【考案の属する技術分野】本考案は、折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーに関するものであり、更に詳しくは簡単に取り外し乃至装着でき、かつ携帯し易い折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、携帯電話は、折り畳みができない板状携帯電話と折り畳み式携帯電話の二種類があり、携帯電話の販売された初期には、前者の折り畳みができない板状携帯電話が主流であったが、インターネットやカメラが内蔵されるようになり、そのため、コンパクトであると共に表示部分を大きくするなどの必要性から、最近では、折り畳み式携帯電話が、主流を占めるようになった。このような折り畳み式携帯電話は、通常、女性は、バッグ等に入れて持ち歩く人が多いのに対して、男性は、どちらかといえば、背広のポケットやズボンのポケット等に入れて持ち歩く人が殆どであった。またズボンのベルトに携帯電話用ホルダーを取り付けるものもある。この他、若者では、携帯電話を紐に吊るして首に下げている光景もしばしば見られるというのが現状である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、前述の如く折り畳み式携帯電話を、男性は、背広のポケットやズボンのポケット等に入れて持ち歩く人が殆どで、これは厚みと重さが折り畳み式でない板状携帯電話に比べて重く、ポケット等に入れて持ち歩く時、重く、違和感があり携帯し難いという問題がある。またズボンのベルトに携帯電話用ホルダーを取り付けるものにあっては、携帯電話のホルダーは袋状で大きく、しかもベルトを着用していないと取り付けることができず問題であった。更に携帯電話を紐に吊るして首に下げる場合には、やはり携帯電話がぶらぶらし、腰を下ろしたりまた立ったりするときに、非常に煩わしいという問題がある。そこで、本考案者は、前述の如き問題点について種々検討したところ、クリップと薄い帯状体のみで製作できるばかりでなく、折り畳み式携帯電話の長所を活かし、ズボンのベルトを着用しない場合にも適用でき、違和感なく携帯電話を持ち歩くことができることを見出し、この知見に基づき本考案をなすに至った。したがって、本考案が解決しようとする課題は、ズボンのベルトを着用しない場合にも適用でき、機種に関係なく、簡単に装着でき、軽量でコンパクトであるため違和感なく携帯電話を持ち歩くことができる折り畳み式携帯電話用ホルダーを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案の上記課題は、以下の各考案によって達成される。

（１）下面に歯を有する上片及び幅方向の両端に一対の支柱を有すると共に上面に、前記歯と対向した歯を有する下片とが後端部で接続して鰐口を形成し、かつ前記上片は上方へ不勢する板バネからなり、また前記一対の支柱の間には、これらの支柱に嵌合されたシャフトに、中央部にスリット孔を有するへの字状の爪片を凸部が前記上片に接するように取付けられているクリップからなり、該クリップが帯状体の両端にそれぞれ固定されていることを特徴とする折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダー。
（２）前記固定手段が、への字状の爪片に有するスリット孔に帯状体を通して固定することを特徴とする前記第１項に記載の折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダー。
（３）前記固定手段が、上片の外表面に設けられた環状部に帯状体を通して固定することを特徴とする前記第１項に記載の折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダー。
（４）前記固定手段が、上片の外表面の先端部に固定された舌片を有し、該舌片で形成された環状部に帯状体を通して固定することを特徴とする前記第１項に記載の折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダー。

本考案は、２個のクリップ間を帯状体で結んだ折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーからなり、前記クリップの鰐口をスボンのベルトやズボンのウエスト端部又は淵に挟んだ後、この帯状体に折りたたみ式携帯電話の折りたたみ部を引っかけて係合することにより、ズボンにベルトを着用している場合は勿論のこと、ズボンのベルトを着用しない場合にも適用でき、機種に関係なく、簡単かつ容易にに装着でき、軽量でコンパクトであるため違和感なく携帯電話を持ち歩くことができるという優れた効果を奏するものである。

【考案の実施の形態】以下、本考案を更に具体的に図面を用いて説明するが、本考案は、この例によって限定されるものではない。図１は、本考案の折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーを示す斜視図である。図２は、クリップを示しており、図２のａは、クリップの爪を開けたところを示す平面図である。図２のｂは、その側面図である。図２において、本考案に用いられるクリップは、上片１の下面に歯４を有し、また下片２には、支柱７を有し、更に該下片２の端部に上片１の端部が固定されており、この下片２の上面には上片１の歯に対抗して歯が設けられて鰐口を形成している。さらに支柱７、７の間には中央部にスリット孔８を有するへの字状の爪片３の凸部３ａが前記上片１の上面に接するようにシャフト６に取付けられている。またこの上片１は、バネ材からなり、固定部９で固定され、他端は、上方へ不勢している。

本考案は、前述の如きクリップを２個用い、これらの間を帯状体で結んだ折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーからなるもので、図１において、折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーＩＩａは、クリップ２個の間を携帯電話の幅より適宜の幅だけ間隔を開け、これらの間を、クリップＩａに設置されているへの字状の爪片３の中央部に有するスリット孔８に帯状体１０の端部をそれれ取付けたものである。この帯状体１０の取付け手段は、前記スリット孔８に帯状体１０の端部を通した後、折り返して重ね、重なった部分を針で縫うか接着材等で接着して接続固定する。

また本考案の別の実施の形態は、前記クリップにおいて、爪片３に設けたスリット孔８に代えて上片１の上面に帯状体１０の取付部を設けることもできる。この場合には、上片１の上面に環状に形成するのがよい。図３は、本考案の別の実施の形態を示すクリップを示しており、図３のａは、クリップの爪を開けたところを示す平面図である。図３のｂは、その側面図である。図３において、本考案に用いられるクリップＩｂは、環状体８ａを設けることを特長としている。上片１の下面に歯４を有し、また下片２には、支柱７を有し、更に該下片２の端部に上片１の端部が固定されており、この下片２の上面には上片１の歯に対抗して歯が設けられて鰐口を形成している。さらに支柱７、７の間にはへの字状の爪片３の凸部３ａが前記上片１の上面に接するようにシャフト６に取付けられている。またこの上片１は、バネ材からなり、固定部９で固定され、他端は、上方へ不勢している。この上片１の上面には、板状体又は棒状体により環状に固定され、環状体乃至輪８ａが形成されている。この環状体８ａに帯状体１０ａを通した後、前記同様に環状部に帯状体１０ａの端部を通した後、折り返して重ね、重なった部分を針で縫うか接着材等で接着して接続固定する（図４参照）。この他、それぞれのスリット孔８に帯状体１０の端部を通した後、帯状体１０ａの両端を接続して、帯状体１０ａの輪を作り、そのままホルダーとして使用するか、それぞれの環状体８ａの近傍を縫うか又は接着剤で接着してもよい。更には帯状体１０の輪の間を接着剤等で接着することもできる。

図５は、本考案の更に別の実施の形態を示すクリップを示しており、図５のａは、クリップの爪を開けたところを示す平面図である。図５のｂは、その側面図である。図５において、本考案に用いられるクリップＩｃは、板状体８ｂを設けることを特長としている。上片１の下面に歯４を有し、また下片２には、支柱７を有し、更に該下片２の端部に上片１の端部が固定されており、この下片２の上面には上片１の歯に対抗して歯が設けられて鰐口を形成している。さらに支柱７、７の間にはへの字状の爪片３の凸部３ａが前記上片１の上面に接するようにシャフト６に取付けられている。またこの上片１は、バネ材からなり、固定部９で固定され、他端は、上方へ不勢している。この上片１の上面には、板状体８ｂの先端端部が固定され、他端は、爪片３と上片１の間に挿入固定されている。帯状体１０ａは、上片１と板状体８ｂで挟み、ついで、他端を爪片３と上片１の間に挿入することにより固定する。帯状体１０ａの輪の両側を上片１と板状体８ｂで挟んで固定する（図６参照）。帯状体１０ａの端部を挟んだ後、そのままホルダーとして使用するか、それぞれの帯状体１０ａの近傍を縫うか又は接着剤で接着してもよい。更には帯状体１０ａの輪の間を接着剤等で接着することもできる。図７は、本考案の折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーをズボンのベルトに取り付けたところを示す部分斜視図である。図７において、折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーＩＩａ、ＩＩｂ、ＩＩｃは、それぞれクリップの鰐口をスボン２０のベルト２１に着用し、折りたたみ式携帯電話３０を折り畳み部分を引っかけて吊るすようにして保持する。またこの折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーをスボンのウエスト部の端部に挟むことができ（図示せず）、ズボンのベルト２１を着用しない場合にも適用できるという優れた効果を奏すると共に、更にこの帯状体に折りたたみ式携帯電話の折りたたみ部を引っかけて係合することにより、機種に関係なく、簡単に装着でき、軽量でコンパクトであるため違和感なく携帯電話を持ち歩くことができるという優れた効果を奏するものである。

【考案の効果】本考案は、前述の如き下面に歯を有する上片及び幅方向の両端に一対の支柱を有すると共に上面に、前記歯と対向した歯を有する下片とが端部で接続して鰐口を形成し、かつ前記上片は上方へ不勢する板バネからなり、また前記一対の支柱の間には、これらの支柱に嵌合されたシャフトに、中央部にスリット孔を有するへの字状の爪片を凸部が前記上片に接するように取付けられているクリップが２個からなり、これらのクリップのスリット孔に帯状体をそれぞれ通し、該帯状体を固定することにより、それぞれクリップの鰐口をスボンのウエスト部の端部に挟むことができ、ズボンのベルトを着用しない場合にも適用できるという優れた効果を奏すると共に、更にこの帯状体に折りたたみ式携帯電話の折りたたみ部を引っかけて係合することにより、機種に関係なく、簡単に装着でき、軽量でコンパクトであるため違和感なく携帯電話を持ち歩くことができるという優れた効果を奏するものである。

また本考案は、前記の如き折りたたみ式携帯電話用ホルダーにおいて、帯状体の取付部が、上片の外表面に環状に形成されていることにより、前記と同様に、それぞれクリップの鰐口をスボンのウエスト部の端部に挟むことができ、ズボンのベルトを着用しない場合にも適用できるという優れた効果を奏すると共に、更にこの帯状体に折りたたみ式携帯電話の折りたたみ部を引っかけて係合することにより、機種に関係なく、簡単に装着でき、軽量でコンパクトであるため違和感なく携帯電話を持ち歩くことができるという優れた効果を奏するものである。
