Description

The present invention relates to, for example, televisions, washing machines, appliances such as microwave ovens, personal computers, printers, OA equipment such as copiers, and other paper packaging containers used for transporting precision equipment equipped with electronic members. In particular, even if these precision instruments are dropped during transportation, there is no danger that the precision instruments (packaged items) housed therein will break down or be damaged, such as paperboard, corrugated cardboard, or multi-layer corrugated cardboard. The present invention relates to a paper packaging container made of a material.

Conventionally, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a cylindrical body, a lid member for closing the upper opening of the body, and a bottom member for closing the lower opening are formed of paper material such as corrugated cardboard. It is lighter than wooden or metal packaging containers, and can be disassembled into individual components after use and transported in a compactly folded state, and can be discarded and reused after being used an appropriate number of times. Paper packaging containers that are easy to use are known.

Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 5-44894 (see FIG. 3).

Examples of articles transported in this type of container include relatively heavy precision equipment such as electrical appliances such as televisions, washing machines, and microwave ovens, and OA equipment such as desktop personal computers, printers, and copiers. In recent years, these electric appliances, OA equipment, etc. have been remarkably improved in performance, multi-functionality, and automation. Since many electronic members are mounted, there is a high possibility that a failure may occur if a drop impact is applied during transportation. It is becoming. Along with this, a paper packaging container is required to have a buffer performance against a drop impact in addition to the various conveniences described above.

However, in the conventional paper packaging container, a bottom member is formed by a paper pallet in which a girder member is disposed between a top plate and a bottom plate. As the girder member, a foot girder formed by bonding a large number of paperboards is used. Since it is mainly used and the strength of the foot spar is large, a drop impact during transportation is applied to the packaged object, and there is a possibility that the electronic member may be damaged.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional circumstances, and its purpose is to be lighter than a packing container made of wood or metal, and after use, disassembled into various members and folded compactly. Hereinafter, embodiments of the paper packaging container and the paper pallet according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The paper packaging container shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 is for transporting and storing a precision device (packaged object) 100 such as a large-screen television, and is formed in a square tubular shape and has a lid as a lid member. A trunk 1 made of a foldable cardboard box integrally having a flap 2, a paper pallet 4 for closing the lower opening 3 of the trunk 1, and a paper pallet for locking a packaged object 100 housed therein. Are provided.

The paper pallet 4 has the beam members 12 and 13 disposed between the top plate 10 and the bottom plate 11.
The spar member 12 is a square tubular paper spacer member 14 fixed laterally at a plurality of appropriate places in the space between the top plate 10 and the bottom plate 11, and is fitted into each spacer member 14 with the axial center oriented sideways. It is formed from three paper cushioning members 15 fixed in a shape.
The girder member 13 has a rectangular tubular paper spacer member 14 ′ fixed laterally at appropriate places in the space between the top plate 10 and the bottom plate 11, and has an axial center in each spacer member 14 ′. It is formed from two paper cushioning members 15 fixed in a fitting manner.

The beam members 12, 13 are disposed at the four corners of the paper pallet 4, and the beam members 12, 13 are also disposed between the adjacent beam members 12, 12, and between the beam members 13, 13. The paper pallet 4 is formed such that the beam members 12 are arranged on the front end side of the paper pallet 4 and the beam members 13 are arranged on the rear end side thereof three by three.

Further, a gap S into which a fork of a forklift is inserted is formed between the adjacent girder members 12 and 13 to form a four-sided paper pallet 4 into which the fork can be inserted from all sides.

The paper cushioning member 15 is formed of a paper tube having an appropriate length, inner diameter, and thickness so as to exhibit a predetermined buffering function. By arranging a predetermined number of these paper tubes at the predetermined locations as described above. The paper pallet 4 having a buffering property suitable for transporting and storing the article to be packed 100 is configured.
That is, a plurality of paper cushioning members (paper tubes) 15 selected in an appropriate number according to the weight balance of the article to be packed 100 are fixed in parallel in the spacer members 14 and 14 ′. In this case, since the packaged object 100 is a large-screen television and the front side (CRT side) is heavier than the rear side, the paper pallet 4 has three paper buffer members 15 at its front end side. And a paper pallet 4 for a large-screen television in which three beam members 13 each having two paper buffer members 15 provided therein are disposed on the rear end side.

The paper cushioning member 15 may be constituted by a single paper tube as shown in FIG. 3A or a paper cushioning member 15 comprising two paper tubes as shown in FIG. 'Also good.
The paper cushioning member 15 'is an inner / outer double tube in which a small-diameter paper tube 15b is inserted and fixed in a large-diameter paper tube 15a, and the lower end of the small-diameter paper tube 15b and the inner periphery of the large-diameter paper tube 15a. The lower end portion is a fixing portion 15c fixed to each other with an adhesive or the like, and a gap C for shock absorption is formed between the upper end portions of these large and small paper tubes 15a and 15b, so that the paper tube is formed of one paper tube. It is configured such that a larger buffering function can be obtained than the buffer member 15 made of.

Further, the paper pallet 4 is provided with connecting pieces 16 on four sides of the top plate 10 via folding lines, and each connecting piece 16 corresponds to a connecting hole 17 formed near the lower edge of the four side surfaces of the body 1. A connection hole 18 is formed, and the connection holes 17 and 18 are connected to each other by a joint member 19. A paper pallet 4 is removably attached to the lower opening 3 of the body 1.
Reference numeral 20 in the drawing denotes a sealing tape for maintaining the lid flap 2 of the body 1 in a closed state.

The paper packaging container of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration is assembled by inserting the paper pallet 4 into the lower opening 3 of the body 1, accommodating the object 100 to be packed therein, and then mounting the lid flap 2. Is closed and sealed with a tape 20 for transport and storage.
According to such a packing form, since the packing container is made of paper, it is lighter in weight than the case where a packing container made of wood or metal is used, and the transportation operation can be performed efficiently. Since a suitable number of paper buffer members 15 in which the paper tubes are arranged in a horizontal direction are provided in the appropriate places in 4, the packaged object 100 is a precision device as described above, and an impact occurs due to a drop during transportation or the like. Even so, the drop impact and the like are buffered and absorbed by the paper buffer members 15, and there is no fear that the packaged object 100 is broken or damaged, and highly reliable transport and storage operations can be realized.
In the empty state after use, the paper pallet 4 can be removed from the body 1 and the body 1 can be folded and transported in a compact state (see FIG. 5). It is easy to dispose and reuse.

The paper packaging container shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 has the lid member of the paper packaging container of the first embodiment formed separately from the body portion 1, and the other components are the same as those of the first embodiment. The overlapping description and illustration are partially omitted, and only the differences will be described below.

That is, in this example, the body 1 ′ is formed of a foldable cardboard box formed in a square tubular shape, and a paper lid member 2 ′ that covers the upper opening 21 of the body 1 ′ is separately provided. Have.
