〔課題を解決するための手段〕
一部が一定の角度で屈折する基盤1、基盤2を設ける。
イ 基盤1に、電気ドリルを用いて回転軸3に接続して回転する砥石4を設ける。
ロ 基盤2にそって前後に移動する鉄鋼キリ保持器5を設ける。
ハ 保持器5を一定の所で止めるために、基盤2にそって前後するストッパー6を設ける。
ニ 鉄鋼キリの両面の刃先の位置を決めるたに、V字形の溝を施した、取りはずしのできる定規板7を設ける。
以上の部品を組み合わせた鉄鋼キリ砥磨装置の使用方法を、図5の斜視図によって説明すると、点線で示した鉄鋼キリ8を保持器5に挟み、定規板7に刃先を突きあてて水平角度を決めて、ネジ9をまわして押え板10を押し下げて固定する。
次に、定規板7を上に引きぬく。
次に、砥石4の回転軸3に、電気ドリルを装着させ回転させる。
