Abstract

【解決手段】 本考案は、手動バルブ開閉継手をアルミ鋳物とか樹脂注型で製作し、バルブ開閉軸と電動機からバルブ開閉駆動軸を接続する。バルブ開閉継手にはあらかじめ大きさ、バルブの種類に設定出来る必要最大のトルクで破壊する様に、形状を決めておく。バルブ側に異常があった場合、電動機による最大トルクが駆動軸を伝達する前にバルブ開閉継手が破壊し、バルブ開閉部や、電動機から伝達される減速機構に大きなダメージを与えない様にする。

該バルブ継手機構の近房に解除釦を持ち、
該バルブ継手機構には、解除釦を押しながら手動でバルブの開閉を、行なうことが出来る手動操作開閉アームを持ち、
該バルブ継手機構は、材質は金属又は、樹脂注型で出来ていて、
異常な力が作用した時、該バルブ継手機構の一部が破壊して、駆動力をバルブ開閉軸に伝達できなくすることで、バルブ開閉器機構の全体を保護し、
該手動開閉継手を部品交換することで、バルブ開閉機能を回復することが出来るようにした事を特徴とする電動バルブ開閉機構。
