Description

The present invention relates to bifocal glasses.

Generally known bifocal glasses have a far vision region above a single lens (single lens) and a near vision region having a different focal length below the single lens (single lens). The near-sighted area is used with the line of sight slightly downward, and the near-sighted area is used when viewing near the hand or the like.
By the way, the appearance of glasses is regarded as important. Therefore, the bifocal glasses using a single lens have a good appearance and are used comfortably.

However, as described above, it is necessary to lower the line of sight when using the myopic region, and to keep the line of sight downward for a long time when the user keeps watching the hand for a long time. Then, a narrow myopic region is used.
Therefore, it is difficult to continuously maintain such unreasonable visual conditions, and when used for a long time, it is very easy to get tired, which causes extreme fatigue and obstacles. In other words, when a narrow myopic region is used, it is not necessarily a comfortable use because an unreasonable line of sight of the lower gaze is forced.

Therefore, the perspective of using a single lens has been improved so that the frame can be used at the optimal gaze position (line of sight) that does not cause fatigue even after long use without forcibly turning the gaze upward or downward. Dual-purpose glasses have been proposed (Patent Documents 1 and 2).

However, the conventional bifocal glasses use a single lens having a far vision region on the upper side and a near vision region on the lower side. For example, if the lens power in the near vision region is not suitable for the user, the near vision region is used. Not only can it not be exchanged, but it becomes expensive bifocal glasses because of a single lens.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the line-of-sight angle is constant for both hyperopia and myopia, enabling it to be used in a wide hyperopia area and myopia area, respectively, and instantly responding to the user's power needs. It is an object of the present invention to provide bifocal glasses at a low price.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a rim for hyperopia, a rim for myopia,
A connecting rod portion horizontally attached between the left and right rim portions so as to connect the respective rim portions forming the bifocal pair,
A support shaft that is inserted through the connecting rod portion in a penetrating manner, and rotatably supports the far-sighted rim portion and the near-sighted rim portion in a state where appropriate rotational resistance is applied.
It is composed of a rim for long-sightedness and a temple for supporting the rim for short-sightedness, which are connected at least to both ends of the support shaft so as not to rotate,
Further, there is provided the bifocal glasses, wherein the end of the temple connected to the support shaft is formed so as to maintain the distance vision lens and the myopia lens at a comfortable line-of-sight height.
Then, the temple is detachably and non-rotatably attached to both ends of the support shaft protruding from both ends of the connecting rod portion by tightening nuts to screw portions provided at both end portions, or the like.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the connecting rod for connecting the limb for hyperopia and the rim for myopia according to the first aspect rotates the rim for hyperopia and the rim for myopia independently of the support shaft. The bifocal glasses are divided in the longitudinal direction so as to be movably supported, and the hyperopic rim and the myopic rim are connected to each other by a bridge.
And, in this case, when adopting a configuration in which the connecting rod portion is divided and attached to the rim portion for hyperopia and the rim portion for myopia to be rotatably supported on the support shaft, the temple is moved from both ends of the connecting rod portion. By being detachably and non-rotatably attached to both ends of the protruding support shaft, it is preferable that the rim portion for far vision and the rim portion for myopia can be detachably exchanged.
That is, when the rim portion side for either hyperopia or myopia is damaged, the replacement can be performed immediately.

Since the bifocal glasses of the present invention are configured as described above, they have the following effects.
Since the hyperopia rim section and the myopia rim section are rotatably provided between the left and right temples, it is possible to selectively use the hyperopia rim section and the myopia rim section for the hyperopia and myopia.
Therefore, for example, when viewing near the hand or the like, unlike the conventional bifocal glasses, the eyes are lowered and the use in a narrow area is eliminated, and the myopia rim is passed through the myopic lens with a natural line of sight (eye line). It can be used in a wide area throughout the department.
That is, both the hyperopic and myopic lenses always have a constant line-of-sight angle, and, like conventional bifocal glasses, a hyperopic lens and a myopic lens consisting of a pure single lens with no boundary (change) in the upper and lower powers. It can be used in
As a result, even when used for a long time, extreme (excessive) fatigue and obstacles are not caused unlike the related art.

In addition, since the lens is made up of an independent lens for hyperopia and a lens for myopia, the price is reduced as compared with conventional bifocal glasses made of a single lens (single lens), and it can be provided at a low price.

In addition, the connecting rod portion for rotatably supporting the rim portion for long vision and the rim portion for near vision with respect to the support shaft to which the left and right temples are connected is divided in the axial direction so that the rim portion for far vision and the rim portion for myopia are divided. The rim is rotated and separated independently of each other, and the temple is detachably and non-rotatably connected to both ends of the support shaft.
Therefore, when either one of the hyperopia rim and the myopia rim does not match the frequency of the user or is damaged, it is possible to immediately respond to the exchange of only one of them.
In addition, in sales at stores, various types of hyperopia rims and myopia rims each having a hyperopia lens and a myopia lens having different powers are prepared and displayed, so as to match the power of each user. In addition, since each of the hyperopia lens and the myopia lens can be combined, it is possible to provide bifocal glasses that can immediately respond to the needs of the user.

A specific example of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The support shaft 4 supports the limb portion 1 for hyperopia and the rim portion 2 for myopia via the respective connecting rods 3-1 and 3-2, and holds the rim portions 1 and 2 between the left and right temples 5. It is intended to be rotatably connected and supported, and is formed longer than the total length of the connecting rods 3-1 and 3-2 on both rims 1 and 2 which are coaxially and alternately arranged in a hinge shape. At both ends, screw portions 11 are formed which are attached to support portions 5-1 described later of the temple 5 by fixing means such as cap nuts 10 or the like.

The temple 5 has a well-known shape and structure as a basic form. The temple 5 is provided with a support portion 5-1 having a substantially L-shape in a side view on the side of a connection end to the end of the support shaft 4 and is curved. An end portion is provided with an ear pad 12.

The support portion 5-1 is a center of the hyperopia rim portion 1 and the myopia rim portion 2 supported by the nose pads 8 and 9 respectively, that is, the hyperopia lens 1-1 and the myopia rim portion 2 when the spectacles are worn. It is formed to be pivotally attached.
At the other end of the L-shape of the support portion 5-1 is provided a connecting portion 5-10 having the same outer diameter as the connecting rod portion 3, and the end of the support shaft 4 protruding from the through hole 13 of the connecting portion. When the cap nut 10 is screwed to the screw portion 11 of the portion, the temple portion 5 is provided at both ends of the support shaft 4 as shown in FIG. 1 and are connected so as to be detachable and non-rotatable.

In the drawing, reference numeral 14 is provided between both ends of the connecting rod 3 and the support shaft 4 and tightens the cap nut 10 to brake the rotation of the connecting rod 3 with respect to the support shaft 4. In other words, it is a resistance member that provides an appropriate frictional resistance so that the connecting rods 3-1 and 3-2 supporting the rim portion 1 for hyperopia and the rim portion 2 for myopia respectively do not rotate in a free state. It is composed of a leaf spring or a coil spring as shown.
In other words, the rim portion 1 for far vision and the rim portion 2 for myopia are locked and held at respective positions according to the use state by the resistance member 14 (see FIG. 4).

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment in which the temple portion 5 is connected to both ends of the support shaft 4. In such an embodiment, the screw portion 11 base side of the support shaft 4 and the support portion 5 of the temple portion 5 are used. -1 in the circumferential direction by meshing in the circumferential direction with the connecting portion 5-10 provided in -1, so that the axial groove and the teeth for connecting the temple portion 5 to the support shaft 4 in a non-rotatable manner are formed in the circumferential direction. By applying so-called male and female splines 15 provided alternately, the support portion 5-1 of the temple portion 5 can be connected to the support shaft 4 in a completely locked state and in a non-rotatable state. Things.

In the above-described embodiment, the structure in which the temple portion 5 can be attached to and detached from both ends of the support shaft 4 is adopted. Decomposition is optional and optional.
