2. Description of the Related Art With the increase in speed of high-speed railway vehicles such as Shinkansen bullet trains, aerodynamic noise generated from pantographs has been regarded as a problem because a large proportion of the noise contributes to the noise of the entire vehicle. The energy of the aerodynamic noise is assumed to be proportional to the sixth power of the speed, and it is essential to reduce the aerodynamic noise to improve the speed. Pantograph aerodynamic noise has been confirmed to be the largest contributor to the noise caused by the current collector boat. Things have been devised. FIG. 3 shows an example of such a current collection boat. FIG. 4 is a view taken along the line AA of FIG. 3. In FIGS. 3 and 4, reference numeral 23 denotes a boat body, reference numeral 21 denotes a slide plate, reference numeral 22 denotes an auxiliary slide plate, and reference numeral 25 denotes a bottom plate. Generally, in order to adjust the shape in consideration of aerodynamic noise, the entire current collector boat is large and has a large mass, and the ability to follow a trolley wire during high-speed traveling is reduced. For this reason, there is a moving plate method in which a sliding plate that comes into contact with the trolley wire is elastically supported by a coil spring, a leaf spring, or the like inside the current collector boat to maintain and improve the followability. FIG. 5 (a) shows a current collector boat of this type. (B). 5 (b) is a view taken in the direction of the line BB in FIG. 5 (a). In FIG. 5, 31 is a slide plate, 34 is a movable boat, 40 is a leaf spring, 38 is a shunt, and 35 is a coupling member. It is. That is, the movable boat 34 to which the sliding plate 31 is attached is fixed to the boat body 33 via the spring 40, and each movable boat is rubberized so that the joint of each movable boat moves smoothly even if the trolley wire is displaced. They are connected by 35a. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), a guide 39 is fixed to the hull 33 so that the movable boat 34 moves up and down smoothly, and the inside of the movable boat is guided by the guide. In such a collecting boat,
Since each of the sliding plates is spring-supported and has a small mass on the spring that directly contacts the trolley wire, good followability can be obtained.

However, in the current-collecting boat shown in FIG. 3, the mass of the entire current-collecting boat becomes large, so that the performance of following the trolley wire at high speed is reduced. FIG.
Although the current collector boat shown in Figure 4 has good followability, the structure of the movable slide plate is complicated and the number of parts is large, so the manufacturing cost is high and there are many causes of failure. Also became larger. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a current collecting boat for a current collecting device for a railway vehicle which solves these disadvantages.

Means for achieving the object is to provide a boat body having a low aerodynamic noise inside a boat body having a low aerodynamic noise, such as a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (hereinafter referred to as CFRP) or a spring rope. A sliding plate composed of a high-strength material strip having the following structure is rotatably supported at both ends, and the sliding plate is directly attached to the sliding plate. With this configuration, the sliding plate itself acts as a leaf spring with the supporting portions at both ends as rotation supporting points, and can have a spring action in the vertical direction, so that the main sliding plate portion is substantially the same as that supported by the spring. And a good follow-up characteristic while having a simple structure. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a partially cut-away configuration view showing one embodiment of the present invention viewed from a vehicle traveling direction, and FIG. 2 is a view taken in the direction of arrows CC in FIG. , 2, 8 is a boat body, 4 is a CFRP ground plate, 3 is a conductive floor plate, 1
The grounding plate 2 is an auxiliary grounding plate. Here, the ground plate 4
, A bracket 9 is fixed, and is rotatably fixed to the bracket 9 attached to the boat body 8 via a pin 11.
A shunt 7 for passing an electric current is provided between the sliding plate 4 and the boat 8. Further, since the sliding plate body 4 bends downward due to its own weight and the reaction force of the push-up force, a coil spring 6 for correcting deflection is provided at the center of the boat body 8 so that the upper surface of the sliding plate 1 is horizontal when the vehicle is stopped. And pushes the ground plate 4 up. The CFRP slider plate 4 has a simple strip shape, and the thickness and width of its cross section can be appropriately determined according to the required strength and vertical vibration characteristics. An example of a bullet train pantograph is about 100 mm in width and about 3 mm in thickness.

The operation of the above-described configuration will be described below. The ground plate 4 is rotatably supported on the boat 8 by pins 11. Since the ground plate body 4 is a strip-shaped CFRP, both the second moment of area and the section modulus are large in the front-rear direction, but small in the vertical direction. For this reason, in combination with the fact that the elastic modulus of CFRP is small, the rubbing plate has a spring action to improve up and down. For this reason, the slide plate 1 attached to the slide plate body 4 has substantially the same shape as that supported by the spring, and can follow the trolley wire well. In this way, the movable sliding plate system can be incorporated in the boat body having a low aerodynamic sound with a simple structure. In this embodiment, the ground plate is made of a CFRP strip. Alternatively, phosphor bronze or a high-strength metal material having high elasticity such as a spring rope may be used. Needless to say, the same effect can be obtained though it is slightly larger.
