また、本考案に用いられる筒体2(2a,2b)については、二本の軸入れ用空洞を有する一体化物である場合をも含み、その場合に望ましくは、2本の互いに平行な軸体1a、1b及び筒体2a、2bが一体に連結された当該部分の少なくとも片面が平坦状であるようにする。
