Abstract
1An object of the present invention is to recycle old tiles and damaged tiles, protect resources, and preserve groundwater to prevent slipping on the road surface.
A roof tile is chipped by a crusher or the like and mixed with a synthetic resin or the like to form a water-permeable pavement. Tile-crushed aggregate, the main raw material, lacks strength compared to general aggregate such as gravel, but is a light, but porous and sound-absorbing main raw material because it is porous, and liquid resin is used to supplement this strength. Used as a solidifying material for pavement.

Description
The permeable pavement of the present invention was designed mainly for the purpose of recycling old tiles and broken tiles, protecting resources, preserving groundwater, and preventing slips in transportation relations. Not only can it greatly contribute to the reuse of construction, but also the construction cost is relatively low, so that an industrial advantage can be expected.
Many of the conventional techniques (landscape synthetic resin pavement) mainly consider the landscape, and general asphalt pavement uses compacted gravel and asphalt (tar) as main materials for compaction.
(1) Issues in consideration of global warming and groundwater conservation.
(2) Problems of fricative noise during vehicle traffic.
(3) Issues of wear resistance and strength.
(4) Cost issues.
(1) Permeable pavement using the tile breaking chip of the present invention can lower the road surface temperature (about 5 ° lower than usual) and because of its high permeability, water such as rainwater penetrates underground at an ideal speed. Therefore, to prevent global warming and enrich the groundwater. (2) The pavement structure of the present invention is compressed into a porous shape, but the main tile chip becomes a multi-hole balloon when fired. Each chip becomes hollow, which has the effect of absorbing friction noise and the like.
(3) The adhesive (solidifying agent) of the pavement of the present invention has a remarkably solidifying ability as compared with asphalt (tar) and has a good surface hardness. Partial wear is drastically reduced.
(4) The cost is reduced because the main raw material is recycled material and labor saving can be expected in the roadbed process, and the total cost is reduced because the service life is longer than ordinary pavement and the maintenance is drastically reduced. it can.
As a form of water-permeable pavement using this tile crushing chip, the crushed aggregate of the main material lacks strength and hardness compared to general aggregate (gravel), but the opposite characteristic is lighter because it is more porous than general aggregate. Has been devised to cover (replace) the strength and hardness, which is the main raw material rich in water permeability and sound absorption. The newly developed liquid resin (has no liquid dripping compared to conventional resins and has uniform agitation and solidification hardness) High) can be used as a solidification material for pavement, making it possible to upgrade the pavement that has never been seen before. In addition, the existing resin pavement was desperate to examine the pavement roadbed, but this construction method and form are these conditions Another advantage of this construction method is that the degree of slip is extremely small because the water permeability is high.
The idea was to make full use of the concept of pavement and the characteristics of the material, and it is the most suitable material for the effective use of industrial waste, environmental improvement and landscape, and the product itself is light weight and the production cost is low. However, it is cheap and the construction cost is kept low, and the maintenance is drastically reduced.
