【課題】本考案は、風を防ぐのではなく雨・埃は防ぎ、風をある程度通すことにより、自転車、スクーターの本来の運転者が、快適に風を受けることができるようにし、また自転車等の前部に付いているカゴを蓋することにより、防犯対策にもなるフードを提供する。
【解決手段】ネットを使用することにより虫や雨や埃は防ぎ、風は通し、フードが立設の状態では運転者の顔の前の位置にネットを固定でき、且つ傾斜の状態では前カゴを蓋できる位置に固定でき、防犯対策となる。
