発電及び充電機能を具えたLED懐中電灯であり、該懐中電灯は、本体、基板、発電モータ、ボタン型充電式リチウム電池、スイッチ、LEDランプ、透明ランプカバーで組成され、該本体が上ケースと下ケースを具え、該本体の前方に開口が設けられて該開口に透明ランプカバーが取り付けられ、該本体内部に基板が設けられ、該基板に発電モータと回路板が設置され、該発電モータのロータが基板を貫通して底面に突出し、該ロータに小歯車が設置され、該回路板にボタン型充電式リチウム電池、スイッチ及び必要な電子部品が設置され、本体のスイッチに対応する位置にスイッチボタンが設置され、該基板の透明ランプカバーに対応する位置にLEDランプが設置され、該基板の底面と本体との間に変速構造が設けられ、該変速構造は複数の高歯数比の歯車で組成され、複数の高歯数比の歯車が小歯車と相互に噛み合い伝動し、該変速構造のうちの一つの歯車が本体外部のクランクセットに固定され、変速構造を駆動して発電モータに発電させてボタン型充電式リチウム電池に充電してLEDランプの発光に必要な電力を供給させる、発電及び充電機能を具えたLED懐中電灯において、
