【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は単純なバッグでありながら町の中でもアウトドアでも使え、自転車にベルトで装着することでひったくり防止にもなり、なおかつペットボトル等浮力の大きな物を入れバッグの数に応じ色々繋ぎ組み合わせ、水泳の練習、水遊びそして万一溺れた人を助けに行くときもこれを投げてやるか持っていくか装着して行く多機能バッグである。

【従来の技術】
従来多機能バッグは操作が複雑であり内部に仕切りが多くてまとまった形の物を入れる者にとっては不要であり邪魔で有り又自転車かごに放り込み移動する場合ひったくりにも会いやすかった。又ベルトの結合方向は上の一方向であった。

従来浮き輪、水泳練習補助具等はそれのみの用途しかなく持ち運びにも場所を取って不便であった。

簡単に色々なバッグに変化しなおかつひったくり防止になる事を目指す。

暖かい季節になると水辺での事故が増え又救助に行った人の二次災害の例も有りとっさの時何も持たずに行かず何か身近の物で持っていく物が有れば、もしくは投げる物が有ればと。又必要な物を（衣類、飲料水等）入れ持っていったバッグが現地で別の用途（水遊び、水難救助補助具）に使えれば持ち運びにも便利であり場所も取らない、水難は季節、場所を選ばず急に起こるので身近にある物で安全度が高まるのなら安心である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
バックルとベルトの位置を、色々なバッグに変化可能にする組み合わせでバックルを結合出来る位置に工夫した、なおかつベルトを直接自転車に付け締めるのでひったくり防止になる。その場合ベルトをベルト通しに通すことでねじれを防ぐ。

丈夫で濡れてもよい素材で作り内部は仕切りも無く、密閉可能な開口部を大きく取り浮力の大きな物（ペットボトル、発泡スチロール、風船等）を入れれるようにし、身体に流れ止めのベルトと共に装着するか、持っていくか、投げ入れる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下本考案の実施の形態を図１〜図９に基づいて説明する。

図１は丈夫で濡れてもよい素材で筒状に作り、側面に２本のベルト通しを付け中に浮力の大きなペットボトル、発泡スチロール等入れやすいように大きな開口部を持ち密閉できるよう面ファスナ、ファスナ等を付け、ベルトの根元で回転しどちらが向いてもねじれずバックルを装着できるよう自在回転金具を取り付け装着のできるベルト２本を付けた。

【考案の効果】
上述したように本考案のバッグはバックルの結合組み合わせにより簡単に色々なバッグに変化し、なおかつベルトを直接自転車に付け締めるのでひったくり防止になる。

又必要な物を（衣類、飲料水等）入れ持っていったバッグが現地で別の用途（水遊び、水難救助補助具）に使えれば持ち運びにも便利であり場所も取らないし安心であり現地で消化して空いたスペースに濡れた衣類等を入れて持ち帰ることが出来る
