(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】店舗の建屋内に構築した商品保管用冷蔵倉
庫に連設して店内売場側に、冷蔵倉庫の開口を通じて商
品展示用カートを直接庫内へ搬入できるよう背面開放形
の冷蔵ショーケースを設置した冷蔵ショーケース設備に
おいて、冷蔵倉庫,および冷蔵ショーケースの据付け面
域を含めて建屋の床面下に断熱層を埋設したことを特徴
とする冷蔵ショーケース設備。
1. 用ピットを設けたことを特徴とする冷蔵ショーケース設
備。
