【産業上の利用分野】
家庭から排出される生ゴミは、定められた収集日に地域のゴミ集積場に出しますが、これをカラスや犬猫に食い散かされたり、又、強風によりゴミ袋が路上に転げ出してゴミが散乱し、その後始末に大変な思いをする事があります、その様な被害を防ぐために色々な取組がなされていますが、これと言った良い方法が無いのが実態です、本考案は集積されたゴミが鳥獣に食い散かされたり、風で飛散するのを防止すると共に、集積されたゴミが道を占拠して歩行や自転車の走行に障害を来す事のないように、ゴミ袋を効率良く集積します、又、ゴミを持参する地域の人が使いやすく、さらに、ゴミを回収する業者の方々にも余計な苦労をさせないで、スムーズに作業を進めて行く事が出来るゴミ飛散防止用具を目的にしています。

【従来の方法】
従来では集積された生ゴミが鳥獣に食い散かされたり、風でゴミ袋が飛散するのを防ぐために、ゴミ集積ボックスの設置やネットを被せる等の対策が取られていました。
しかし、集積ボックスはゴミ袋の出し入れが大変で回収する業者の方が苦労します、最近ではゴミの分別が義務づけられゴミの出し方も複雑になっており、益々回収作業が大変なことから、ゴミ集積ボックスを撤去するように指導する町村が増えています。
一方、集積したゴミ袋にネットを被せる方法では、その都度ネットを被せたり剥したりしなければなりませんでした、又、ゴミ集積に要する場所の面積がゴミの量に比例して広くなり、歩行の妨げになったり放置されたネットが自転車に絡まり転倒した例もあります。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
考案が解決しようとする課題を整理すると次の４項目にまとめることができる

▲１▼鳥獣を寄せ付けぬためネットでゴミ袋を覆う方法においては、その都度ごとに覆う、剥す、片付等々の煩わしさがありました。

▲２▼従来ではゴミの量が増大すると、より大きなネットが必要となり、合わせて集積面積も広くなり歩道をふさいだり、交通の障害を来したので、少ない面積で効率良くゴミ袋を集積したい。

▲３▼従来のネットでは掛け損じると、ネットの裾からゴミ袋がは見出す事がありました、その部分から鳥獣がゴミ袋を引き出して食い散かすため、せっかくのネットがその用をはたさないことがあった。

▲４▼近年ゴミの分別が義務付けられ分別方法がより複雑になっている事から、回収する業者の負担が大きくなっています、従来のネットではゴミを回収した後、ネットの片付け等、業者に余計な労力をかけさせていた。
【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成する為に，本考案の鳥獣よけバスケットは、図１で示すように扇形に裁断したネット（１）を、二つに折り畳み、ネットの両端をつなぎ合せてスカートの形状にした、次にネット（１）の上方の入り口（５）には、図２で示す円形の蓋（３）を取り付けて鳥獣よけバスケットとして機能させます、蓋（５）には、バスケットに入れたゴミ袋が外にはみ出ないように、さらには鳥獣がバスケットの入り口でいたずらをすることが出来ないように、戻り止め羽（４）を設けた、又、ネット（１）の下部の縁の部分にはゴム紐（２）を設けて、底のないバスケットの中のゴミ袋が外にはみ出すことがないようにした。
【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の鳥獣よけバスケットの設置方法は，ゴミ回収日に地域の集積場に、図５で示すように地面に置きます、利用者はバスケットの蓋（５）の上にゴミ袋（６）を乗せて、円形の蓋（５）を上に持ち上げます、ゴミ袋（６）は、戻り止め羽（４）をスルリとくぐり抜けて、図６に示すようにバスケットの中に入ります、この様にしてゴミ袋（６）は次々に入れられます、やがてバスケットはゴミ袋（６）で一杯になり側面は膨らみますが、ゴミ集積に要する面積は殆ど変わらず、効率良くゴミ袋を集積する事ができるのです、バスケットには底がありませんのでゴミ袋（６）が外にはみ出ように思われますが、ネット（１）の裾の部分に設けられたゴム紐（２）が、ゴミ袋で押さえ付けられますから、ゴミ袋がバスケットの底から外にはみ出すことはありません、生ゴミが鳥獣に食い散かされたり、ゴミ袋が風で飛散することは完璧に防ぐ事ができるのです。
バスケットに集積されたゴミ袋はやがて回収業者の手で取り出されます、この時、ネットの裾の部分を軽くまくり上げる事により、ゴミ袋を簡単にバスケット内から取り出すことができます。
