従来の縄ばしごを取り付け易く、脱出の際安全な体勢で脱出姿勢に入れる様にはしごの桟を足先が踏み外さない様壁面より間隔を空けて固定される様考案。

【従来の技術】
従来の縄梯子は設置に手間が掛る、脱出体勢に入る事に手間取る、縄ばしごの縄と壁面との間隔が無い。
【考案が解決しようとする課題】
縄ばしごが壁面に近過ぎると足の裏で桟を踏み外さない様にしたい。
【課題を解決するための手段】
従来の縄ばしごを簡単に安全に窓枠敷居部分に取り付け易く別紙図の様に安全に脱出体勢に入れる様別紙図の様に考案、縄ばしごの桟に足のつま先が安全に掛かる様壁面から間隔が空く様に足掛け桟の両端に円盤を取り付けた。
【考案実施の形態】
災害時火災発生時縄ばしごを使い二階の窓.三階の窓から脱出する訓練をするについて、非難用縄ばしごの使い易い窓、使い難い窓が有る。
【非難用縄ばしごを使い易い窓】
1.窓枠の大きさは引き戸又は開き窓を全開にした状態で開口部の寸法が、縦90cm横80cm以上有ること。
2.敷居及び壁の厚さが25cm位の厚さが有り窓枠から下は壁の場所が望ましい。
3.以上1.2.の条件下、予め脱出用窓の場所を決めて置く方が良い。
【非難用縄ばしごを使い難い窓】
1.窓枠の下に軒庇のある場所は避けるべき。
2.脱出する二階の窓の真下に開口部や窓がある場所は避け脱出用窓には窓下壁面に縄ばしごを垂らす時地面迄の間に障害物突起物がある所。
3.窓枠が90cm×90cm以下の窓枠。
4.室内床面から窓枠敷居までの高さが高すぎる窓は本考案本体を設置し難い。
【通常時 平素本考案の脱出用縄ばしごの収納状態】
本考案の脱出用縄ばしごは本考案の本体部分の内側に巻きたたみ収納する収納箱は脱出時本考案の脱出用縄ばしごを取り出し窓枠に装着した後はそのまま脱出用足場として使う事ができる。また未使用収納時は、室内調度品として配置できる様に外観を家具調にしている。
【本考案の構造上の特徴】
本考案は日常昼間一家の所帯主または男手の居ない事が多い、女性やお年寄りでも取り出し容易に架設する事ができる様本体の使用材料はアルミを使用し脱出様縄ばしご全体の重量は強度計算を行いつつできる限り軽量化に留意した。
