the movement distance. It is characterized by being arranged.

According to the educational toy according to claim 1 of the present invention, the picture piece is housed in the housing portion of the inner case, and, for example, by opening two lid pieces provided in each window hole of the outer case, It is possible to play with pictures of whether or not the frames seen through the window hole are the same, and at the end of the game, the stopper is lifted to keep the inner case holding part inside the outer case However, after making the frame moveable between the storage part of the inner case and the shuffle part, move the frame from the storage part into the shuffle part, and shake the inner case to mix the frames in the shuffle part. And if you return the frame to the housing again, you can place a frame with a pattern different from the previous one, and it takes time and effort to mix and flip the cards compared to those using cards such as playing cards Without having to do anything Look, easily can enjoy the game. Also, by further lifting the stopper so that the inner case becomes free relative to the outer case, pulling out the inner case housing part from the outer case, turning the inner case over and inserting the housing part into the outer case again, A game can be played using not only the pattern on the front side of the frame but also the pattern on the back side, and you can enjoy many different patterns. Also, you don't need a place to place cards like cards using cards such as playing cards, you can play games even in small places, you can carry around, you can enjoy games while moving, and you lose your cards There is no fear that the game will not be possible. Furthermore, since it is configured by an outer case, an inner case, a piece, a stopper, and the like, there is no possibility of increasing the cost as in an electronic game device equipped with a card game function. Furthermore, since the safety cover is attached to the outer case, even if the inner case housing part is pushed in while the finger is inserted into the window hole of the outer case, the finger or the like is not between the outer case and the inner case. There is no risk of being caught, and it is safe. According to the educational toy of the present invention, it is possible to cultivate concentration and attention through a memory game while having advantages that are not available in such game machines.

Moreover, according to the educational toy according to claim 2 of the present invention, since the score knob is slidably arranged on the side portion of the outer case, the winner can be understood at a glance and this is an opportunity to lose to the opponent. There is a growing feeling that there is no such thing, and the game is heated up. As a result, it is possible to further develop concentration and attention through memory games.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IX-IX in FIG. 8, and FIG. 10 is an enlarged side view of the score knob of the educational toy in FIG.

The educational toy according to this embodiment includes, for example, an outer case 10, an inner case 20 that is removably inserted into the outer case 10, and an inner case 20 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6. A plurality (24 in the present embodiment) of picture frames 30 and a stopper 40 that holds the inner case 20 so as not to come out of the outer case 10 are provided.

The outer case 10 is a thin rectangular box that is formed of, for example, a synthetic resin and has an opening 11 (see FIG. 2) at one end. The upper surface of the outer case 10 is divided into three parts (three parts: a central part, a right part, and a left part), and a plurality of window holes 12 are appropriately spaced along the length direction in each of the divided parts. It is arranged with a gap. In this embodiment, a total of 24 window holes 12 are arranged, 8 in each section on the upper surface of the outer case 10. Each window hole 12 is provided with a lid piece 13 that can be freely opened and closed. As shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B), the lid piece 13 is provided with a rotating shaft 14 at one end thereof, and a knob portion 15 is provided on the upper surface of the other end side. The both ends of the rotating shaft 14 in the axial direction protrude from the left and right side portions of the lid piece 13, and can rotate to the left and right bearing portions 16 formed at the side edges of the window holes 12 on the upper surface of the outer case 10. Supported. Therefore, if the knob | pick part 15 is picked and lifted with a finger | toe etc., the cover piece 13 will be able to open the window hole 12 by rotating upwards about one end side. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 5, the outer case 10 has a main body portion 10a for housing the inner case 11 and an upper lid portion 10b provided with a window hole 12 or the like, and a set screw 10c (see FIG. 5). To form a thin rectangular box as described above.

The inner case 20 is formed of a synthetic resin that is transparent as a whole so that the inside can be seen through. The inner case 20 includes three rows of accommodating spaces 21 (see FIG. 8) parallel to each other and provided corresponding to the three sections partitioned on the upper surface of the outer case 10, and one end of the outer case 10. A housing portion 22 that is detachably inserted into the outer case 10 from the opening portion 11 of the first housing 11, and a shuffle portion 24 that includes a shuffle space 23 that communicates with each housing space 21 and that is integrally formed with the housing portion 22. Have.

Each accommodation space 21 extends in the length direction of the inner case 20 so as to accommodate a plurality (eight in the present embodiment) of picture frames 30 in a row. When the picture frames 30 are arranged in the housing space 21 with almost no gap, the frames 30 can be positioned almost directly under the window holes 12 of the outer case 10. Each storage space 21 is isolated from the adjacent storage space 21 so that the top 30 in the storage space 21 does not mix with the top 30 in the adjacent storage space 21. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 5, the inner case 20 has an upper half 20a and a lower half 20b formed in substantially the same outer shape through fitting means such as a coupling concave portion and a convex portion. The storage spaces 21 are joined to each other, and there is almost no gap between the upper half 20a and the lower half 20b between the storage spaces 21, and the storage spaces 21 are isolated from the adjacent storage spaces 21.

The shuffle space 23 of the shuffle portion 24 is formed in a disk shape so that the inner frame 30 can be sufficiently mixed when the inner case 20 is shaken. The shuffle space 23 is provided with a plurality (three in the present embodiment) of column portions 25 that facilitate the top 30 to repeatedly collide and mix. In the present embodiment, as described above, the inner case 20 is formed by joining the upper half 20a and the lower half 20b formed in substantially the same outer shape, and the outer side is the same on the front side and the back side. The portion 22 is turned over so that it can be inserted into the outer case 10 so as to be detachable.

As shown in FIGS. 7 (A) and 7 (B), the picture piece 30 is formed in a disc shape, with the front surface portion and the back surface portion being depressed except for the peripheral edge portion, and a part thereof being excised. A disk-like card 33 printed with a pattern of food such as fruits and vegetables is formed on the recessed portion 31 of the top surface of the top 30, and a disk-shaped card printed with a pattern such as a character is printed on the recessed portion 32 on the back surface. The cards 34 are respectively fitted and pasted so that the patterns on the front side and the back side of the frame 12 are different. Accordingly, the housing portion 22 is extracted from the outer case 10 and turned upside down, and then inserted into the outer case 10 again, so that the design of the card 34 fitted on the back side of the top 30 can be seen through the window hole 12. be able to.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the stopper 40 includes a main body portion 41 disposed so as to cross the outer case 10 on the upper surface on one end side of the outer case 10, and both longitudinal ends of the main body portion 41. The connecting leg portion 42 is provided on the lower surface of each part, and the three stopper portions 43 are provided on the lower surface of the main body portion 30 between the connecting leg portions 42 so as to correspond to the receiving spaces 20. At the center of the upper surface of the main body portion 41, there is provided a picking portion 44 that can be picked up with a finger or the like when the stopper 40 is pulled up from the outer case 10. Each stopper portion 43 is formed at a boundary position between the accommodation space 21 of the accommodation portion 22 and the shuffle space 23 of the shuffle portion 24 from the through hole 10 e (see FIGS. 2 and 3) formed in the outer case 10. The piece 30 enters the through hole 26 (see FIGS. 2 and 3) to prevent the frame 30 from moving between the accommodation space 21 and the shuffle space 23, and the accommodation portion 22 of the inner case 20 is separated from the outer case 10. Prevent exiting. The connecting legs 42 are movably inserted into the connecting holes 17 provided at both ends in the short side on one end side of the outer case 10, and function to prevent the stopper 40 from being completely removed from the outer case 10. . That is, locking projections 45 and 46 are provided at the lower end of the connecting leg portion 42 and at a substantially intermediate height position, respectively. The locking protrusion 45 provided at the lower end of the connecting leg portion 42 is hooked on the protrusion 18 formed on the inner wall of the connecting hole portion 17 to keep the stopper 40 pressed against the upper surface of the outer case 10. When a predetermined force for lifting is applied, the lower end of the connecting leg portion 42 is bent to be disengaged from the protrusion 18 and the stopper 40 is allowed to move upward. When the locking projection 45 is released from the projection 18 and becomes free, the lower end of the stopper portion 43 comes out of the space between the accommodation space 23 of the accommodation portion 22 and the shuffle space 23 of the shuffle portion 24, and the accommodation space 21 and Movement of the top 30 to and from the shuffle space 23 becomes free. Further, the locking projection 46 provided at a substantially intermediate height position of the connecting leg portion 42 is such that the stopper 40 is further lifted, the lower end of the stopper portion 43 is removed from the through hole 26, and the accommodating portion 22 of the inner case 10 is the outer case. When it can be extracted from 10, it is caught in the opening 17a (see FIG. 4) of the connecting hole 17. At this time, the lower end of the stopper portion 43 stops in the through hole 10e, thereby preventing the stopper 40 from being completely removed from the outer case 10.

In the present embodiment, as shown in detail in FIG. 5, a transparent synthetic resin safety cover 50 is fixed via a set screw 51 so as to close each window hole 12 on the back surface of the outer case 10. The safety cover 50 has a finger or the like inserted into the outer case 10 with the finger or the like inserted through the window hole 12, and the finger or the like is placed between the upper cover portion 10 b of the outer case 10 and the inner case 20. It is prevented from being caught in the gap between the upper half 20a.

Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the score knob 60 is slidably disposed at one side edge portion of the outer case 10 at a position near one end and the other end. As shown in detail in FIGS. 5 and 10, the score knob 60 is provided on the inner surface of the substantially inverted L-shaped main body portion 61 and the vertical portion 62 of the main body portion 61 facing the one side surface of the outer case 10. And a substantially L-shaped locking arm 63 and a knob portion 64 provided on the outer surface of the vertical portion 62. The locking arm 63 is slidably locked in a slide groove 19 (see FIG. 5) formed on one side surface of the outer case 10 along the length direction, and slides the score knob 60 with respect to the outer case 10. In addition to serving as a guide for the operation, the score knob 60 is prevented from being detached from the outer case 10. In addition, a plurality of recesses 10d (see FIG. 1) corresponding to the scales are arranged on the upper surface of one side portion of the outer case 10 at appropriate intervals along the length direction, while outside the horizontal portion 65 of the main body portion 61. A hemispherical convex portion 66 that is click-stopped by the concave portion 10d is provided on the back surface facing the upper surface of one side portion of the case 10. These recesses 10d and projections 66 constitute a click / stop mechanism, which prevents the score knob 60 from slipping out and sliding, so that the score knob 60 is in increments of one scale (the projection 66 is associated with the adjacent recess 10d). It is designed to move (by the distance until it stops). By moving the score knob 60 by one scale each time it is scored, the score can be displayed by the length of the distance of the score knob 60 (the number of scales moved).

In order to perform a memory game that is a nervous breakdown game using the educational toy according to the present embodiment, first, the lower end of the stopper portion 43 comes off from between the accommodation space 21 and the shuffle space 23, and the through hole of the outer case 10 10e and the stopper 40 are lifted from the upper surface of the outer case 10 so as to stop in the through hole 26 of the inner case 20 (until the locking protrusion 45 is detached from the protrusion 18). Accordingly, the stopper portion 43 is eliminated from between the accommodation space 21 and the shuffle space 23 while the accommodation portion 22 of the inner case 20 is maintained in the outer case 10, and the top 30 in the accommodation space 21 is placed in the shuffle space 23. It can be moved freely. When all the pieces 30 have moved from the accommodation space 21 into the shuffle space 23, the stopper 40 is lowered so that the pieces 30 in the accommodation space 21 do not return from the shuffle space 23. In this state, the inner case 20 is shaken to remove the piece 30 Mix in the shuffle space 23. At this time, the frame 30 repeatedly collides with the pillar portion 25 of the shuffle space 23 to promote mixing of the frames 30. Further, it is safe because the housing portion 22 is held so as not to come out of the outer case 10 (it is safe because the outer case 10 is held so as not to jump from the inner case 20). When the frames 30 are sufficiently mixed, the stopper 40 is lifted in the same manner as the previous time, and the frames 30 are returned from the shuffle space 23 to the accommodation space 21. At this time, since the accommodating portion 22 is covered from the outer case 10, it cannot be seen in which accommodating space 21 in which the frames 30 are returned in three rows. Thereafter, the stopper 40 is lowered, and the lower end of the stopper portion 43 is inserted from the through hole 10 e of the outer case 10 into the space between the accommodation space 21 and the shuffle space 23 through the through hole 26 of the inner case 20. Accordingly, the top 30 is held in the accommodating portion 22 without returning to the shuffle portion 24, and each top 30 is covered and hidden by the lid piece 13 disposed in the window hole 12. Once prepared in this way, the lid 13 is opened twice, the window hole 12 is opened, and the pattern of the frame 30 is painted between the game players twice. When the same pattern is found, the score knob 60 is moved by one scale in the direction of the score knob 60 on the other side. The game is repeated until all the window holes 12 are opened. At the end of the game, the winner is the one who moves the score knob 60 by the opponent's score knob 60 side.

In order to resume the game, the stopper 40 is lifted from the outer case 10 again, and the pieces 30 are sufficiently mixed in the shuffle portion 24 by the method described above, and then returned to the accommodating portion 22 of the inner case 20. Alternatively, the inner case 20 is completely extracted from the outer case 10, and the inner case 20 is turned over without mixing the frames 30 or mixing the frames 30, and then the housing portion 22 of the inner case 20 is inserted into the outer case 10. To do. As a result, the card 34 affixed to the back surface of the top 30 can be viewed through the window hole 12 and can be played with a pattern having a combination different from the previous one.

According to the educational toy of the present embodiment, unlike the case where cards such as playing cards are used, it is possible to cut the cards one by one and then turn them over to place them on a table or floor. Exactly, just shake the inner case 20 and mix the tops 30, or simply flip the inner case 20 and play with a different combination of patterns every time. Through this play, you can develop concentration and attention. It becomes. There is also no risk that the card will be lost and the game will not be possible.

Also, unlike cards, it is convenient to carry and does not need to be spread out on a table or floor, so you can easily play anywhere on the move or on the road.

In addition, since cards 33 and 34 having different designs are pasted on both sides of the top 30, it is possible to enjoy many kinds of pictures and to play repeatedly without fear of getting bored immediately.

Also, every time the same pattern is found, the score knob 60 is moved by one scale toward the opponent's score knob 60, so you can see at a glance which one is winning and you want to lose. A feeling of noness rises and the game becomes incandescent and does not get bored.

Further, since the safety cover 50 is fixed to the back surface of the outer case 10, a finger can enter the gap between the upper lid portion 10 b of the outer case 10 and the upper half 20 a of the inner case 20 through the window hole 12. However, even if the accommodating portion 22 is accidentally pushed into the outer case 10, there is no possibility that a finger will be caught in the gap, which is safe.

Further, since the outer case 10, the inner case 20, the top 30, the stopper 40, and the like are used, there is no risk that the cost is increased unlike an electronic game device equipped with a card game function.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the utility model registration request.

When the stopper 40 is lifted from the outer case 10 until the stopper portion 43 is disengaged from the through hole 26 of the housing portion 22, the locking protrusion 46 of the connecting leg portion 42 is caught by the opening 17 a of the connecting hole portion 17, so that the stopper 40 is Although the case where it was prevented from being completely removed from the outer case 10 was shown, for example, when the stopper 40 is lifted without forming the locking projection 46 on the connecting leg portion 42, the stopper 40 is completely removed from the outer case 10. You may be able to do that.

Moreover, although the case where the accommodation spaces 21 of the accommodation portion 22 are arranged in three rows has been shown, for example, the accommodation spaces 21 can be arranged in two or four rows, and the window holes 12 of the outer case 10 can be arranged accordingly. Is possible.

In addition, the case where the rotating shaft 14 provided at one end of the lid piece 13 is rotatably supported by the bearing portion 16 and the window hole 12 is opened and closed by rotating around the rotating shaft 14 as a fulcrum is shown. The lid piece 13 may be slidably mounted on the outer case 10 and the window piece 12 may be opened and closed by sliding the lid piece 13.

Moreover, although the case where the three pillar parts 25 which accelerate | stimulate that the top 30 repeats a collision and mixes in the shuffle space 23 was provided was shown, the shuffle space 23 became narrow by this pillar part 25, and on the contrary, the top 30 If mixing is hindered, it may be one.

Moreover, although the case where the safety cover 50 was attached to the back surface of the outer case 10 was shown, you may make it fit the safety cover 50 in each window hole 12, for example.
