2. Description of the Related Art As production control of a printing machine, it is important to accurately control the production amount of regular paper. Conventionally, the discrimination between printed and unprinted sheets of printed matter is manually performed by an operator or the like, and the accurate production of the sheet is counted by the operator, leading to high costs and reduced efficiency. 59-
An automatic management system as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 55752 has been developed. However, in such an automatic management system, since the discrimination between a normal sheet and a damaged sheet is made for every one of the production numbers of the printing machine, the equipment becomes complicated and the cost increases, and the efficiency decreases. It was also a cause.

In the present invention, damaged paper is manually selected and eliminated during the printing process, and the printed material loaded by the palletizing robot is only regular paper. Now, as shown in FIG. 1, a predetermined number of sheets of regular paper carried out of the printing press 1 are counted, and are bundled into one bundle of signatures by the stacker bundler 2 and stacked. Next, these signature bundles are palletized by the palletizing robot 3 in a single bundle or an appropriate fixed bundle. The palletizing signal is taken into the data collection device 4, and the palletizing signal of the palletizing robot 3 is outputted by the computer 5. The number is calculated as the number of times × the number of bundles × the number of one bundle and totaled. Also, the printing machine 1 has a rotation speed signal generating mechanism 1.
2 is attached, and the rotation speed signal of the printing press 1 is sent to the data collection device 4.
If you enter in, the wasted paper = printing press rotation speed (total amount)
-It is possible to automatically know the amount of waste paper as the number of regular sheets.

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are explanatory views showing the construction of an embodiment of the present invention. In a carry-out path of a printing press 1, a regular paper which has already been removed and has been removed by hand during the printing process has been removed. The stacker bundler 2 is provided for binding and stacking the predetermined number of sheets as a bundle of signatures, and a palletizing robot 3 for palletizing the bundles of signatures stacked by the stacker bundler 2 is provided. The palletizing robot 3 is provided with a palletizing signal generating mechanism 11 for generating a palletizing signal every time one bundle is palletized. Reference numeral 4 denotes a data collection device, as shown in FIG. 2, a palletizing signal from a palletizing signal generating mechanism 11, a printing press rotation speed signal generating mechanism 12, a printing press operating signal generating mechanism 13, and a printing press attached to the printing press 1. Aircraft insertion signal generation mechanism 14
And the like, and transmits these data to the computer 5 through the interface. The computer 5 calculates the number of genuine sheets, that is, the number of palletizing signals of the palletizing robot 3 × the number of bundles from the transmitted data. Calculate and total. The printing press rotation speed signal generating mechanism 12 is not always necessary, but if the printing press rotation speed signal, for example, the number of pulses is input to the data collection device 4 as 1 pulse / 10 rotations, the number of waste sheets can be reduced. = Pulse number x 1
It can be calculated and summed up as 0 (total amount) -the number of regular sheets, and it is not necessary to count when the waste sheet is eliminated during the printing process. Further, by connecting the computer 5 to a host computer, a FA-LAN with high speed and high flexibility can be constructed.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate the waste paper by the human eye during the printing process and to count the regular paper and the waste paper with a simple operation that does not require counting. Can be automatically calculated, the correct production quantity of the printing machine can be managed, and the configuration is extremely simple.
